Nestled on a serene beachfront, the Fairmont Ajman is lauded for its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere, with many guests impressed by the well-kept rooms and public areas. While the attentive staff garners appreciation for their service, some guests have reservations about the value, citing overpriced amenities and concerns with the 'all-inclusive' package. The amenities, including the beach and dining, are generally enjoyed, though inconsistencies are noted. The hotel's location offers tranquility and picturesque views but is somewhat remote from Dubai's hub. Rooms receive mixed reviews, with their cleanliness and views praised but decor and maintenance cited as areas needing attention.

Very nice hotel with a high standard in the room and we also had luck on our side and were upgraded to a higher room standard at no extra cost. The cleaning has also been exemplary thanks to the star Sanka who always solves towels, makes the bed and makes the room always feel fresh. We did not choose all inclusive and the prices in the pool bar correspond to the most expensive places on Stureplan, corresponding to SEK 150 for a large strong. Bring a well-filled wallet if you don't plan to go all inclusive. Tip is to order lunch through Deliveroo (equivalent to foodora) and eat lunch in the room, much more affordable and better variety. Super nice pool area with plenty of showers, fresh toilets and a clean beach, plenty of sunbeds by both the pool and the beach. We have tested the giolo restaurant several times and think it maintains a very high standard in terms of food, drink and service. Extra plus to Babita with staff at the pool bar who gave super service, also the gang that handles the breakfast inside with Manjul at the head. The hotel staff takes good care of you, solves any possible problems in the room such as a troublesome safety box or lights that disturb the night's sleep.

Loved the hotel!
We arrived in the morning, accommodated us early, as early as 11 o'clock; the room with two beds is large, comfortable, with a side balcony that offered a beautiful side view of the bay and the city; the room had everything you need: coffee machine, kettle, bathrobes, slippers, iron, ironing board, everything you need in the bathroom.
The hotel is large, clean, very friendly staff.
The beach is nice, clean; since we are morning swimmers, there was no problem with sunbeds.
There's plenty of food in the restaurant, but I'd like less spice.
Buses are taken to Dubai Mall and Ajman City Centre by appointment (on Monday they were only able to book for Friday at Dubai Mall), shuttle to Ajman City Centre carries three times a day-not-so-convenient schedule and also have to book in advance, so they took taxis (25 dirhams one way).
They took a trip from the company they met, Fun& Sun, to the aromasel store and then imported it to Dubai Mall, took their own taxis back (after 20 hours 120 dirhams, you can't see the point of leaving before no-fountains and the trip will be longer and more expensive because of traffic).
My friend and I are happy with the hotel and the rest in general.
The Flydubay-aircraft flights were normal, all on schedule, fed, water was given quite, on departure Terminal 1 was small, in the Marhab business lounge queue (never made it, because they walked on the flytik), never found a seat.

We stayed at the beautiful Fairmont Hotel in Ajman, enjoying a breathtaking sea view from our two-bedroom corner suite. The bedrooms were spacious, featuring luxurious high beds, and the lounge area was large enough to entertain 10 to 15 guests. The suite included a shower, bathtub, and two toilets, one specifically for guests. Each room had its own balcony offering stunning views. Our room service, provided by Mr. Sandun, was exceptional. He always greeted us with a smile and inquired if we needed anything. On our last day, Sandun even gifted us flowers out of his own pocket as a farewell gesture, which was incredibly thoughtful. Receptionist Mohammed was also fantastic, offering trustworthy advice and ensuring our stay was wonderful.

The hotel also featured two interconnected swimming pools, a play area, and a private, clean beach. The lobby staff were amazing, and the complimentary valet service was outstanding.

We opted for the bed and breakfast service, so we only experienced the breakfast, which was a bit of a drawback. I believe the management needs to provide more training to ensure staff are assigned to specific areas and take responsibility for those sections. Almost every morning, they ran out of plates and cups, causing guests to wait for cutlery. Additionally, the tea service was lacking, as it was often served without milk, sugar, or a teaspoon. We frequently had to request these items, and by the time they arrived, the tea was cold. On several occasions, we were overlooked as the staff became busy with other tasks.

We're on vacation at Fairmont Ajman right now. The hotel is certainly not a 5-star hotel.
Let's start with food: there's simply not enough room at the Spectrum restaurant for that many people. When you enter the restaurant, the staff tells you to wait, and you wait until you're in jail. They don't let you choose a table and explain it by saying that there are “too many people.” We came in two families of eight, but the staff won't let us take two tables together, although there are tables. Because of this, there is always a queue at the restaurant for entry and the staff stop you rudely before entering.
The restaurant has huge lines for tea, coffee, eggs. There's only one coffee machine, and if you want tea, it's still the same coffee machine. That's why everyone waits. There are very few waiters, you need to find a waiter to bring you drinks. You'll have to find a waiter. Waiters are polite, but they're just not enough for a restaurant like this. And because of that, they don't have time to clean off the table, and you sit with dirty plates for 20, 30 minutes, and then you have to clean off the table yourself.
The food in the restaurant is always the same, boring, little fruit and vegetables. Same rice and potatoes every day. Chicken and fish are always with sauces, kids don't eat that. The hotel bills itself as a 5-star family hotel, but there is no children's menu at all. Small children have nothing to eat, as all dishes are sauced or spicy. Not even soup for kids. So the food is disappointing completely.
The hotel offers a discount of 50 dirhams for visiting the a-la carte restaurant, but dishes here cost much more than that amount. Kids can choose from the kids' menu, but there's only one dish and they don't want it.
The hotel does not have separate bars where you can sit in the evening. Only one restaurant bar and one pay-per-view bar.
On top of all the food problems, the restaurant has no room, the staff is rude and impolite, and there is no customer friendliness at all.
Now the beach: you have to get up at 7 a.m. to occupy the deckchairs, otherwise there is no place at all on the beach or by the pool. So neither the beach nor the pool are ready for that many guests. What's the problem with adding more deckchairs? The towels are old, some with holes.
Room: We stayed in Junior Suite. The hotel positions it as a room for 2 adults and 2 children who can sleep on the sofa. But the couch is not convertible, and the kids sleep on both sides. The hotel has to say exactly how they accommodate four people in this room. Otherwise, the rooms are large and good, but the cleaning suffers and dust can be found in many places. Also not all outlets work.

This is not a all inclusive hotel. There is one restaurant which is all inclusive the rest are not. The food is not hot just tepid and very poor choice in the one all inclusive restaurant if you want anything else you have to pay for in other restaurants. Sports bar not included in all inclusive pool bar food not included in all inclusive. Only several drinks included on all inclusive from pool bar. Served out of bottles which are not cold and in 35+ c heat you want a cold refreshing drink. Drinks are mostly flat by the time they are next poured as they are left with lids off in heat. Not allowed to bring drinks into lobby to drink which actually seems a nice area to sit in but you can't with a drink. Sunbeds are always taken up as people are tipping the pool guys to keep them beds even though they don't use them till late afternoon. Some days you will see towels on beds and no one uses them all day. Will not be returning to this hotel

For many years we have holidayed in the UAE, but always chose Sharjah or Dubai, and this year we decided to try the new emirate and did not regret at all. Took a long time choosing a hotel, staying at Fairmont because all the rooms at sea overlook. Despite conflicting and sometimes negative reviews, they decided to come here. We liked the hotel, the huge beach, the towels take all you want, umbrellas and sunbeds are freely available all day, do not have to break after them in the morning to get any, even in the deep tide of the sea, the tides are strong, but you can swim peacefully, not knee-deep, as many wrote. In the room all the plumbing is new, without chipping or cracking; also starting that everything could fall apart, immediately examined, in the shower cubicle - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, near the sink body cream, hats, saws, cotton pads, toothbrushes with small paste. Terry bathrobes, daily change of slippers in the room, coffee machine with regular replenishment of capsules, tea, tea, sugar, cream. The cleaning was beautiful while we were at sea, going back to the cleaned room. The only problem was - the air conditioning was poorly regulated, a young man Suleiman (speaks perfect Russian) asked for reception to solve this problem within 15 minutes, the master came and did everything. We ate at the main Spectrum restaurant, we were fine with it, there was fish and meat and chicken, lots of salads, delicious coffee for breakfast and lunch, and I don't know who didn't like the food here, so much food people had on their plates. The only downside, but it's personal to us, spicy soups. Very friendly staff, instantly fulfilled all requests, for which thank you very much. The hotel left a very positive impression, we will definitely come back.

When they were about to go to this hotel, they read such horror that they were scared! But it's absolutely not, the hotel is a good 5*, not a premium!
Chic beach, white sand, scourge fights work in a second, only you approach the beach he already runs to find out how many persons and find the deckchair, then the sofa provided us, then the deckchairs! Well done, guys, you can stay calm and sleep as long as you want, 'cause breakfasts before 11:30 are really great. For the first time in all our experience such long breakfasts☝🏻
The hotel is clean, everywhere expensive and delicious smells , fresh flowers and in the lobby and restaurant!
All the staff are smiley, everything is solved very quickly, the room was cleaned every day, even things and shoes will be folded neatly, everything will be hung.
Alcohol is good at the hotel, we had everything included
Minus one is food, you won't stay hungry, but every day it's almost the same, I'd like a variety. They cook everything delicious overall, everything fresh.
Except there's not a lot of choice, but we're the ones already included in Turkey and in Egypt spoiled, in the UAE, I'm told, everywhere is such a system
In the evenings there are no events at the hotel, only music in the restaurant, everything. the bar on the 2nd floor is closed , sat outside in the evenings, the weather allowed . When you wanted to party you went to local clubs at the Blue Redisson Hotel (nearby min 10 by taxi)
In general the rest are satisfied , do not read bad reviews, if you need a calm and measured rest, here you will like.
Girls spent morning and afternoon activating different, then yoga then aqua aerobics , well done 👌🏼beach unreal , water is clean, heated pool, climbed in and no way out at all 😅
And there's also a pool bar, there's paid sofas for 150 dirhams next door, some complain that it's expensive, but guys it's 4,500₽ for the whole day.
In Turkey, such for 100 euros , I believe it is not expensive and a couple of times everyone can afford, but without them is not bad, all deckchairs are soft and comfortable
Near the hotel there is everything , and Coke buy both chocolate and dates , all bought very inexpensive home, chocolate Dubai made of white chocolate 20 dirham , that is 600₽
If you go out and go straight, after about 500 meters there's a Chinese restaurant where there's a built-in pot and grill in the table, you cook yourself, a lot of seafood there and crabs and shrimp and octopus and squid, 65 dirhams per person taxis, and how much you want to sit there eating, but sharply keep in mind
Generally recommended hotel , we liked

I think the Fairmount is one of the nicest hotels in Ajman. Perfectly located on a beautiful safe sandy beach and with walking distance of many local shops restaurants and other hotels. The entrance lobby is very impressive and the front of house team are extremely helpful and welcoming. We were very grateful to be able to have an early check after traveling through the night. The Deluxe King ocean rooms have stunning vistas over the Persian Gulf. We were on the 11th floor and really enjoyed our evening’s sitting out on the lovely cool balcony. Our room
Was kept spotless by the fantastic room
Attendants and our complimentary water bottles were amply restocked every day which was very much appreciated. We used all of the food and beverage outlets that the hotel had to offer which include a sports bar, a Turkish restaurant an Italian restaurant the pool bar& restaurant and a buffet style restaurant Spectrum which also served as the breakfast location. The food overall was of good quality and variety especially Kiyi the Turkish offering which was our favorite. Unfortunately my only criticism would be the service at the bars and restaurants was very hit and miss depending on who was serving you. On serval occasions our drinks were extremely slow in coming and completely forgotten on another occasion. These was often language barrier issues which was not entirely the staffs fault but made for mistakes with orders and delays with food. As this is a five star hotel I would have expected a much higher level of service and I feel A lot of the staff were either undertrained or diss interrsted in there tasks. Hopefully this is something that the Fairmont Ajman can work on take them to the next level.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Fairmont Ajman. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was a great choice, well furnished room with loads of space and a full sea view from the balcony which was great for sun set drinks.
Throughout our stay we were made to feel very welcome by the whole staff team, in particular a special mention to Dexter and the pool team, sorry I didn't get the other names but you were all brilliant. The whole team work very hard to make sure the pool and beach area are kept clean and tidy, including clearing seaweed from the beach.
We had the All Inclusive package with meals based in the Spectrum restaurant and an alternative of an allowance to use at the pool bar, Turkish and Italian restaurants.

Great hotel and a wonderful 8 day stay. The room was perfect overlooking the Arabian Sea., had everything we needed. The staff could not have been more helpful with a particularly shout out for Gufran, Jude and Princess.
My wife has a gluten allergy and was able to eat in full confidence such was the attention to detail of the waiting staff.
At breakfast, Princess each morning took the time and care to ensure what my wife received was free from gluten and had avoided any cross contamination. This in itself takes away a lot of stress while on holiday.
A great holiday.

We have been at Fairmont Hotel 2 times. In the low end the pool is 60-8 cm and in the deep end 160-170 cm. Theres is at child pool right next to the adult pool. It is 20-30 cm deep here.
