I am a regular Guest of Fairmont Ajman since the hotel was opened – often we come twice a year. I think this is a real feedback about the Hotel! This is an outstanding, fabulous, luxurious, hotel - the rooms are amazing and the view from the balcony is breathtaking - and the staff is the the best of the best. From the moment you arrive, walking into the beautiful lobby area, you know you're somewhere special, and the staff make sure your stay is going to be special too. Credit to the hotel management, because without exception, every individual staff member treated us superbly. Our friends ask us why do we choose always this hotel. We just explain them what a good feeling to get a welcoming smile and to be valued guests. How fantastic is to open the room-door and see the welcome decoration. This year I celebrated my birthday in the hotel and it was really a celebration! They made an unforgettable event of it. Everybody in the Hotel is very friendly and helpful. According to my heart I would list here all the names, but let me mention a few? Mr Rochester Ramy from the Guest Relation, ste staff of the reception, the Concierge, houskeeper Samrat , Pool Attendant Dexter , Mr Fady Ahmed and Mr Ashan in the restaurant. We stayed at the Fairmont, Ajman in early March when the weather wasn't scorchio! Upon arrival at The Fairmont we were greeted by Jaimin(I think that's the correct spelling) the concierge who was very polite and even gave us an 'upgrade', to a larger sea view room with a large terrace with a sofa, table and chairs and a rewarding view of the sea. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of breads, cereals, yoghurts, sausages, eggs etc. There was also an omelette station and pancake station. The omelette were cooked to perfection. My only slight gripe, was after the 3rd day they ran out of hash browns and they were replaced by rather sad looking potato croquettes. As we were on a B&B deal we never had an evening meal as we like to eat out and explore local restaurants. We found an absolute gem right across from the hotel called Al Sultan, great middle Eastern cuisine and reasonably priced. The beach and sun loungers were plentiful and comfortable. The music from the pool area did become a bit samey and monotonous. I actually asked the DJ if he could play some Metallica just for a change. My request was sadly ignored. The poolside staff were all friendly. The pool itself was a lovely temperature, I tended to swim when there wasn't a fitness class taking place. The staff make this hotel! They are without exception, friendly, helpful and courteous, nothing is too much trouble. Jarmine on reception and Dexter out on the beach stood out for us, we didn’t get everyone’s names so cannot name them all! The hotel is beautiful, well cared for. Our suite was well cared for by housekeeping. Our only gripe was the food, which we thought personally was not up to standard, although others may disagree. The dinner buffet let the hotel down, not enough hot food, and I mean HOT. It was lukewarm most of our stay . There wasn’t a lot of choice compared to other Dubai/Ajman hotels we’ve stayed at, which was a shame. Overall we enjoyed our stay mostly down to the staff !

First timer in Dubai, great beach location with stunning pool , approx 45 minutes to the mall in Dubai,complementary bus shuttle really appreciated. Huge bedroom with stunning view, a particular effort was made for my partner birthday on may the 10 th. All inclusive package was a great deal.if you want a relaxing beach holiday (11 days for us) no cramped with good attentive service don’t hesitate. The staff were professional,pleasant and attentive. Our bedroom attendant Mohamed was very good always smiling and the whole team at the pool bar was top class only took few of their names sorry ( ashwak,babitha,nomi)
