We are in this hotel for the fourth time and will come more often. Beautiful large rooms with super comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bathtub with separate toilet, plus a furnished balcony. Staff is very nice, helpful and courteous. You have to mention a waiter named Zue Zan, she reads your every wish from your eyes and always tries to fulfill it, she is very hardworking, helpful and courteous, you can always rely on her.
We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. January 2021 we stayed at the Fairmount just down the road from the Saray and infact celebrated NYE at the Saray, had a wonderful evening. This time we went for a long weekend over Ramadan/Eid. The hotel was very busy during this time however, the staff work tirelessly to ensure all guests are accommodated & looked after. I was shocked at the demands made by some guests and their rudeness to the staff but at all times they remain courteous and professional. We had a Deluxe room with a Sea view. The room was lovely and all rooms with a sea view receive the afternoon sun. The housekeeper was charming and the cleanliness was superb, in fact throughout the hotel. During Ramadan, there were 2 main restaurants open for A'la carte dining, the Vista (buffet) and the Bab (on the beach). I'm not a huge fan of buffet restaurants but whilst the offering isn't huge, the choice is excellent. Friday night was Seafood night & the choice was outstanding - from Oysters to Lobster, to Cooked Hake & Salmon. Breakfast is also served in that restaurant and is very good. We did go to the Bab a couple of times, whilst the setting is lovely right on the beach, the menu is limited and could really do with a better choice of Appetisers. The service was slow but I think that was lack of staff and a few drinks we selected weren't available but don't let that put you off. In the day we chose to sit on the beach, the loungers are great, service again is excellent. All in all a wonderful hotel, leaps & bounds ahead of the Fairmont, we loved it.…
Stayed at the Ajman Saray for a few days over Ramadan/Eid. Love this hotel for a cheeky getaway from Dubai. It’s close enough not to feel like an effort to get there, but far enough away, and of a different style to the Dubai hotels, to feel like you really are away from it all. The rooms were lovely, staff super (super) helpful even tho they were at full capacity for the holidays. The beach and pool are really lovely and the lifeguards actually on guard! We ate at the beach restaurant both nights we stayed, because why wouldn’t you?! The food was lovely and the gin menu wasn’t the usual offering. Great value. All in all a lovely staycation.
Beautiful hotel with great rooms. It's visible that it's not new but still impresiv. Very nice service. Amazing food from good quality ingreadients... but it's not clear what is part of all inclusive and what you need to Pay for. Each time you need to sign a bill and you need to be careful what you order because part of food is outside of all inclusive. To be honest I would not call it all inclusive as you have only 2 types of alkohol cocktails which you can order, not all types of coffee are free as well as cakes in cafeteria. As well in beach bar part of menu is free and part is paid. Everything would be more or less good but there is many rules and even when I have asked if I can have coffe and cake as part of my all inclusive and it was confirmed at the end I had to pay for it. I feelt like thief especially that they apprached me at the dinner. So even when you hear at the reception that "you do not need to worry about signing bills as just for internal purposes" and then from concierge that something is part of your package you can still receive bill for 50 AED for piece of cake ans coffee. I do not recommend if you like all inclusive. Other problem is that people are blocking sun beds in the morning for whole day, if you are coming to the Beach after 10 am you can have a problem to find any place till the end of the day. No one is paying attention to this fact. I need to add as well that 90% of guests are russians.…
Great hotel, nice pool area and fantastic beach. Nice rooms and great seawiev. Thanks to all staff for smile and great service - want to highlight, Zuve Zon in restaurant, and lifeguard Rumishka and Suresh.
We had a room with a sea view on the 8th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel and very clean environment. I would like to mention the exceptional work of the concierge service and housekeeping service. The hotel restaurant proposes a wide variety of oriental dishes, we only took breakfast in our package. but on the next visit we will take half board, as it turns out to be more expensive to eat at your own expense in a restaurant. We noticed that the seafood selection is a bit limited, would have liked more fresh fish and shrimps. At breakfast, a huge selection of fruits and hot dishes, you can always choose something according to your taste. It would be nice to note the restaurant on the beach. Exceptional service and nice menu that will please any gourmet. The rooms also have shampoos and conditioners and body lotions , as well as bathrobes. In the room you can drink tea and coffee, if you want to take a short break in the afternoon. We really liked the beach, the territory is always clean and the sea is clear and the team of employees are very friendly. As well, I would like to note the impeccable work of the security service. The hotel is located in a calm area and if you want to go to Dubai, there is no worries: you just call a taxi and in 2 minutes you are on your way! The level of disinfection is high, and there are even trash cans on the beach that were disinfected and polished!…
Hands down one of the best hotels and service we have ever had. From the service - special shout out to Vinod, Archana, Ashish and team for treating us and the boys so well :-) and to chef Umair for simply the most amazing food, Chris/Joseph for ace cocktails, and Tia for the much needed caffeine fix. You’re all a credit to the hotel and your patrons. The hotel was always spotless and cleanliness next to none. Thank you for a beautiful holiday. We’ll definitely be back (next year already, according to my son!)
Stayed for a fantastic week in April 2022.Had a suite with a beautiful view, ate every night at Bal Al Bahr, which has a beautiful beach side location.Chef Muqshit really looked after us and excelled in his culinary skills igniting our tastebuds. We we’re looked after efficiently and with fun and smiles by Hsu,Mif and Jon.
