Clean rooms
Modern outlay
Central location
On the beach.

Rooms
Rooms are clean modern and fresh. In the bathroom you have free shampoos and slippers hair dryer. Air conditioning and fantastic side view of the beach.

The food...
Not meals. Buffets. We did pop next door at sisters for a steak as not much choice here maybe the corona and lack of customers or just a nor. Al all inclusive thing. Cocktails are extra.

Location
Located on the beach near the Blue port shopping mall. Plenty to do around the hotel excursions days out or even beach days. No swimming pool tho. Not a far walk from marina.

Service
All staff friendly and chatty. Not the usual flirty cringe I have been to before. The staff was professional and respectable. Helped you with everything and anything.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2022. I was there with a friend and we generally enjoyed it. From benefits: beautiful views, friendly staff, good food and daily cleaning in the room. Among the shortcomings: Wi-Fi has to be updated once in a certain period of time, the hotel does not have a pool, there is an eternal party under the windows (but this is Marmaris, it’s like that everywhere in the center). Yes, the food may not be very varied, but the price of the hotel is quite affordable. And it is next to the sea with breathtaking views! I like that light jazz sounds in the hotel during the day. So, in my opinion, for young people with small budget, that's a good option.

Located by the beach, with a great view, good breakfast. Very clean. Specially Anna the manager and Leila were very helpful. There's only one elevator and with social distancing because of Covid19 it takes time to get to the high floors. Highly recommended.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to in Marmaris. 1) the rooms are very small with lack in amenities 2) you get one super thin blanket and freeze all night. 3) No hot water in-room to make your own coffee or tea. When I called to order some coffee from room service, the rude man told me to go get it from the bar! 4) the food is horrible, seriously! I ordered a chicken salad and some cheese rolls and the whole food and tray smelled like fish. 5) the wifi sucks/very slow. 6) you can hear loud music from nearby bars until late night. 7) all the workers are rude, can't speak English, and totally not helpful.
The only 2 stars in this rating would go to the hotel's location + a decent beach experience.
Not recommended. They've got a lot of work to do.

Ok so, I was travelling with friends to Marmaris for 1 week but I chose my own hotel, the Begonville Beach Hotel and I'm so glad I did. I woke up to some of the most beautiful sunrises I ever did see. The food was so tasty and the coffee is incredible. I paid extra for the sea view but it was worth every penny. Most hotels in Marmaris have the same basic things but for this hotel, the staff is it's competitive edge. They made my stay awesome. I felt like Julia Roberts in the Pretty Woman movie. They were so welcoming, friendly and really humble. From the wee women who cleaned my room, to the waiters, the porters, the wee chef, the night staff & management, they can't do enough for you! Even when I was sunbathing alone one morning they kept an eye on me and made me feel safe. Especially for women travelling alone, this hotel will keep you safe with their actions and advice. I was actually emotional saying goodbye. Yoesph & Tunac (hope that's spelt correctly) are an absolute credit to the hotel. I've met friends for life now. Thank you so much to all of you. I will definately be back! Xx

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Although nicely refurbished and modernised, the rooms are very small. The wardrobe is tiny, and there is nowhere to put a full size suitcase. There isn't a pool, the only sunbathing area is the beach itself. Many of the facilities shown in photos on various websites are actually at a sister hotel, including the swimming pool, which is a hotel that allows families, children etc., despite the Begonville Beach being billed as adults only. Food was on the poor side of average, and the management were limiting the amount of alcoholic drinks (wine was not included with the 'all inclusive', and had to be purchased separately). There didn't seem to be any wi-fi, it was either very poor or just not working. Don't try to enjoy yourselves as loud laughter at the bar is not allowed. If you want to sit in a library all day, you'll love it. Definitely NOT a place to enjoy a holiday, and very misleading advertising.

I'll try to be objective.

First of all, what we liked:
The sandy beach and clean sea. Delicious European food.

Now for the downsides:
The room was very small. There was no place to put our things. The room was poorly lit, so you could barely see anything. The faucets were rusty and leaking. There was mold!
The fridge could only hold a couple of small bottles of water. Fridge was VERY LOUD! We couldn't sleep because of the noise from the fridge!
It was very difficult to turn on the air conditioner. You had to press the power button for about five minutes. The beds were bad for our backs. Some wires were sticking out (at least they weren't exposed).
Almost every day someone got stuck in the elevator, so we had to walk up to the fifth floor.
Almost all of the staff spoke only Turkish. Only a few people knew a few words in English.

The biggest disappointment came at the end of our stay. Usually, all hotels operate on a 7-day/6-night formula, meaning on the last day you no longer stay in the room but can use all the services. But not in this hotel.
We were checked out at 12 PM, and our wristbands were immediately cut off. They told us: you can drink some water and use the bathroom. They didn't even offer to extend our room, as the rooms were already booked for that day!
But they did offer us to buy lunch and dinner at triple the price!!!
In fact, we lost an entire day waiting for our flight home.

We've been vacationing in Turkey for over 10 years. We've been to different regions and different hotels, but this is the first time we've encountered something like this.
I highly do not recommend this hotel!

On arrival our room was not ready at check in time and was made to wait around until it was ready. Reception staff rude, no manners. Food was terrible and a foul sewage smell through the hotel making it hard to stomach your meals. No pool avaliable only the beach.

I think most of the hotels offer you to stay if you buy a drink or something there. :)
