Stayed for one night, as a getaway for my birthday. Facilities are great. Pool is very spacious, beach is very clean. There are fishes in the water :). Service very quick and thoughtful. With all covid situation around, hotel personnel makes you feel very safe. Sunbeds are far enough from each other, you are offered masks, sanitizers, etc everywhere you go in the resort. Buffet is behind glass, and chefs are assisting you with the food. The selection of food for breakfast was very impressive. Will definitely stay again!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday here. Firstly would like to say how absolutely fabulous the guys are around the pool that serve you the drink and food, the lifeguards, and our daily cleaner Tej.
There customer service is outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them. It’s pool/beach service which makes it so easy to order, you just press the button on your table! The lifeguards always greet you and have a friendly chat and our room was always cleaned to a very high standard everyday with clean towels daily.
I had a massage at the spa by Remi, she was amazing can highly recommend the spa experience.
The food is superb, top quality always fresh and plenty of choice even room service late night snacks were so tasty
The drinks were very good, good choices of beer and the Prosecco and wine were very good too.
On the down side …. In the Mahaj(highly recommended) restaurant if you want certain dishes you need to pay a supplement which can add up to £40-50 extra for 2. We were all inclusive and unless you know how it works it can be it complicated and not explained clearly! So there is a beautiful beachside restaurant which has exactly the same menu as the pool side… however if you want to go and sit at a table at this restaurant/bar to eat or drink then you have to pay!! We got caught out on this the first afternoon there. This makes no sense what so ever and although it’s lovely having that pool side service we would have sometimes liked to have wandered down to the beach and sat to eat
There is no entertainment what so ever, we did wonder where everyone went in the evenings as we were basically were the only ones sitting outside of an evening
We paid to upgrade to a suite when we arrived which was fine however the day we returned we were not leaving until 10pm. We were charged another £100 late check out even though the hotel was I would say 40% capacity, and within the charge we didn’t even get the all inclusive package we had to pay for our food and drinks on top. We would think as a good will and the fact we had already paid £600 for the room upgrade they would have provided the room with no charge.
Finally don’t go by google maps how far this hotel is from Dubai albeit not far in miles the time to get there in a taxi because of the horrific traffic sometimes took over an hour! You do have to take a taxi everywhere you can’t walk anywhere here as it’s fairly remote.
Having said all of this .. would we return … yes. For a hotel based relaxing holiday with amazing food and the staff definitely make it, it’s a beautiful place to visit.

Came here for our anniversary weekend. Enjoyed the beach, it was very clear and clean. Lifeguards were always keeping an eye on everyone. Pool was also nice, but a little too warm for us. I liked how the lifeguards were good about cleaning the chairs when someone new came to use them. Great Covid precautions all around. One con of the pool and beach was how far the bathrooms were to the facilities. You have to go down a bunch of stairs to the changing rooms and bathrooms. Its a little annoying, especially with kids who constantly need to use the toilet.
We had the Adana suite and they did a really good job cleaning it. Better than other hotels in Dubai that we stayed at. The view is so nice of the ocean, but on the weekends you can hear the DJ in the nearby restaurant till late.
Breakfast buffet was great, lots of options and they are more than helpful.
Food at the beach restaurant needs a lot of improvement. Service was good but food was terrible. I didn’t like that they mixed people smoking shisha with people who don’t. Even if we were outside all I smelled was smoke from shisha or cigarettes. Also, there was a lot of single men just hanging around there at night drinking and smoking shisha, which again didn’t give a great family vibe. They really need more food options other than the 2 restaurants open at night and they need to improve the food quality by a lot. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the treatment we received. Will visit again.

Pro: The pool and the beach are very relaxing ,not busy so we had peaceful day
Negative points:well is so much algae in the pool ,that show the level of cleanlinease. No sanitiser in the area and no sun beds desinfection when the bed is offered. Towels are not provided in the plastic as per the regulations.
The staff I feel they really lack empathy or trainings, not very intuitive, there were 5 staff chatting at the pool and when I ask for 2 towels the lady point to go and pick up myself from reception, when she could have stop the chat and provide it.I guess where to busy watching the volleyball game for the staff, and they forgot to look over the guests.
The french fries came with some hair and we show it to the waiter that replace it.

Hopefully you can find this as points to work on it and improve since the place itself is very beautiful, but at the end of the day the staff are the one make pleasant or unpleasant atmosphere.

We came just for a day access but wont visit again.

Ajman Sarah hotel most amazing place, vacation, time I ever have since awhile even during the covid-19 situation you feel safe secure in that place am not calling it a hotel as it is a heaven of relaxation, same time a place where you can teach your children more about the mother nature and about the see as the beach open it allows them to see the sea lives same like fish swimming near by, crapes big ones and baby ones with other creatures. Loved the swimming pool not too deep and allow the kids play safe, and the door another story the restaurant named Bab Al Bauer restaurant allow you experience dinning out door exactly on the beach with shisha, drinks and how this all can happen with out music an amazing mix of tracks, songs from all over the global such lovely place only one comment no checkout late during weekend, and now baby bed free cost, its charged with 150 AED extra to be paid but I do recommend to join the application bonvoy for The Marriott as they will give you a credit partial from your payment against the room charge to be used in the hotel or restaurant what about rooms most of them sea view space is good and internal furniture if good I gave it 6 of 10 but great one. Same time hotel location near some good restaurants outdoor Arabic one very famous with sweets shop too famous.

I would for sure recommend for family or even couples for vacation maybe I will have chance to meet you as for sure am going back there next month but for longer period.

See you there ☺️

Well done ✅

We had a room with a sea view on the 8th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel and very clean environment.

I would like to mention the exceptional work of the concierge service and housekeeping service.

The hotel restaurant proposes a wide variety of oriental dishes, we only took breakfast in our package. but on the next visit we will take half board, as it turns out to be more expensive to eat at your own expense in a restaurant.

We noticed that the seafood selection is a bit limited, would have liked more fresh fish and shrimps. At breakfast, a huge selection of fruits and hot dishes, you can always choose something according to your taste.

It would be nice to note the restaurant on the beach. Exceptional service and nice menu that will please any gourmet.

The rooms also have shampoos and conditioners and body lotions , as well as bathrobes. In the room you can drink tea and coffee, if you want to take a short break in the afternoon.

We really liked the beach, the territory is always clean and the sea is clear and the team of employees are very friendly.

As well, I would like to note the impeccable work of the security service.

The hotel is located in a calm area and if you want to go to Dubai, there is no worries: you just call a taxi and in 2 minutes you are on your way!

The level of disinfection is high, and there are even trash cans on the beach that were disinfected and polished!

Coming back two years later we thought we would have the same pleasant vacation. Unfortunately we were disappointed of the changes made. Starting from traveling with Tuj we booked the All inclusive formula, we were astonished that only the main restaurant and the basic drinks are free. Never was mentioned that you have to pay for example the pool restaurant, cocktails and much sorts of alcohol as well as only the hot drinks from the coffee shop are free, the food/sweets you have to pay for. Moreover, ordering from the pool bar, you have no other choice than, eat your meal on the deckchairs, what is not suitable for retirees or elderly or just if you like eating clean and comfortable. The main restaurant had almost always the same food and not much variety, but it was good.

What you need to know is that apart from the spa/gym or squash, there is nothing to do inside the hotel. There is no entertainment or activity, almost no music around the pool. And for the evening there is only a bar. Basically you relax, sleep and eat.
The rooms are very clean, sea view is amazing, unfortunately the mini bar is empty, which in my opinion shouldn’t be In All inclusive formula.

The waiters and all the staff, receptionists are pleasant, kind and attentive if you need anything. But on the other hand, there was one specific employee at the reception that shocked me, when I asked for information on how to go quad biking in the desert, the receptionist in question replied to me with "this is too expensive for you". Which sincerely let me shocked and mad. You do not say that to a client even less in a hotel claiming to be 5 stars that’s inappropriate! Should I have come to inquire dressed all in Luxury brand or what. Even though we did it, it was fun and great experience (and not even expensive), so don’t listen to them and go do what you want outside!

After having traveled a lot around the world and done all kinds of trips which including 5 stars hotels, I can say that this hotel is not worth them in terms of quality of service/customers service. I sincerely hope that changes will be made for the comfort of future travelers.

I stayed at your hotel with my fiancé celebrating our anniversary on the 3rd of November.
We want to thank Ms. Nima from the guest service team for her extraordinary efforts and great job for making our stay memorable.
She arranged for the setup of the balloons, towel art and the complimentary cake before our arrival with a very nice personalized note signed by her.
She is the type of associates that Marriott always looking for to praise the company name all the time. Definitely, we will come back because of her.

Our overall experience is fantastic. We loved the room, view, beach, room cleanliness, swimming pool. It was very nice when we opened our eyes in the morning on the Good Morning note at the beachside.
The beach guard was hospitable. Food and beverage service team were helpful, but we believe that you should improve the quality of the food and drinks.

Once again, thank you Nima, for everything you did for us. We wish we could meet you in person, but we came back at night very late and tired.

Regards,
Ahmed and Antoanette

Very easy to find with plenty of Underground parking available.

Check in was fast and efficient. I forgot her name but the Receptionist was very friendly and explained all the Covid rules to me without any rush.

Room was nice and clean, I opted for a Ocean view which was beautiful. Balcony and bathroom was roomy and spotless clean. Water and amenities were great.

The hotel pool was well kept and there were few families and a few tipsy “staycation” guests but everyone kept to themselves.

The beach was empty and relatively well kept and clean. Lifeguards on duty all the time and the service on the pool and beach was really well done.

Dinner at the Beach restaurant was surprisingly good. The prices were a bit more then I expected but worth the quality of the food.

The staff really carried the whole experience, everyone was friendly and took their time to help. Everyone wore gloves and masks and tables, chairs, pool cabanas etc were all sprayed down and disinfected after or before use.

Special mention to the lovely room cleaning lady (I again forgot the name) she smiled and greeted every single time we passed by and did a fantastic job.

Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for a getaway or nice stay in Ajman.

e stayed in Ajman Saray, the Luxury Collection Resort, in Ajman occupying Room #401 ( 24 to 27 December 2020)

Our first impression of Ajman Saray at check in was not very good as we did not feel comfortable at check in time. The front office was clueless about our reservation and did not know that the hotel had a Bar-be-que night.

After check in, very upset we went to the Restaurant which completely changed our mood and opinion. We were warmly welcomed by your Restaurant Manager Mr. Faizer, a very active person, who led us to a table and made us feel very comfortable and important, he had an excellent knowledge of the food & beverage he served in the restaurant and the packages offered by the hotel. He had a positive attitude, great communication skills and a passion for what he did, he has excellent qualities of humility, teamwork and patience, being very calm under pressure when the restaurant was full. His team the F & B Staff were hard working and obliging.

The hotel was great, rooms were very clean and tidy with a very good and courteous room attendant.

Definitely the hotel requires courteous and more knowledgeable Front Office Agents to boost the hotel and the facilities available.

We upgraded through the travel agent before we went. I’m not really sure if there’s any difference if you upgrade when you get there. The hotel front desk is very helpful if you contact it before you go.

If I don’t recall it wrong the balcony of the room had ashtray. Also the restaurant by the pool allowed smoking. As far as the early check-in, sorry I don’t know. You may need to contact the hotel directly.
