My friend and her son and I came to this hotel on the recommendation of friends who talked about it as the best place to relax. And they were right, the hotel is great! The beach, of course, is not close, but comfortable buses run according to schedule; if someone can’t fit in, additional buses arrive immediately. The beach is gorgeous! Large, sandy, smooth entry into the sea, equipped with showers and toilets. Lots of umbrellas and clean new sun loungers, enough for everyone. Beach towels are soft, not washed. There is a bar, you can take a ball and play beach volleyball. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff. Many thanks for your attention to Otabek and Suhrob, who are always ready to help in all matters. The food is excellent, thanks to the chefs!!!! we took breakfast and dinner and ate our fill, everything was very tasty, excellent soups, a lot of fruit, delicious cakes, a large selection of meat dishes (lamb, beef, chicken), delicious fish, and it was simply difficult not to try everything!!! The rooms are simply HUGE, 50 meters each, clean, modern. High ceilings. Euro sockets, but an adapter is provided upon request. Each room has a microwave, safe, iron, ironing board. The mattresses were normal, my back didn't hurt. Air conditioning is good. There were no mosquitoes on the 4th floor) We talked with tourists who were vacationing in a hotel of the same chain near the beach (Ramada Beach) and had previously been to the Black Ramada, they all said that the rooms in the Black Ramada were better and cheaper. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna, we went in the evening before bed. There is also a wonderful gym, but we never got to it because the talented chef was ahead of the handsome fitness trainer))) In general, I recommend the hotel, have a nice holiday!

We rested in January from 13 to 21 with our daughter in this hotel. The hotel corresponds to the price category - price = quality, deserves the highest praise. We took breakfast (BB) and were quite pleased with the choice, everything was very tasty and varied. The hotel also allows you to change meals from breakfast to lunch/dinner, or purchase additional meals. There is also a service for ordering food to your room at any time, which also involves a separate payment. In the morning (if early departure or early excursion) a lunch box is provided upon request. The hotel rooms are large: with a living area and kitchen. Very thorough cleaning of the rooms: always, if necessary, they replenish bathroom and kitchen utensils (water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream). There is a microwave in the room. There are buses to the beach and to the Dubai Mall; if they are crowded, then additional buses are required. There are a huge number of grocery stores and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants with different cuisines, there are KFC and alcohol markets. Excursions were taken near the hotel beach, Said had a tour. The ability to transfer money to Russian cards in rubles was very convenient. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool, however, given the availability of regular buses to the beach, the pool is not particularly in demand. There is a sauna and hammam. The beach is distinguished by its cleanliness, the presence of a huge number of sun loungers and towels (despite the fact that the beach is designed for two hotels); upon entering the beach you can immediately connect to Wi-Fi. We had a great time! If you were asked whether it is worth returning to this hotel, the answer would be YES, with pleasure!

My family and I stayed at the Black Ramada (hotel & suites by Wyndham) on the 12th floor with a beautiful view from 02/03/24 to 02/13/24. The dates fell on windy and rainy weather, which is very rare, but we also found sunny days, so everything was perfect! The location of the hotel is as convenient as possible, since there is a grocery store and restaurant in the neighboring building, and there are other shops and cafes within walking distance.
The hotel staff are hospitable, polite and pleasant people who can help with any question. upon arrival, we were checked in as quickly as possible, but we were not given breakfast. When checking out, they wanted to postpone check out two hours later, but, unfortunately, due to the full reservation of the entire hotel, this was impossible, so we had to wait for the bus to the airport at the reception on soft sofas.
I would like to highlight a hotel employee like Otabek. He has excellent knowledge of the Russian language, so thanks to him we solved some issues and found out places to visit. It was he who helped us with the room when we checked in: the first one didn’t suit us very well, so Otabek arranged excellent conditions for us. In general, it is better to contact him for all questions. Special thanks to him for this! 🙏🏽
The room was cleaned on time and unnoticed when we were not there, which is also very convenient. There was no shortage of drinking water in the room; it was constantly replenished.
The food at the hotel is very tasty! There were a lot of different dishes and there was also a children's menu. It is important to note that the food was unusual: we remembered cream soups, seafood salad, delicious puff pastries for breakfast (two coffee machines were still working in the morning) and desserts for dinner. It is also worth noting that the dining room has pleasant staff: the waiters removed dirty dishes from the table in a timely manner so that they did not get in the way, and poured water at the right time, and brought cutlery if necessary.
There is a free bus to the beach, just like in Dubai. they always left at the time indicated in the schedule. the beach itself is as clean as the hotel. there are all the necessary conditions: a bar, toilets, showers.
We recommend black Ramada with an excellent team. thank you for a wonderful vacation! We will be back again, and our visit to your hotel will be remembered for a long time!

A great holiday at a good time. The hotel meets expectations, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, you receive two key cards to enter your room. We had a two-room apartment, there was enough space for 4 people. The standard room has: two bathrooms, a bathtub, towels are changed every day, a medium-sized refrigerator (no minibar), a kettle, cups, glasses, tea/coffee bags, sugar, cream (the latter is brought every day). Room cleaning daily. There are two central air conditioners, but they are adjusted separately in each room, which is important. WiFi works throughout the hotel without any problems (the password is given immediately upon check-in and is not changed until the end of your stay). The restaurant seems to be open around the clock: the food is always fresh, hot, and plentiful. But don’t forget that this is not a European country, it has its own flavor. Food cannot be taken out of the restaurant under any pretext. Meal periods are almost 4 hours each (only breakfast from 7 to 11). You can easily plan your time. The hotel has a modern gym and a swimming pool with a sauna from 7 to 23 on the principle of “come and use” without additional payment. For adults there is additional billiards on the second floor above the pool. There is a playroom for children. Transfer to the beach and back every two hours. Towels are provided directly on the beach, and there is also WiFi. Every day there is a FREE transfer to the Dubai Mall with no limit on the number of times (departure at 15, back from the center at 21), time - from 30 minutes to an hour (if you get stuck in a traffic jam), but more often everything is fast. Relatively close to the hotel there are Lulu and Nesto stores. There are cafes, shops and KFC right next to it. And the most important thing. OTOBEK. Remember this name. A hotel employee who is almost always present almost everywhere. Speaks Russian as his native language. He will solve (or make absolutely every effort to solve) all your problems with your stay. Will help with other issues. It seems he knows everything and everyone))

The hotel corresponds to its declared 4* The rooms are cleaned daily, although this was not always necessary, the food is very tasty, I liked almost everything, I’m certainly not a gourmet. Not a single child or adult was seen with poisoning, as for example in Abkhazia this is a normal phenomenon, here they do not dump sewage into the sea, as in Abkhazia, hence all kinds of rotavirus. The staff is smiling, all guests are welcome, there are Russian speakers at the reception, they will always help and show you. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, near the hotel there is a Lulu supermarket, which accepts dollars and gives change in dirhams, which is very convenient, since we did not find exchangers nearby, there is also a Parus agency nearby, where tours are cheaper than hotel guides. Wi-Fi and air conditioning work great, there is also Wi-Fi on the beach, towels and sunbeds are free on the beach, you name the room number and the hotel, it’s just that there is also Armada on the first line, the beach is cool, closed, sandy, there are ebbs and flows, water clean and warm like fresh milk, if you’re lucky, you can even catch crayfish, take your glasses, a guy caught a huge crab in front of me) The rooms are huge, although dark due to the tinted windows and the black style of the hotel, once you even slept through breakfast, there is a separate kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee, and water. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the sea, I sent you a photo of the schedule. Not far from the hotel there is the Ajman City Center, by taxi it costs 13-15 dirhams, it has Wikiki and other brands that have left Russia. It’s a pity that there is no direct flight from Tyumen; flying from Yekaterinburg is extremely inconvenient(

We stayed at this hotel from May 20 to May 30, 2024. This was a conscious choice). We vacationed here earlier in November 2019 and March 2023. Every time we choose this wonderful hotel, we are sure that your vacation will be 100% successful. The staff here is super responsive, friendly and friendly - they will always help, explain and take care of you. You can always explain yourself in Russian. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are white, the rooms are cleaned, clothes dryers, electrical adapters, etc. will be provided upon request. Air conditioners work perfectly in all rooms. The kitchen and restaurant are a separate matter! How they cook!!!! This is very tasty, plentiful))) food! Thank you very much for your art of cooking, dear wizards of preparing delicious dishes!!!! And the waiters work promptly and energetically, they will always invite you to a free table! God, when do you all sleep incredible people?! Thank you! Beach. Bus drivers will carefully and comfortably take you to the beach and meet you (every hour, according to the schedule), and at 15:00 every day they take you to the Dubai Mall and pick you up at 21:00❤️ The beach has everything: toilets and showers and changing rooms, sun loungers, towels are all included in the price, a bar for the all-inclusive category, for others paid drinks and so on. The only thing missing is some shade on the beach, you have to fight for the shade)), not everyone, or rather almost no one, wants to bask in the sun)). I would like to convey special gratitude for the help on any issues to the respected administrator Otabek and manager Amina, thank you, you are the best, professionals in your field!! We hope to visit your favorite RAMADA again!

In October 2023, my daughter and I went to the emirate of Ajman! Hotel Ramada Black! We arrived early, at about 9 o’clock, we thought since check-in is at 14:00, we’ll wait and go for a walk somewhere, but a pleasant surprise! We were met by the reception manager Atabek, who speaks excellent Russian, immediately solved all our problems, asked what our wishes were and immediately checked us into a wonderful room. He told and showed where you can have breakfast, not at all expensive and tasty). Special thanks to Atabek! This is a responsive, attentive, reliable person for hotel guests during their vacation. Next about the hotel restaurant: meals worth 100 points. Lots of different salads, the meat was so tasty, it melted in your mouth! And the cakes and desserts are beyond praise! There wasn't enough fish, but that's compared to the meat and desserts)))). The sea in October is 28-30 degrees, during 3 hours of being on the beach, 2.5 of them in the sea, I didn’t want to go out at all. We took excursions in Parus, it’s next to the hotel, by the way, there is a very good exchange rate for dirhams and back for dollars. Excursions there are much cheaper than taking them from guides. As you exit the hotel, go immediately to the right, you can see the sign for last minute tours Parus, 100 meters. 10 meters away there is a very cheap grocery store, like our Pyaterochka, and there is also a grilled fish and shrimp shop that takes 20 minutes to prepare and can be taken to your room. It’s a very big plus to have such a store, there are so many local goodies, from inexpensive juices to luxurious cheeses! I recommend the hotel, the staff is responsive and decent. We had some trouble after the excursion, the same Atabek helped us with a big problem, and even the next day called the room and found out how we were and what was wrong with us. It costs a lot! When we were leaving, we went down to the transfer, at 3 am, a hotel employee brought our suitcases to the bus from our room. He came up and asked whose number is 2233? I say mine, he gave me the phone that I forgot in the room!!!!! We were pleasantly surprised that he checked to see if we had forgotten anything. A big bonus for the hotel is that every day there is a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and back. The only negative is that there is no place to dry your swimsuits; you have to carry a rope with you and somehow tie it on the balcony. I’m writing with exclamation marks because I was there recently and I’m still impressed! We will definitely go back there again! And I will recommend it to all my friends!

Nice rooms, sympathetic staff, even Russian speakers. The food is good but the lines are in the dining room. In our race, the hotel hosted golf teams, while reserving 2-3 rooms for them (which is half the dining room) so the line for dinner was very long. For the three buildings, the dining room is clearly small, although the staff try. We had a new beach from day one. For 3 days there was a wave kept out of the sea. Going into the sea terrible rocks and shells, all the beaches reconstruct , then to the right is working an excavator and grader, comes a ship with sand pouring and puffing next to. But it's the reason we got swamped at the sea entrance on day three. The area fenced off by the buoys is very small for so many people. They take them there from three hotels. Rush hour is like the aftermath of a shipwreck. Compensation as free water, hamburgers, hot dogs or ice cream depending on the day. The hotel has no water problems like other Emirates. There are always two containers of water with fruit at the reception and there is water in the pool and in the gym. In general the hotel is not bad, minus it is a small dining room and beach.

From April 17 to 27, my adult son and I vacationed at the Ramada Hotel (Emirate of Ajman). I will not focus on the disgracefully organized meeting by the travel company responsible for receiving tourists; or rather, its representative and car were not at the airport at all, despite the paid transfer. As a result, we arrived at Al Maktoum airport on April 17 at 13:00, and reached the hotel at 16:00 on April 18 on our own, including all types of available transport, including multiple taxis, and an intermediate overnight stay in a hotel in the Emirate of Sharjah. The company name is Desert Adventures. I do not recommend anyone to do any business with this company!!! I’ll tell you better about the reception and the holiday itself at the very good Ramada hotel. The hotel itself consists of three buildings, two of which are on the first line opposite its own beach, and one building, in which we lived, is within the city. The very friendly and attentive reception staff provided us with a magnificent large double room with all the amenities including a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. No restrictions on the supply of cold and hot water, uninterrupted operation of the central air conditioner. Cleaning is daily. We had all-inclusive meals. Varied and tasty menu, excellent service by the restaurant staff. If tourists want to buy something interesting from local products, there are two large grocery stores located a few meters from the hotel. The pick-up and drop-off of tourists on comfortable buses within 10-15 minutes to and from the beach is excellently and clearly organized. Free awnings, sunbeds, towels. Constant duty of a group of rescuers. Numerous neat changing cabins and toilets. There is a bar on the beach with drinks and food. In addition to the beach, the hotel offers free swimming in the pool, sauna and hammam. There is also a room for free fitness classes.

They rested for a week with their husband, moved into a spacious room, the staff was responsive, and many employees understood Russian. The feed was delicious, and there was both European and Oriental cuisine. The beach could be reached by free bus, on the territory they give out towels, have sunbeds, umbrellas, toilets and showers. The safety of the campers was monitored by rescuers as there were large waves. Thank you for organizing a quality holiday!
