Boma is a boutique hotel with carefully designed and managed facilities. The rooms have terraces and you sit in middle of trees and flowers, and hundreds of birds live on the compound. It is just lovely. Water is heated by solar energy (sufficient to take a shower). All windows have mosquito screens and the king size bed is protected with...

Our booking agent Africa Travel Resource recommended this hotel for our first and last night of our Uganda adventure . Certainly a good choice . High walls around the property and lots of security made us feel very safe in Entebbe. The hotel is more a country style home and has decent rooms , a bar and restaurant . The...

Under advice from our tour company, we used The Boma as a day room stop. We came in from our treks at 10 am, but our international flight wasn't leaving until nearly mid-night...so we took a day room here in between. The location is terrific being so close to the airport. The property is nice with beautiful surrounding and a...

We are currently on a trip around a large amount if Uganda which seems to involve us using Entebbe as a hub. As all of our destinations need light aircraft we decided, this time, as we have a very early start tomorrow, to stay as close to the airport as possible and chose The Boma Guest House. It is definitely...

We were very happy with our stay here. The location close to the airport was a big plus. They will run a shuttle for you for $10. Our room was spacious but basic. The bathroom was utilitarian with little counter space. The seating on the front porch fronting on a nice green lawn was delightful. The pool area is attractive...

The Boma is not a fancy hotel, in that it is not full of modern, state of the art bathrooms and the like. It is a converted colonial bungalow, each room is a bit different, the beds a big and comfy, the rooms comfortably furnished, good quality mossie nets and most have some small terrace/outside space. I've stayed here 3...

We stayed in the Boma at the start and end of our trip to Uganda and it was welcoming, relaxing and comfortable. It is a converted colonial house with well appointed rooms set around beautiful gardens. It has good access to the internet and you can print out boarding cards. It also has a very nice swimming pool and an...

Like others, we stayed at The Boma for a day room before our very late night departure. As others mentioned the property is 10 minutes from the airport (EBB). We were greeted on arrival and shown to our room (#15). For what we needed it was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. After checking the place out we went...
