My family and I stayed in this property for two nights, our experience was very delightful. Our suite was spacious with separate living & dining area and fully equipped kitchen; however, appliances are dated. Our bedroom was roomy with comfy bed, though, furniture is a bit unfashionable and need to upgrade to modern living. Nonetheless, our suite had two restrooms, one for adults and other for the little travelers, fitted with small sized sanitary ware.
The check-in process was very smooth. Concierge greet guests and assist them to front desk, Mr. Hassan & Ms. Catherine from front desk were really welcoming and bellboy Mr. Munir has helped us till we reached our room. This is not a contemporary property; however, it has temperature-controlled swimming pool (my kid just loved it), kids play area and billiards room.
In our stay we opted for half board, the breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious, selection of menu was good with tasteful savory dishes and plethora of dessert. Ms. May ensured my family had a pleasant dinner experience especially my little one, she went an extra mile and offered us to order from select menu apart from buffet. We were pleased to had a conversation with Mr. Aun (Cluster Guest Review & Training Manager), he attended us and welcomed our feedback. We were delighted with the hospitality and appreciate the fruit basket presented to us.
Overall, it was a pleasant break form hectic routine. I can easily recommend this property for budget friendly staycation with good food.

It was a great experience and confy stay with ramada ajman. Staff a very accomodating to guest needs and request which is always great whenever you travel, especially this covid pandemic, rooms and facilities are sanitized and uncrowded. In August we had our Nikkah and reception at the Ramada Hotel which was outstanding! From start to finish we had a great experience with every aspect of planning and conducting the event. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, extremely hospitable and incredibly accommodating and flexible. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with all of our selections, even when we made last minute menu changes! The day of the event everything was as promised. The room was decorated beautifully and was freshly cleaned, the food was fantastic and all of the guests commented on how delicious everything was. The salads and desserts, especially the date pudding cake which was exceptional! I highly recommend trying it! Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend having any future events at the Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham!

Predivno i ljubazno osoblje, ugodno su nas dočekali. Svaki dan čišćenje soba, dolazili su na vrata pitati šta trebamo i svaki dan nam donosili vodu za piće. Predivan švecki stol, hrana odlična. Na samom ulazu radnik po imenu Essan Haruunah nam je preuzeo torbe i poneo do sobe. Svaku pomoć koju smo dobili Essan nam je pomogao, pozvao taxy i još mnogo stvari koje ne bismo mogli bez njegove pomoći! Hvala vam na svemu i rado bih se vratio u isti hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff, they welcomed us pleasantly. Every day they cleaned the rooms, they came to the door to ask what we needed and every day they brought us drinking water. Beautiful buffet, great food. At the very entrance a worker named Essan Haruunah picked up our bags and took us to the room. Every help we got Essan helped us, called a taxy and many more things we couldn’t do without his help! Thank you for everything and I would love to go back to the same hotel.

Thanks to the housekeeping department especially to Kamal, he is really dedicated to his work for changing my beddings everyday and putting fresh towels. He always make sure to keep my room clean and tidy. He is very kind. The hotel’s location is perfect for everything too; supermarket and restaurants are accessible. Hotel’s amenities is great as well especially their the gym!

Since the day i came here in ramada black ajman everything is very easy. Like the staffs in the reception is very approachable. The management is really well coordinated. Having just returned from Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Ajman I can easily say what a pleasure it was to have stayed in this fantastic hotel. Pretty much everything about the hotel was first class. The service in reception when checking in is very good and smooth and staff are there to help. The food at all times of the day was great, lots of choice throughout the day. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly always smiling and happy to help when eating. The hotel room was also very large so there was lots of room inside for moving around. The large sitting room and dining room and kitchen was perfect - like an apartment. The only thing was there wasn't a balcony or windows to see out of which would have made the room better and so I could have looked outside and sat on the balcony like previous hotels - but apart from that the room was superb. The shuttle bus to the beach and bus to Dubai is very convient too. Overall I am pleased to have stayed here and would definitely return in the future. Many thanks

I had stayed in this property during November-21 & i must say that this was one of the nest property i had ever stayed. All staff was friendly & cooperative. The best part was that the rooms were sanitized daily during the covid time which was a sigh of relief. Food was extraordinary & the GYM services were also above expectations.

We had booked the majestic banquet hall at Ramada. Thanks to the the banquet managers Ms. Aziza and Mr. Mohamed for being so cooperative and friendly. The hall was very beautiful and the decor was very well done. Food served at our function was very delicious as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience dealing with such professional staff and managers which made my son's wedding very special and memorable.
