These are condo style apartments. My favorite parts of staying here is the beach and the pool, and balconies for each condo. The soaps have been recently switched and while an improvement they are only okay. Hotel staff is great. Many of the units need bathroom and kitchen renovations (like most places in montauk). I also would prefer if some... More

We enjoyed staying here. Rooms were clean, view was lovely, nice and quiet. Reception was very helpful too. We didn't have a car, next time I would so one can get around quicker and see more. Come prepared food wise as there are no options to buy groceries nearby (within walking distance). Beach assistance was fabulous. We took a train... More

My family and I have been coming here since they opened and we have seen the resort through many times. I must say, having just returned from a week here, they are on top of their game and have never been better. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept and our room was beautiful. Gary is a most charming fellow... More

We are a family of four with teenagers and spent one night here in a two bedroom condo. It was a delight, we wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was beautiful and airy, the kitchenette, dining room, and living room were all very comfortable. I was surprised at how big the refrigerator was, usually the refrigerator in rental... We called at the last minute for a quick anniversary getaway. The person on the phone was extremely helpful in helping us make arrangements. We have stayed quite a few times with the Dune Resorts properties but not here. When she made our reservation she noticed that in her system. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the second floor,... More

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We loved it! It was spacious, had a good sized kitchen with pots, pans, glasses. There aren't any spices or oil but you can pick up at the grocery store. The beach is walking distance and from building B you get a side view of the beach and sunset on... More

We spent Christmas there and it was great - quiet, private beach, nice balcony with great view. Room was clean and well-appointed. Like the efficiency - really convenient, especially in the off season with not many restaurants open. Nothing fancy, but was not required.

I know this place is very pricey in season. I was expecting a beautiful place. However it had really gross furniture. There were no rugs but doormats as rugs. We got no room service in 2 days. When I checked in the man had such terrible breath. There should be a coffee maker and coffee. Would not recommend.

I wavered between three and four circles for my rating. The fours: - While I would definitely not call this place luxurious, it was clean and well-appointed. - view from our balcony in Building B was mostly of the tennis court, but past that was the dunes and ocean, just a one minute walk from our room - wi-fi worked... Long islands best kept secret. Super friendly people and great accommodations. Would recommend to everyone! We were a family of four grown ups and everyone had a great time. The beach is beautiful and the pool is well heated even on those chilly days.
