You went out of your way trying to find the solution by sharing your knowledge/ the information I needed, sharing your insights with the colleagues so they could better understand my problem. This shows why customers would be happy to come to your Hotel over & over again. Your authenticity puts people at ease right away and you show such a great understanding of customer's needs. My experience with them was traumatic. I was surprised that my membership was canceled without prior notice or even a real reason. I tried to communicate with the administration, unfortunately, the answer was evaded, under the pretext that the manager is on vacation. I was left in shock trying to remember what I did wrong but no answer. I assume that the staff at the beach were unprofessional , judging you according to their beliefs and intellectual orientations, and then they will take the matter personally. You will not feel like you are on a private beach. It was an experience full of injustice.
I have been trying to contact a manager that can give appropriate response to the failure of beach and spa manager but yet no response, therefore I’m writing this to whom may concern, I have had membership of the Spa facility for quite long time and suddenly 2 weeks ago I have denied access to the beach and as well denied access to beach without prior notice - the life guards at beach were rude enough to stop me at entrance without appropriate reason of denied access - i have asked to talk the manager but no response. I have been called a week ago to visit the hotel and take the membership remaining money without any valid reason. I’d like to report the beach Manager behavior during my time which he usually beg to borrow my car to show off front of hotel guest which usually he takes them for other hotel to spend time with ladies guest. But I do not respect the way you dealt with us when you stopped me in front of the guests on the sea and prevented me from entering. I want an appointment with hotel GM or hotel manager to discuss this matter. For now this hotel for me is disrespectful for their guest and staff.…
Excellent location, on the corniche with private beach just across the road. The front desk /concierge staff were super efficient . We got upgraded to a seaview room which was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet was top class as was the lunch and dinner buffet with wide range of Indian/ Asian/ continental dishes. The staff at the restaurants were friendly, polite and efficient. Point to note: the hotel does not serve any alcohol. The spa is excellent. Vandana at the reception and sushma the masseuse were superb in their jobs. I highly recommend going to the spa. Overall a wonderful stay.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Because we were looked for possibility to live separately with 2 kids. Apartment is ok in general. All Personal are amazing, including front desk and restaurant. They did our leisure. Restaurant cooked special gluten free food for my kid based on our request, they were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed it so much. I can definitely recommend this hotel to get good vacation for reasonable price. Beach is very close, private and very good for families. Thank you Ramada guys for your very good job!

Shariful very good friendly staff, very good hotel, the holiday was great, we will definitely come again, only this time we will book a room with a sea view. to fully enjoy the sea breeze and sunset and sunrise views
