My husband and I stayed for the new years eve. It was a last minute booking, but it was all worth it! Everything was good, from the hotel staff courtesy, clean and comfortable room, good food. We really enjoyed our stay.
They have a very nice set-up for the new year’s eve dinner for guests and we had a great view of the fireworks at midnight.
Room Service and Housekeeping guys are very attentive to all your needs, quickly responds to all your requests.
Hotel ambiance is nice, you really get to feel the holiday vibes. I love the lemon grass scent everywhere!
The only drawback for me is the non-availability of valet. But this is not a big issue anyway.
Overall it was a great experience and will definitely consider coming back!

Its been 18 months since my last holiday break when I decided to get a voucher to relax even just for a couple of days so I made a reservation to Bahi Ajman Palace mainly to swim my stress away. Nabijon assisted me upon check-in and he informed me that the voucher I got is for a city view room though I was wanting to get a sea view to have a relaxing sight, I knew there will be an additional fee for it and didnt want to add anything on my bill. He clearly explained all fees I need to settle and the inclusion of the voucher I purchased. Upon signing all required documents to complete the check-in, Nabijon informed me that he upgraded my room to sea view at no cost. The view from the room is amazing, I can see the beach and the swimming pool from the terrace. The pool is temperature controlled so its very relaxing to swim in this cold weather. The pool and beach staff are keeping it so well, the sun beds, shore, pool area are very clean. The ladies in pool entrance for towel are very friendly and courteous. Breakfast doesnt have much variety but very filling, all breads are fresh and soft to bite. Checking out is hassle free, thanks to Romeo who assisted us up until exiting the hotel.
Kudos Bahi Ajman Palace for having such a great team! Thank you again, Nabijon and Romeo, best of luck to both of you and keep up the good work. I'll definitely visit again.

My experience at Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel was very positive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was courteously assisted as I purchased my day pass and received my locker key to an immaculate changing room fitted with large showers, blow dryers, toilets, a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The pool is beautiful and I had a great time in the sea. There were large and comfortable lounge chairs available by the sea, making it a great spot to relax while experiencing the cool sea breeze.
I visited a restaurant by the pool and my heart was warmed by the care and courtesy of the staff. I will definitely visit this hotel again, and I'm looking forward to joining the Lifestyle Club this week. I highly recommend this hotel.

I visited Bahi with my family and 2 other families on 29 October. While checking in in I requested the reception
Honey for a room at the top floor and she was quite rude she refused to listen to me and carried on with the check in. She quite rudely mentioned that she will give me what is available. she gave me 2 rooms on the second floor. I also informed her that my friends who have taken two rooms are joining shortly to try and accommodate us on the same floor. I don't mind if you do not have anything available but the least I expect is to listen to me and politely say that you will try your best. I also understand that it is a busy weekend but if I don't request for what I want how will you know what are my preferences. My friends came in an hour later and they got 2 rooms beside each other on the sixth floor given to them by Honey itself. Clearly poor customer service.
The rooms are really cramped up and the balcony is really small.
The glasses of the windows are so dirty and badly stained.
The sea view is beautiful. They blast loud music which is audible everywhere and is disturbing of you want to sleep in.
There is an issue with the drainage system and there is a really bad smell that comes while flushing.
My friends toilet was completely clogged and dirty smelling water was coming out of the drainage. It leaked to the room and it took 1 hour for them to fix it.
The pillows need replacing they are old and limp.
Due to covid they are providing disposable cups for tea but they are too tiny recommend a bigger size. No coffee sachets provided.
The pool is tiny and reeked of excessive chlorine too many ppl allowed in the pool at one time.
The gym is nice and well equipped with a good view.
The private beach is lovely and the best part of going to the hotel.
The other staff were polite.
My room fridge did not work when I complained they replaced it immediately.
The breakfast was a decent spread but i would suggest to serve coffee and tea in proper mugs just like u provided glasses for the juice and plates to eat.
There was only one person preparing eggs and due to that a huge line for the egg counter. Rest of the food was decent.ther
were a few good points but clearly not the 5 star standards.

We booked a room for my birthday on a weekday. The welcome at the reception was nothing special and got worse when we discussed our room preferences. My husband had written to the room reservations 3 times prior to the visit, to ensure that we had a smooth arrival but it did not help. We asked for a sea view at an extra cost but were told there is no availability and we were showed rooms with double windows with a wall in between. Then we were taken to a suite for extra costs that also did not meet our request and so we settled for a partial sea view room (609). All this wrapped up at 4:30pm, causing us to lose much time when we were there to stay for just one night. The reception was not busy at all and we didn’t see much people in the pool or hotel lobby, so it’s doubtful that on a weekday, the hotel was “fully booked” / “room not available”.
In this room, there were many issues - the chairs were torn and stained, the lamp shades were stained, the bathroom floor was wet, there was no toilet tissue holder and more. We complained and the items were replaced in our room. Overall we were disappointed by the approach of the receptionist who was first to attend to us. We sensed a rather judgmental approach than receiving an apology. Later Selvaraj at the reception and then the housekeeping team did their best to appease us by replacing the chairs and lamp shades and mopped the floors.
The bedding is not 5 star in our perspective. The duvet is flat, probably not even a duvet but just a sheet in a duvet cover. The pillows are not fluffy but flat as well. Did not have the most relaxing sleep.
The kettle lid was not closing properly and kept popping open when being heated.
The TV was not working and we had to call for the technician to sort it out.
The bedside telephone was not working as well. Clearly a lot of issues with the room/(s). We have been to many 5 stars around the world and at least the rooms did not match up to the title.
The breakfast spread was drab, again nothing wow about it.
I must however highlight that we were attended to the next day by the Assistant Concierge Manager who promised to rectify our experience the next time we visit the hotel. Thanks for the offer and we look forward to it, hopefully soon, to change our perception of the hotel. Until then, it was a disappointing stay.

We spent a couple of nights with kids at Bahi Ajman Palace. A great spot away from hustle in Dubai. Lovely private beach and amazing pool. The beach+pool view from the room was simply lovely. Very relaxing stay. They followed all covid protocols, saw the outdoor chairs frequently sanitised. Though there was fair occupancy, hotel staff somehow managed to spread out beach umbrellas and restaurant tables to give a very safe look and feel. Would surely come back for a couple of more nights. Recommend getting a bigger room for 2kids or more though. Suggest having a look before check in. Hotel staff are very polite and courteous.

Arrived at the hotel and we were impressed by the big clean lobby! Staff was nice and quite effective at the time!
We reach the rooms, mold on ceiling and ceiling corners, stained chairs. The room looked like it missed some cleaning.
We said well, let’s see how we get along. Went to the pool, so far all good. My cousin asked for a coffee and he was told he need to pay cash as they cannot charge the coffee on the room. We told them we did not bring cash with us, as we came to the pool and they still said it’s not possible if we don’t pay straight away!! In one point we realized that almost all guest are not wearing mask in the hotel common spaces( lifts, lobby, hallways, etc), some adults were sneezing next to us. We went up in the room, changed and went out for dinner as dinning in Bahi was totally out of discussion after the poor cleaning standards and not enforcing all regulations of public safety within the hotel.
After dinner we decided we will stay the night and check out as soon as possible in the morning. we went to sleep, but a strong motor noise was buzzing in the background. Finally we fell as sleep around 2 am. Wake up call was 5.30!! Not because we wanted ,because some 16-18 kids were running and screening on the hallways. We could not bare it anymore and I opened the door and asked the kids to calm down at 5.52am!!
We will never go back there again!
I am waiting for management of the hotel to reply!!!!
I have already spoke with Director of Guest Service and with Cluster Security Manager( wo said that his team did not report anything to him and he will need to investigate- I wonder if the CCTV live camera are working and do you have any security staff watching?). Will wait for manager to reply and then will share part to with discussion with Director of Guest Service.
Never again Bahi- worst property I have seen in UAE.

As frequent staycators, this hotel from the start to finish was a nightmare. Wrong room given regardless of multiple confirmations prior to arrival. They left us waiting a while in the wrong room (which was full of dust on the lampshades and cabinets) whilst they give us the room originally booked. There was no apologetic manner from the staff and the new room given was not the view booked originally. The staff basically said take it or leave it which was awful as we had already wasted almost an hour waiting around for our room. We had to keep ringing reception as no one came to take us to the new room and left us waiting for a long time. The new room was again not ready/cleaned to standard and we were told to wait in reception whilst they clean the room. On discussing this with the junior manager at the time we were told they can't do anything aside a 30% reduction but at this point he had to confirm this and come back to us leaving us waiting in the first room. After 1hr of additionally waiting we had enough and went down to speak with him to be told he had gone to a meeting. Really bad customer service and 3hrs into a hotel without a room left us infuriated, disappointed and we decided not to stay. The communal areas were incredibly dirty with food parts stuck on the carpets between rooms and no hygiene standard maintained considering covid and on top of all of that, we got a manager raising his voice in the reception area to justify the points we raised that were unacceptable to a frequent traveler. We went back to Dubai where we booked straight into a JBR hotel that we have had wonderful experiences in. Very disappointed as no one as followed this up either with any sincere apology.
