Amazing experience . My family and I visited the Italian restaurant and met the outlets manager Ms Marina - she was very professional , showed us the place and we had dinner- she is a great asset for the hotel - It was a very great experience and truly we had authentic awesome food - thanks to chef Massimoliano who is managing one of the best restaurants in UAE - by far this restaurant has the best Italian food , ambiance and atmosphere .. F&B operation team is fantastic and they know the details of best service . They are very polite and professional . The waitress Ms Feven is just amazing . I highly recommend to visit this restaurant and try a different experience.

Excellent service , polite staff, beautiful sandy beach.Everything you need to relax is at the hotel . My family and I are coming here for the second time and hope to return again . I have been to many places in my life and at the moment I can say that this is the best of what I have seen.

Wow, second trip to Ajman Beach Hotel. You never know if the second time will outshine the first, but in our case. We had an even better experience and the hotel exceeded all we could ask for. Room was very clean. Help was very courteous and made you feel welcomed. The facilities where in very good shape. The food was excellent and being in Ajman during Ramadan was perfect for my wife and I... I said in my previous review that people love to complain, yet rarely say when things are good. I had my complaint at the beginning and the hotel exceeded above and beyond to satisfy my wife and I. This is what I talk about and why we returned to Ajman Beach Hotel. They care and they work hard to satisfy problems. Thus, no complaints and only a satisfied customer. So my wife and I desire very much to communicate about how much we love the Ajman Beach Hotel. The restaurant in this hotel has the rudest waiter/cleaner I’ve ever met in UAE. Since we have the same nationality he just didn’t consider me as a guest and gave me a very bad experience. I accidentally spilled a bowl of cereal, and immediately said sorry. However this staff gave me the rudest stare, and when I asked where should I put the dirty bowl, he turned his back on me and said loudly “leave it there!!!” For sure this will be my last stay here in this hotel. I will never ever want to meet this rude Francis ever again. He gave me the worst experience ever

The atmosphere is perfect while the surroundings are welcoming and not crowded, a nice place to visit with friend and their food was superb had a very nice time and not to forget the staff who were really nice to us and catered to all our requests and needs

This was our third visit from 2017. We loved this placed every time we come here. The wide private beach with beautiful Sunset views, nice Volleyball court and Children yard. Relaxing jacuzzi and swimming pool, Shisha and Bar with delicious BBQ. We loved everything. The staffs here are phenomenal. Very professional and helpful. Especially Sanjhana! She is an incredible asset to the company. Her customer service level is beyond 5*. Very humble, swift responder, talks with glorious smile. Happy to serve nature makes her more special. Thank you Samjhana for treating us as super valuable guest. You are truly a Star!!! Keep that spirit up for forever. Lastly, I would really recommend this Hotel to everyone whoever planing for family trip or cheering with friends or just a couple. This place has a lot to after for all types of guest. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. Rooms were a dump. Staff were very rude never again and will not recommend to anyone avoid at all costs. Should be classed as a hostel not a hotel. If anyone has any sense do not book this hotel avoid.

This hotel are not at all welcoming and not at all friendly to clients/ customers. They are very rude and won’t let you enjoy your stay. The rooms are smelly and not prepared at all. Won’t ever come back here. You better avoid coming here. It’s not even worth it as the hotel is old itself and staff are rude and lazy.
