Just happened to have our late staff new year party at this venue. Wonderful location and excellent service altogether. The hotel had a massive renovation and it looks brand new. Great outdoor venue for your get together. Food was far better than expected but definitely value for money. Highly recommend this place as it will fit your comfort and budget. Clean place and helpful people...

the place has very good view of the beach with good outdoor facilities, but the place has the highest noise level at night as night club and disco sounds reach your head in the room and even some drunken guest may try to open your room by mistakes!!!

A fairly small hotel compared to the other hotels in Ajman. The hotel has a wide private beach and there is no charge for towels & sun chairs and since the hotel is small there is a lot of free space on the beach. Good breakfast with several options. Our room has also recently been renovated. The location of the hotel is very good and the interesting Ajman museum is within walking distance from the hotel. Suggest you also visit the nice and friendly local fish market which could be reached by walking or a few minutes away with the cheap taxis. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and service oriented. Mr. Gobal on 3rd floor did his utmost to keep our room in perfect condition. Upon our arrival Mr. Roque Fernandes also did a check of our room to secure it was ready for new guests and he also asked us if everything was good every time we met him during our stay.

Ajman is a cute city-emirate esp its beach, because one can see the sea while driving up and down it’s coast. We tried to find a decent hotel overlooking the sea in the last several years but found either run-down ones not worth being there or high-end ones too expensive for a family, since for some reasons all hotel seem to price-fix by having no more than 2 people in each room. Comes this year, finally there is a sea-view hotel on the northern tip of the beach stretch that has been renovated and has been officially designated a 2 Star hotel, and it’s rightly so. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the corniche, being at it’s northern tip next to Ajman Sarai Hotel. As the ones next to it, it has it’s own private bch (boundaries), with breathtaking sea view and sunset (better viewed from the rooms). The rooms are of 2 kinds, one facing the sea but no balconies (their balconies were closed off to join the room making them bigger and can be made into “studios”). The tv-baggage stand and bed headboards are all mahogany wood, new and beautiful, the walking space ample, the bathrooms spacious and all tiled (pictured), the windows all white (a more modern looking than the old aluminum ones). The other kind opposite the corridor is facing the town but the view is decent, the rooms are same as before and kept their balconies, keeping their smaller size. The lobby is small but opens to a gift shop, a pool facing restaurant and gym. The dinner buffet is varied and seems appealing though no dessert to speak of (at 56 aed per person one cannot be too choosy). The pool is on ur way out to the sea, with white and blue striped umbrellas, chair cushions or towels. It has pool bar and ample sitting areas around and to the side, to give one choice. Being newly renovated and affordable for families (we needed 3 rooms) elevates the 2-star feel to an acceptable level, but unless it is kept in good condition by maintaining the good things and repairing damages/out-of-order stuff, it will go back to being a rundown place. The staff are all nice and helpful but need to be varied to appeal to varied clientele, UAE residents or tourists.
