Check-in is fast.
The furniture in the room is old, but the bed is comfortable and the linens are of good quality. Almost all sea view rooms do not have a balcony.
Breakfast is quite adequate for the price of the stay.
The area is small, clean, the pool is good.
The best thing is the sea. The water is turquoise, a very beautiful color. There are low tides, but you can still swim at any low tide. The sun loungers by the pool are of good quality, but on the beach they are very old and dirty.

It was a nice stay. The view was excellent. Breakfast was good, but found some repeat items. Rooms and staffs are very good. Just couple of things. First, I don't half litre a day is nit enough water for one. Offer at least 1L free water. Second, if you add dental kit and bathroom slippers in that would be great.

Alright, we were just looking for the place to sleep not too far from our friend's house. Ajman Beach Hotel was available at AED 280 (USD 77) per room per night with breakfast and we thought of giving it a try and spend an hour on the beach as well. Reception area is small and overcrowded, check in took about 15 minutes. Hotel's only elevator can take a maximum of 2 average sized people without luggage. The room was alright: enough space and reasonably clean, while bathroom was at its last gasp. Swimming pool is crowded, but the beach is spacious enough and clean. The worst thing was breakfast: poor display of semi-edible items that looked like leftovers from some lunch at construction site kept under the open sun for several days.

First of all this place is under rated, the resort may not be as modern as the neighboring hotels but I can guarantee you, the view is great and the best part is the staffs are amazing. It was my son's birtday as his request he wanted to go to the beach it was late afternoon already so we did our reservation with the third party booking service, unfortunately when we arrived at the location they were having an issue and were unable to find our booking. However the hotel receptionist and Ms. KAMALDEEP made sure that we'll be well taken care of.
They were so nice and after knowing the situation they stepped up and kindly accommodated my family
Like what they say:
"Its not just the place, but sometimes its the people that makes you come back."

I chose the Ajman Beach Hotel for my first visit to Ajman mainly due to location. I looked at a few options around Ajman, but decided that the corniche would be the best spot for what I was after – beach access, access to local restaurants and parking for a vehicle (to explore more of Ajman and UAQ).
I chose this hotel instead of others in a similar budget due to the location on the beach, and not across the road from it. The location being off the main section of the corniche meant that traffic was also less busy.
The hotel was built in 1979, and was likely one of the only hotels of its kind in the area for a long time. While there are bigger, flashier, more luxurious and newer hotels in the area, I plan to return to the Ajman Beach Hotel.
I enjoyed the private beach at the hotel, for both swimming in the ocean and relaxing in the sun. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room faced the ocean and was comfortable and clean. I walked from the hotel down the corniche every night for dinner at various restaurants. The location was close to supermarkets and restaurants as well. The parking was crowded on the north side, but there was plenty on the South side of the hotel. During my stay, there was a private birthday party at the hotel and also busy nights with the bars attached to the hotel. At no point was I bothered by the noise.
Breakfast was included in my stay, which isn’t usually my choice. The food was mostly fairly standard, even though I mostly had chai. The single lift in the hotel was somewhat frustrating, especially with covid limiting the number of occupants. During high traffic times, it was fast to walk up the stairs. The gym/fitness centre was adequate, but far from modern.

This hotel is very intimate (compact) compared to nearby ones, located between Ajman Saray and Fairmont (this hotel is very respectable in appearance). Our hotel has its own beach - it is large enough and comfortable, if you don’t find fault with the uncomfortable sunbeds - why lie on them if there is a sea! The hotel also had a view of the sea - but there is no point in this - the windows are dirty, since the sea and sand are very close and the wind contributes.
The first night turned out to be surprisingly bad - it turns out the hotel has a wonderful bar right next door - a Filipino cabaret. The rest of the nights will be the same)))))
So for rooms on the sea it is a terrible noise, a roar that ends at 3 am. There is nothing to do without earplugs!
My mom doesn’t want me to ask to move, so I put earplugs in my ears and don’t go to bed awake - you won’t fall asleep. This is the first time I have had such an experience.
Breakfast is poor and prepared in advance.
The dinners are wonderful!
There is no service, basically - but for the sake of appearance they try, if you ask.
There is a fitness light, but no saunas or hammam.
The main thing about this place is its Filipino cabaret, not the hotel itself.

Relaxed at the hotel from November 14, 7 nights, room was taken overlooking the city. These rooms are smaller than the sea-view side, but they have a balcony. We slept beautifully, nothing bothered us. Lived on the sixth floor. Rooms were always cleaned. Very friendly staff. The food is delicious! Especially fish. There's not a lot of people in the hotel, so no fuss, nothing, everything's just fine. White sand beach. Depth is standard, I won't say how others write it, which is shallow. The depth is pretty much everywhere, there's room to swim. On the excursions I will tell immediately at the tour operators price tag is mad, but the hotel employs people whose price is lower on the excursions and the treatment of the tourist is better than that of the tour operators. Just to give you tours, other questions and don't want to hear. But we met the guide Tatiana, who organized our leisure activities perfectly. Price is pleasant and quality is high. I recommend who needs Tatiana's coordinates. I'd be happy to share them.

This is the most terrible thing that can be imagined. Old and dirty hotel. The food has no choice and, to be honest, is not very tasty. There are literally no Russian speakers at all, only translation over the phone and then a long wait until they figure it out.
Separately, for those who want to go on holidays and the New Year, it’s terrible, they just put everyone in the eating room, and for the residents, as they said, the holiday is outside, but you can’t go out to see them.
The beach is waist deep and small. The children's pool is also small.
The air conditioner is screaming so loud that it is impossible to sleep, and there is a disco for residents outside in the courtyard.
In general, if you want to ruin your vacation, come here. Those who sell it, and those who write that it’s good here. (wish, may your life be so good)
All the best, and have a good rest. But, not here, in short, we were sooooo disappointed, and just wasted money and nerves.

I know the hotel is old but to see a cockroaches in the room is the worst. I wokeup in the middle of my sleep because I felt something crawling on my face. With the current situation we expect to experience a clean environment, cockroaches can carry germs and virus that can be transfer to the guests and the fridge was not cleaned for months. Also the bed was not folded nicely and you can hear the noise from the other rooms.
