The Emre Beach Hotel & Emre Hotel has garnered acclaim for its exceptional service, with the staff's attentive nature being a standout feature. A vibrant and welcoming atmosphere is celebrated by guests, alongside the hotel's opulent decor and lively entertainment. While some guests mention disruptions due to noise, others have found tranquility by simply closing the balcony doors.
The rooms are generally lauded for their cleanliness and space, although experiences with room size and noise can vary. The hotel's amenities, including its private beach and multiple pools, are frequently praised, despite occasional remarks on pool temperature and the necessity to cross a road for beach access. The location is another high point, with its easy access to the city center and nearby shopping, though opinions on value and additional costs are mixed.

Spend 7days all inclusive at the Emre Beach Hotel from 1st Sept. 24. Cannot fault this hotel. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were checked in immediately, a member of staff helped with our cases and showed us to our room and explained everything to us. We had room 2201 on the 1st floor at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road. There was a large balcony the full width of the hotel at the front and a smaller balcony with a view of the pools and sea to the side. The room was very large and spotlessly clean. Although overlooking the main road with the balcony doors closed we were not disturbed by any noise. The room was cleaned and fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. There is Free WiFi available in most areas with aircon, mini fridge and safe in your room. Beach towels are provided F.O.C. when every you need them. We used the beach everyday and never had trouble getting a sunbed. The guy working on the beach never stops working, making sure the place is clean and helping to get your sunbed. All the staff in the Hotel, restaurant, bars, cleaners, security, reception and kitchen are all very friendly and helpful, you only have to ask and they'll get you what you want with a smile on their face. The food is excellent through out the day from breakfast to evening meal. There is so much choice, and everything tasted very fresh and well made, the best we've every had in an All inclusive hotel, And we've been to a lot throughout the world. There was entertainment on most nights which was well presented and got the Audience involved, or you could just sit back and enjoy it. Too many staff to thank and name them all individually, particular thanks to our waiter (I didn't get his name see Photo) and to Bev on reception, you made it a great holiday. Thankyou all. With regards to location, the hotel is ideally positioned with plenty of shops close by and the promenade along the beach leading to Marmaris main and Icemeler. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Emre hotel for 8 days. Our room was situated at the front of the hotel and we had no problems with any traffic noise, as we kept the patio windows closed, with the air con on. The room was spacious and clean. It had a fridge, a kettle with coffee and a selection of herbal teas. I took my own tea bags, and asked at the patisserie bar for a cup of cold milk to make my tea. The food, entertainment and pool areas are situated across the road in the Emre beach hotel. The road you have to cross is a main dual carriageway and although there is a pedestrian crossing, the traffic is not obliged to stop to let you cross. So sometimes you can stand waiting to cross for a while. The food was lovely, a large selection at all meal times, drinks consisted of a selection of beers, local spirits and soft drinks. The entertainment was great and the team worked really hard arranging a wide variety of acts that were all excellent. All the staff across the hotel were friendly and worked hard all day in sweltering temperatures. A special mention to Mehmet who looked after us for most of the holiday. The pools were a bit of an issue for us as we don't like sitting in direct sun all day. Sun beds are crammed together round both pools, and there are no parasols for shade. Also, if you don't get up early and put a towel down, you've got no chance of getting one. We found that as the hotel gave out spa towels, people were putting them on one side of the pool and putting their own towels on the other as the sun only shines on one side of the pools as it moves round. You will find quite alot of beds with towels on and no one ever goes to them. Seeing a member of staff get a family of 6 sunbeds from a store cupboard, i asked if we could have 2 as we struggled to get a bed, we were told NO! So we found Olga the only unhelpful member of staff throughout our stay. The hotel might want to re think the pool area/ giving out spa towels. The beach does have parasols but we found it far too hot sitting in the direct sun, even with shade. For excursions, there is a tour operator opposite the hotel called Roni Tours. We booked a trip to Rhodes, with no issues Overall, we had a great stay at the Emre hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Good afternoon. Many thanks for taking the time to give your review and feedback regarding your time at Emre Hotels. A majority of guests say they prefer the front of Emre Hotel to watch the world go by while relaxing on the balcony. Rooms in Emre Hotel annexe are slightly bigger than Emre Beach. Fridges are replenished with bottled water daily, and sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar are available to each room. The main road can be busy, but as you say, there is a pedestrian crossing that has a layover halfway in the central reservation. Our chef provides an excellent selection of dishes, with our menü on a 2 week rota, and a vast range of desserts to choose from, including our waffle and ice cream van. We have four draft beers, local spirits approx 10 cocktails to choose from, and two genuine scotch whiskeys were introduced this year. Our entertainment team is extrely energetic and try to involve guests with the activities the hotel provides. I shall pass on your thanks to Mehmet for taking care of you while you were here, I am sure your thanks will be greatly appreciated. We are sorry that you had an issue regarding the sunbeds, We do try to remove towels after approx 2 hrs if no one appears to be using them. Any issues with staff should be brought to the attention of management to be investigated and resolved. Excursions can be booked through your holiday rep at the hotel also. Once again, we thank you for your review and hope to see you here again at Emre Hotels. Regards Bev Guest Relations

We are leaving today after a 10 day stay. 2 couples aged 44-75. We cannot fault the hotel or staff at all. The food has been amazing. Always fresh, always plenty of it and a fantastic choice. Food is available pretty much all day, with afternoon tea, a patisserie, cheese and wine one afternoon/evening which we didn't get to as there just isn't enough time to fit everything in. Cocktail time on a Saturday in the bar before dinner, waffles and ice cream throughout the day. A good choice of cocktails and alcohol all included. Bottles of water left in the rooms every day and large bottles accessible throughout the day for on the beach and in the restaurant. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. We didn't have a problem throughout our stay getting 4 sunbeds but we didn't lay in. The pool area at this time of the year is mainly in the shade but again as we didn't lay in we didn't have a problem getting a sunny spot. The staff on the beach are fair and remove towels and items if beds are unoccupied for more than hour and keep belongings safe until their owners return. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. Great location. You can get a bus from outside the hotel for 30 TL into Marmaris, only a 5-10 minute ride. Plenty of shops and a water fountain display to music each night at 9pm and 10pm while we were there. A nice 1 hour walk into Ismelar and a 45 minute taxi boat to Turunc. The acrobats and Latin Dancers were good to watch in the evening and bingo was played every other night for 200 TL. There was daytime entertainment but it wasn't pushed on you and therefore I don't think it really went ahead. It didn't bother us but I think you would need to seek it out if you wanted to take part rather than the staff come to you to ask if interested. We didn't use the spa or gym but it looked nice with some nice treatments available. Beach towels could be collected from the Spa every day if wanted. We would definitely recommend Emre Beach Hotel and would happily return.

Good afternoon, many thanks for taking the time to give your feedback and review of your time here with us at Emre Hotels. Your remarks that you cannot fault the hotel or the staff at all are very much appreciated. The chef will also be very happy to know your comments of the fantastic choice of food including our patisseries in the lobby bar which are served daily midday until 18.00. we also have the waffle and ice cream van which service is until 17.00 daily. Our drinks menu consists of 10 cocktails, 4 draught beers, 2 genuine scotch whisky’s a list of local sprits, available from 10.00am until midnight. We supply bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets to the room daily or when requested. As you mention, the pool area is shaded more this time of year, but one of our pools are heated at the beginning and end of the season, which our guests do appreciate. We have approx. 300 sun loungers on our pier and beach area and 200 in our pool area. Towels will be removed from the beds if they have been unattended for an hour, this is to enable other guests to be able to use them. Local buses run right outside the hotel and are every 5 minutes into town or icmeler in either direction at a cost of 30tl per person. Or a nice 45 minute walk along the beach front taking in the views as you go or stopping every now and again to have a rest and maybe the odd glass of whatever you like. Our evening entertainment varies from Colombian dancer, Acrobats, Live Music , and not forgetting our Friday Night which is Turkish Night. Our Spa can be used free of charge for the pool, sauna and gym, only treatments are to be paid for. Towels can be taken for use at the pool and beach and returned at the end of the day. We are glad to know that you would happily return and we hope to see you here again soon. Regards Bev Guest Relations

This review reflects our experience as a whole and the pros and cons of the hotel.
Hotel itself is lovely. We stayed at the beach hotel which has smaller rooms but is nearer all the amenities.
Rooms: 6/10 very basic. I have stayed in better larger rooms for a 4 star. Concidering we paid an extra £250 to change to this hotel the room is what you would get at a budget. The shower was good and free water every day was also really good. Rooms are clean and housekeeping comes every day, just wish it was bigger, also please sort the tv out the only English Chanel was Cartoon Network…
Food: 9/10 although I became unwell last 2 days, this was due to alcohol and rich foods I am not use to. But the food was varied and delicious. Sushi station, salads, hot food everything you can wish for. Also the deserts are unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Theres also a waffle and ice cream van on site.
Entertainment: 7/10 good day time and evening entertainment, but evening lasted like half hour. Went to the club once with the reps which was fun and they look after you. Day time entertainment was usual pool, dates aerobics etc. the team are really friendly and learn names quickly. Music played by the pool was hit or miss but not bad.
Location: 10/10 nothing is too far away, town centre - 10 mins in a taxi or lovely 45 min walk along the beach front. Emre have a private beach too at the front and it’s also next to all water adventure activities. Shops, markets and restaurants are all a stone throw away. There’s also a gym and spa on site.
Drinks: 3/10 not the greatest and everything is watered down. The mojito and mai Thai are decent. But everything is mostly sugar. Only diet options are Diet Pepsi.
Staff: 10/10 cant do enough for you. Constantly helping you, cleaning and really attentive. Lost my phone at one stage and had 3 staff members help me look.
Overall would recommend and would definitely return. Weather was 40+, met some lovely people and Marmaris is a dream location.

Good evening, many thanks for taking the time to give your feedback and review of your time here at Emre Hotels. We have a number of different rooms across both hotels and as you say rooms in Emre Beach are slightly smaller. Emre Hotels, supply bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets in each room, also free aircon and a safety deposit box. Our TV English channels are as you say cartons network, sky news and BBC World. Our chef is the best in Marmaris and the variety of dishes he provides throughout the season is second to none. Guest often praise chef for the variety of the cuisine in the restaurant especially the display of numerous delicious desserts. Our VW ice cream and waffle van is very popular and understandably so. Our entertainment team try to involve guests with the activities the hotel provides throughout the day and evening. Some guests prefer to sit back and watch others participate. Day time we have yoga, water polo, water aerobics, pool tournament, to name but a few. Evening can be karaoke, quiz, live music, Colombian dancers, acrobats and not to forget our Friday Turkish night with traditional dancers and belly dancing. Evening entertainment usually starts anytime from 21.15 pm and ends before midnight. We consider our location to be in a prime spot, with Marmaris centre and icmeler being just 5/10 minutes bus or taxi ride in either direction. There are water sport operators near to our private beach, but these are not associates of Emre Hotels. We have a spa with an indoor pool, gym, sauna all free for our guests to use, towels can be taken daily for use at the beach or pools. Our drinks menu consists of various cocktails, 4 draught beers 2 genuine scotch whiskeys, local spirits, red, rose and white wine and mixers and soft drinks and soda. Our staff are here to help guests have the best possible time while they are here making memories along the way. We thank you for your recommendation and hope to see you here again in 2025. We stayed at Emre Beach as a couple and have had a brilliant time! The hotel has security at each entrance and immediately stop people from stepping onto hotel property if they are not wearing a hotel wrist band. There is a variety of different types of food at meal times to suit everyone. The food is always to an exceptional standard and tastes amazing. The waiters are friendly, one waiter in particular Aram worked really hard, was very attentive and looked after us during meal times! There is also a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available with Turkish own alcohol tasting similar if not the same as the proper brands. Bartenders Mahittin and Vedat are always enthusiastic and like to have a laugh! Our room was smaller than expected and we did struggle a bit for space but we didn’t spend much in there so we weren’t too bothered by it. Our housekeeper Nursen made sure our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated everyday and we cannot thank her enough! During the day the sun covers the 1.5m pool from about 9am to about 1pm whereas the 1.7m pool does get sun for much later in the day (the right side of the pool next to the fence). There is an indoor 1.6m pool located in the spa alongside the gym, steam room and sauna which are included with all inclusive. I received a treatment at the Turkish Baths and it was a wonderful, calming experience (not overpriced too). Private beach is rocky and pebbly so definitely recommend wearing water shoes to go into the sea. Entertainment staff Duyga and Mete were fun, lively and chatty with guests. They ran the daily activities such as yoga, aqua aerobics, waterpolo and darts etc. The evening entertainment began after dinner service (7pm - 9pm) about 9:15pm. It was fantastic and different on every night, we were never bored! There was a white party with South African singers, Colombian dancers, a Turkish night (including a belly dancer), Ethiopian Acrobats etc. There are shops and cash machines nearby the hotel but if you’re wanting to explore the Marina or Grand Bazaar it’s worth getting on a Dolmush and paying 30TLR (roughly 66p) per person than flagging a taxi down. Overall I would recommend Emre Beach. The facilities are great and the hotel is always spotless and clean.

Good evening, many thanks for taking the time to give your feedback and review of the time you have spent here at Emre Hotels. Our security staff are here 24/7 to ensure the safety of our guest and staff throughout the day and night. Our chef provides an array of excellent dishes to suit all palates and introduces new dishes throughout the season, our restaurant staff work tirelessly to provide an excellent service at meal times, ensuring tables are cleared and cleaned ready for our next guest to use, and to carry out drink request from guests while they are enjoying their meals Our drinks menu has local spirit listed, as well as 10 cocktails, 4 draught beers, two genuine scotch whiskeys, and a variety of soft drinks. Emre Beach rooms are slightly smaller than rooms in Emre Hotel Annex, but just as comfortable. Housekeeping staff are second to none and take pride ensuring all rooms and hotel communal areas are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness possible. We have two outdoor pool and one indoor pool in the spa area for use by our guests. As you have mentioned varies areas of the pools are shaded at different times throughout the day, we also have our private beach and pier for use only by our guest. Our spa has many treatment programmes for our guest to indulge in and to help relax while here. Our entertainment team try to get our guests involve with the activities the hotel provides throughout the day, and to enjoy the varied evening entertainment, our Turkish night which is held every Friday is very popular and enjoyed by all. This hotel was very clean, people friendly and provided excellent food and interesting entertainment. However as I am partially disabled, I personally found the commute across the fast, busy road (which we needed to cross every mealtime or to get to the beach), somewhat of a challenge. There was actually an accident just outside our hotel whilst we were staying there, despite the zebra crossing! I think that some sort of underpass would have been ideal in the planning stage, to link Emre and Emre Beach Hotels together safely! The private beach area was not very big and the rather uncomfortable sun loungers were crammed in close together. I thought the pool area was dim and mostly shady, not really inviting! The 3-bed room we stayed in was lovely and cleaned every day, but not well appointed; there was ony 1 case stand so the other case had to live on the floor, blocking access to the wardrobe! Apart from the hanging space available, there was nowhere for us to store our other clothing, no drawers or shelves, meaning that we literally had to live out of our suitcases for the entire 10days of our stay, which was very inconvenient, especially with the one on the floor! In the toilet and shower area, there were no shelves to put our toiletries on apart from the surface around the sink! The room was particularly loud and noisy 24/7 as the balcony opened up onto the busy main road below with constant traffic. Having said all that, the staff were really kind and helpful and the restaurant was excellent, although the choice of main evening meals was pretty much limited to braised beef (delicious) chicken, fried fish or pasta, but a fantastic array of salads and fresh breads were always on display. The desserts were amazing, and available at both lunch and dinner, really spoilt for choice! There was a waffle and icecream bar open for treats in between meals...all very tempting and a bar in the foyer served drinks and cakes night and day! The in-house hairdressers were exceptionally talented, and we thoroughly enjoyed being pampered! The whole of both of the hotels were constantly being swept, cleaned and polished to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble! We really enjoyed our time in Marmaris!

Good morning, many thanks for taking the time to give your review and feedback of your time here at Emre Hotel. Your comments of the hotel being very clean and friendly staff is very much appreciated. Rooms can be changed if availability allows from Emre Hotel Annex to Emre Beach. Our sun loungers are made from high quality breathable fabric, we have found this to be more hygienic. The pool area can be quite shaded at the beginning and end of season, when the sun is at a low point, but one of our outdoor pools are heated, April, May, Oct and Nov. which a majority of our guest enjoy. Our standard rooms have a large wardrobe with hanging capacity and a low shelf where cases can be stored as well as 1 free standing case stand, we may have been able to supply another case stand if requested. Our showers do have dispensers which contain shampoo and bodywash and as you mention the area around the vanity unit can be used for guests’ toiletries Our staff are her to ensure guests have the best possible time while here with us, our customer care is very important to us. Our chef provides an array of cuisine to suit all palates, our menu is on a 2 week rota with added dishes throughout the season, our desserts, waffle and ice cream van are plenty full and very popular. We also have a patisserie in the lobby café in Emre Hotel open 24/7 serving patisseries midday to 18.00pm. Our hair and beauty salon provide an excellent service and are very talented professionals, we are very happy to know that you enjoyed your pamper session. Housekeeping is second to none when it come to the cleanliness of our hotels and will appreciate your recognition. we are delighted to know that you really enjoyed your time here with us and we hope to see you here again in 2025. Myself, husband and teenage daughter have just returned from 11 nights at this hotel and we honestly couldn't fault it. Everything was perfect - especially the staff, the location and the food.
The food was amazing, lovely presentation and lots of choice every mealtime with a gorgeous view of the beach as you eat. The private beach is perfect for convenience and the beach attendant is very good at helping you to find sunbeds. We took crocs for walking on the shingle beach and it was a great idea, we also kept them on for swimming in the sea.
The hotel has 2 pools which were never too crowded, they have music playing and there are various activities going on during the day, including aqua gym.
The rooms are fairly spacious and well designed with a separate toilet and walk-in shower area to make getting ready a bit easier. There is also a fridge, kettle and hairdryer in the room. The free air con, free safety deposit box and water topped up in the fridge daily was definitely a bonus!
We were in the hotel across the road and, although busy, crossing the road was never an issue. There are plenty of shops as you come out of the hotel and it's only a short 10-minute walk into the centre of Marmaris where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and more shops.
I would like to give a special mention to the waiters – in particular Süleyman, Doğan, Ahmet and Harun - who all made our holiday truly unforgettable. They were always polite, helpful and friendly, they always said hello and greeted us with a smile, they really looked after us and nothing was ever too much trouble. The waiters are a real credit to this hotel, they do a fantastic job and we are really missing them ❤
I would return to this hotel in a shot, in fact I want to go back right now! This holiday is going to be very difficult to beat. I don't normally like going back to the same place twice but I absolutely would in this case.
Thank you for everything, hopefully see you all again soon!
Lots of love from Jill, Andy and Katie xxx

We stayed at the Emre side of the hotel. It is easy to reach the pools, entertainment, and restaurant at the Emre Beach side, not even a 3 minute walk. Also, it was good that the Emre side has the bar open 24/7 for soft drinks, coffee, alcohol stops being served at 12pm prompt. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are lovely. Nothing is too much bother. They work very hard to make you feel welcome. Rooms have a fridge, 4 bottles of water are provided every day, there is a kettle provided, free in room safe, and free WiFi, which works throughout both hotel building, pool, and beach. There are plenty of beds and umbrellas at the beach, and the area is very well looked after by the chap who works there. He will find you a bed and clears up any rubbish constantly. We were always able to get sun loungers at the pool, and the only reason I have not given a 5 star rating is that there are zero umbrellas provided anywhere at the pool area. The pool does get shaded at some areas throughout the day. However, I found that if you happen to be on a sun lounger in the sunny area in July, then for me, an umbrella was a necessity. Very late in the afternoon, some loungers become available in the shade. Overall, it was a great holiday, we met really lovely people, fabulous staff, the food selection was huge, and everything was cleaned constantly. My only reason not to book again is the umbrella situation, and some other guests were saying the same. If the management sort this, I would definitely visit again.

Response from Emre Hotels, Owner at Emre Beach Hotel & Emre Hotel

Good afternoon, many thanks for taking the time to give your review and feedbcak regarding your time here at Emre Hotels. Emre Hotel Annex is on the main road side and Emre Beach on the Beach front and also where our main restaurant , terrace bar, pools, Spa and main entertainment is held. As you say our Lobby bar in Emre Hotel is 24/7 and alchohol service ends at midnight. Our housekeeping staff are second to none and tirelessly ensure the cleanliness of both Hotels to the highest standard possible. Room fridges are replenished daily with bottled water, and sachets of tea coffee and sugar are also provided in each room. We improved our WIfi infrastructure before the start of this season and its now the best in Marmaris. Our guest who prefer some shade do tend to use our private beach rather than the pool area. But our pools do have shaded areas throughout the day. Our beach and pier areas are Blue Flag Certified and to ensure this award is continually designated our staff work very hard to maintain its cleanliness. We appreciate your comments and take on board your suggestions, We do hope to see you here again in the future, once again thank you.Regards Bev Guest Relations

I have just returned from this beautiful hotel, I stayed at the Emre Beach side, it was beautiful, from the beach, to the food, the rooms, were excellent. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the staff at the restaurant could not do enough for you, a big shout out to the supervisor in the restaurant (Hamil) he was so great made sure you had everything you needed,he was polite, respectful ,and attentive every day. As a solo lady, I had nothing to worry about, I felt so safe and comfortable at this hotel, and the surrounding areas, I visited the Grand Bizarre and had no problems, this was a short bus ride costing 30 Lira outside the hotel. Thankyou to all the staff for making my holiday the best time, see you next year 😘

We’re staying in a large land view suite rooms could do with a upgrade housekeeping very gd, right onto the bad bits tui website states that 4 pools are split between both hotel but their not if you want the pools they are all at emre beach not Emre Hotel pools are cold because where they are situated hardly any sunshine if you want to top up your tan, plus private bleach is not big enough to cater for both hotels not enough room to put anymore sun beds on the beach and you packed like sardines in a tin. All main meals are at emre beach not emre hotel fine if your going to spend whole day their if your lucky enough to get a lounger. Local spirits are the worse we’ve ever had like paraffin……… food is ok so far have found something to eat it’s the drinks that are a issue.Hardly any entertainment had to amuse ourselves spending more money to go out in the evenings which is fine but if your on a budget not helpful considering it’s all inclusive.

Thank you 620fayh for taking the time to write a review about your stay here with us at Emre Hotels. We are saddened that you did not fully enjoy your stay. We advise with all agencies and on our website that the hotels are two building across the road from each other and most of the facilities are located in the Emre Beach Hotel. TUI website states the following 'Just so you know, most of the facilities at this hotel, including restaurants and all swimming pools are located in the Emre Beach Hotel which is 40 meters from this property and accessed by crossing a main road.' Our pool is located in an area of our hotel where the building shades this and umbrellas/parasols are not needed so this allows us to place more sunbeds in this area. Due to the time of year of your visit the sun is lower and this shades the pool area by midday. At the height of the season this area gets sun for most of the day and only part of this is shaded. We also have our own private beach and jetty for our guests, at the start and end of the season this is very popular with our guests for this reason. We have a new alcohol contract for next year, we are improving on our vodka and gin quality and this will be provided by Diageo and whiskey will be our biggest hit, we will be serving JB and Bells. We are going above and beyond for our guests as we advise that we serve domestic and local drinks only. We have been receiving great feedback about the food this year and have people wishing to compliment the chefs personally. We have one of the best chefs in Marmaris and he has been improving on our food range and taste. We try to cater for all guests to the best of our abilities. We have a soft entertainment team with us this year. They have been providing day and night entertainment for all our guests. Daytime activities: water aerobics, water polo, volleyball, killer-pool, darts and table tennis competitions. Nighttime activities: live music, shows, karaoke, bingo and quiz nights. Every Friday is Turkish Night, with traditional foods and a belly dancer show and tradition dance team. We hope that we could welcome you back in the future for a better stay here with us. Regards, Charlotte (Guest Relations)
