I personally liked the hotel and the service and it was an amazing manager his name is Ussama he helped me a lot and he was always smiling to us and the breakfast was fantastic and food varieties and you feel the food is so fresh , the hotel has an easy access to the mall and room was always clean and I didn’t face any issues at all during my 5 days stay, thank you every single one in this hotel and definitely will come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation at @aylahotel #BawadiHotel #AlAin #Abudhabi with a big spacious room overlooking the road and a lovely night view of the Jabal Hafeet mountain. The facility is located on a prime location with a through-and-through access to the massive @bawadimall and close to @bawadisouq and IKEA. Rating 5/5: - The staff are very friendly and professional. - The rooms and the facility is well kept and clean. All basic amenities are available and extras are provided by the housekeeping staff whenever called for. - Safety protocols are in place. - The Bell boy are quick with their service. Thanks to Roxanne at the Front desk for a smooth check-in and Check-out process at the Hotel. One of the best hotels I have visited. Being attached to the mall is so convenient, which I like the most is this part. The receptionists were so welcoming and amazing. Rooms are clean and cozy. Well decorated. Love the facilities like jacuzzi & cold waters, enjoyed alot. This place so peaceful . Love it and thanks alot.

I recently stayed at Ayla Bawadi Hotel from August 25th to 30th and had an exceptional experience. The services were top-notch, and the on-site restaurant impressed me with their breakfast spread as well as their daily offerings. A highlight for me was the direct connection to Bawadi Mall which made shopping and entertainment just a step away. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable ensuring a restful sleep. Highly recommended!
