We also got asked by a senior member of staff to move our towels off of the next two beds as were weren’t allowed to reserve them - but they weren’t our towels, his staff member had placed them there on someone else’s behalf !... The Mexican is lovely but not really a ‘restaurant’ just a room off the side of the main restaurant...

This hotel is a 3 * at a push, for those who are writing an amazing review are probably the ones who were up at 5.30 in the morning hogging the beds and not turning up till 4 hours later, and also blocking access to the pool via the ladders by pushing beds together... Hotel was shabby, wallpaper peeling off walls, rooms not mopped as its cheep laminate flooring, sheets that don't cover a double bed more like a tea-towel so had to ask for a large sheet as hotels normally have... Jet2 need to re-evaluate this hotel big time...

...Our room looks to the hills and nearby water park (and can see McDonald's..) All in all staff have been helpful and really enjoying our holiday, but wifi is very patchy and pretty non- existent at the pool...

We stayed at this hotel from the 13th July to the 23rd July 2023 on an all inclusive package... The hotel room that we had faced the front of the hotel toward McDonald’s, there was soft drinks and water in the fridge and would be topped up everyday... The cleaning staff were great and even put my daughters teddy’s on the bed in the middle of towels in the shape of a heart with flower petals, gone above and beyond their jobs... The room was a little weird as it has a window to the bathroom shower with blinds inside the glass, other than that everything was perfect...

...Arrived at 5am and the first room we were allocated was quite clearly a family room with a made up child’s single bed. Reception allocated us a new room which although it was a better it was a bit dated (no dressing gowns)...

...This hotel is great, definitely the best AL I've been to in Marmaris. We booked a standard room but few weeks before my husband emailed and asked to upgrade so for £280 we upgraded to the most beautiful room with an insane view, top tip is book land view then upgrade as its much cheaper... Room was amazing, the views were just stunning, we love Turkey and have been coming for years so we are pretty big on taking it all in, it's just such a beautiful place... Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, we got two keys so was able to keep one in when out and came back to a lovely cool room, as someone with thick thick hair the hair dryer was 10/10...

...Last year we could not fault it everything was excellent hence booking again. Before booking we emailed to ask to upgrade to sea view was told no need as all family rooms are side sea view... The reception however was brilliant and upgraded us to a suite... I wish we had stayed in our original room... The floors in the room were filthy, I don’t think they were cleaned once the whole time we were there...

Paid a lot of extra money for a superior room and £400 for a sea view, was given a room furthest from the sea with a white concrete wall for a balcony because the receptionist wasn’t happy that we asked for two room keys as we had separate business arrangements. Room gave us noise from entertainment till 12pm including a club rave on the stage below till late... Had to wash my feet before going to bed as the floors in the room and balcony were filthy... One key per person allows any other staff to let themselves in to your room... For your birthday you get old fruit in the room...

The hotel itself is lovely the rooms are lovely the food is delicious the pool area great... My only issue with this hotel is their security policy, Only one card per room... They will not give 2 card as it’s a “security issue” they will however take you to your room and then let you in, now that to me is a security risk... Anyone could get into anyone else’s room disaster waiting to happen...

...Our room was a double with a spare single and the kids had a room that could be a double or 3 singles. The rooms were clean with nice touches like free drinks in the fridge topped up each day and slippers...

...❌Don’t buy anything from the market in hotel as you have Migros Market across the street so why should pay extra as it’s what they do! ❌ Don’t buy diving tour from the hotel staff, they don’t know what they are even selling, check the photos u will get what I mean, awful boat, a plate of rice and salad which is not look like a food even, and everything else is extra even water... That’s the Tip power everything goes around the money comes from English people in this hotel as 1 sterlin is 32 Lira so 10 sterlin is too much money for them so they care for their pockets not the guests satisfaction...

...The hotel needs some money spending on it. 24 hour shop brilliant, used the hairdressers on 4 occasions, good service but they need to be consistent in their prices, they tried to charge me different each time I visited... Spa and massage brilliant as usual and actually got it cheaper than last year... Only went on the beach once but not for me too stony and packed in like sardines... Overall I love Marmaris but would probably try a different hotel next year as its not cheap to stay here and I feel there needs to be some improvement made...

This Hotel is all front there is a great entrance with good reception staff after that it goes downhill... over £2,000 for ten days in October...

This is supposed to be a 4 star plus 5 star hotel but its really not its more 3 star really needs refreshing and definitely needs new chefs ... Spoke to various people who all agreed that the holiday is down on previous years they had been there and probably wouldn't return...

The hotel room was very disappointing it reminded me of a corporate hotel room... This hotel unfortunately is one I wouldn't think of returning too.😪😔 The sun beds thing is a joke and this is the first hotel I've been to where if you get up and not tie your bag to the umbrella they take that too ridiculous.😱 At one point we had gotten up to return to a family sitting on our towels... I think for us it was the hype we got how great it was hence why we booked it but not great at all...

...At best it's a 3 star Hotel, food is repetitive, dinner time is chaos, people where shown to a table, by the time they had gone and got their food someone else had pinched your table utter chaos... Evening entertainment was absolute rubbish, just a guy playing the same soundtrack over and over again... Sea view rooms are great, and the spa treatments are very good, but we won't be returning anytime soon to this Hotel, just not worth the money...

...The hotel is very expensive and although it's lovely and had a great stay asking £1000 or more per person is to much especially with the living crisis... Would defo stay again if the price was right as i simply can't afford to pay the prices now with having 3 children too which is a shame...

...But just to highlight a few.. the hotel itself was clean, tidy and very well maintained. Final day of our Holiday at the stunning Green Nature Diamond hotel, Couldn't fault it, Spotless hotel and grounds, Food was excellent with a very large variety to choose from each day, All the staff we met were exceptional especially Yunus, Metin ,yaren and also the hotel security Adnan... The hotel os litteraly right on the beach and the main strip with plenty of bars restaurants and shops close by, plenty of tours to be booked, we booked our day trips through Simon who has an office if you turn right outside the hotel...

My wife and I have just returned from our 2nd trip to The Green Nature Diamond, our first being in April and it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. First of all, the hotel is absolutely huge, 700 rooms and it is absolutely spotless... The cleaning staff can be early to your room, but when you have that many rooms to clean on a daily basis, I can certainly understand why...

...Yes some carpets are a little tired but not dirty, cafes, bars, restaurants, toilets and pool areas spotlessly clean and staff are constantly cleaning and clearing rubbish. Staff here work very hard to create a great environment and it really shows...

...The 1st British flight to Dalaman... Food and drink was there for us too We had hired a private taxi, which is recommended, and we were the 1st couple to arrive in the Hotel... All Management were there to greet us with Champagne 🍾🥂 and a large popper was showerd full of rose petals over us and also taking photos... The grounds and pools are well situated and very clean and spacious with PLENTY of sunbeds and parasols around... If you can't find it they will be only to pleased to make something for you... Our room is on the 4th floor, a sea view, that had been upgraded for us and is light and airy... Safe, dressing gowns/slippers, kettle, tea/coffee etc too... There are English channels with news, films and a children's channel too... From the very High Management who is over the whole Hotel and talks to us every day, and so lovely, as well as Catering Manager making sure we have all we need with food etc... 👌 The waiters in the dinning and bar are great and love to talk to you and help with their English speaking... Always have smiles ready to greet you... We are all-inclusive so know we have nothing else to pay unless you want premium drinks and you pay after midnight... ...Reception and luggage handlers were great on our arrival... Great variety of food in the restaurant, waiters were always friendly and attentive... The kids club was amazing our children loved the playtime with the team... There were four members of staff, names we remember are Zek, Oozie and Jasmine who made their time so fun... The kids disco in the evening set the kids up up for a good nights sleep... The photographer Őzbay made us feel very comfortable and his experience shone through with the beautiful photos we got...

...This hotel could be great if the staff were friendly out of the whole 9 nights we found 3 that actually acknowledge you. The lovely staff was pastry chef who actually got me a fresh omelette cooked for breakfast after I was told to eat the vile omelette precooked and cut in to pieces... Never been to a 4 or 5 star hotel where you have to fetch your drink at your evening meal not once was we asked while staff did nothing but talk... The cleaner was hit miss, we had 1 cup in our room we had to fetch our own plus coffee and milk... We have stayed at a few top hotels in marmaris and for staff friendliness this was the worst...

My partner and I enjoyed the the hotel and staff at the hotel. Bedroom was roomy and comfortable and some of the open spaces at the hotel looked great and generally good entertainment with helpful friendly staff like Osmon who was always courteous and friendly...

The only down side is the wifi, for UK visitors, Turkey is not really phone network friendly and for this reason you will want to use wifi as much as possible, through the resort the wifi is very slow, coverage is not great and its also fairly unreliable dropping our several times a day...

...The food was a mish mash of curries spices even on the potatoes the mash potatoes were a gooey mess and did not want to leave the utensils we ate out most of the time the outside barbecue all they could do was burn everything and the smoke from it floated up to our rooms with a terrible smell all the tables were well stocked with dirty dishes and spilt food even the floor, You had to even hunt around for cutlery so when you as last got to your food it was cold the staff were run ragged and could not cope The inside dining room was the same with nowhere to sit because of dirty tables there was only two or three waiters running around trying to cater and clean for so many people, Even the drinks machine half of them were broken and there was two machines that worked when they felt like it and the teabags and sugar was running out all the time for hundreds of people. The pool was just as bad with cold food and one drinks machine to there was also one barman serving alcoholic drinks and there was hundreds of people by the pool sometimes there were 20 to 30 people waiting to be served...

...It was always busy but we never struggled to find a table. The staff were great too, obviously if you tip, you'll get a better service but neither the bars or restaurants have waiter service so they don't have to run after you... Pool was great but cold, pool bar was open till 4pm for food and 6pm for drinks... Saw a review of a waitress called Ishagul (sorry about the spelling) which was really harsh but we found her to be very pleasant and hardworking also Alif and Ibrahim at the lobby bar... Thank you GND, we can't wait to return...

Great hotel would definitely recommend... You can come to the beach from the exit next to the stool and you can walk to any side by the sea... They celebrated my father's birthday with an unexpected surprise from the hotel, I was very touched...

...Huseyin the bar manager was amazing and we where really looked after, and that was all the bar staff and the cleaning teams in the snack bar and around the pool. Ozgur in the restaurant was really great as getting us a table always smiling!... Mehmet in the 24 hour shop in the hotel was also really friendly and will help with anything you may need... Great exchange on his shop and we we bought a fair few bags from him...

...As for service the first few days we had to flag down server to get us drinks or clear the dishes, they seemed to be more interested in their phones! However one morning we went to the back of the restaurant, to our surprise the server right away our server asked what we would like to drink…as we were done with our plates they were cleared right away!... What a lovely change from the past 2 days…Kubra gave us great service and from then on we only sat in her section... She always remembered what we liked to drink and there were never dirty dishes left on the table... I wish other servers took as much pride in their job as she did... ...Tui rep Lauren was excellent Bad We had a ground floor room... I mistakenly took a drink in there to watch a football match and the staff took my drink from me stating that the all inclusive drinks were not to be consumed in the bar!... You were only provided with two small blankets with no oversheet... No alcoholic drinks provided in your mini fridge The pool attendants have a 30 minutes rule for the lounger allocation which is not enforced... People just place their towels on the loungers and they are not seen for the rest of the day...

...We have a little boy who absolutely loves this place literally because of the kids club, and when looking at holidays he always asks to come back here ‘’ I want to go to Turkey, to kids club’’ they are absolutely amazing in there and they definitely don’t get the appreciation they deserve. They are all so patient and play so well with all the kids... Thank you so much for making our little boys week yet again.. we will be back again for sure next year!...

...Hotel rooms spacious and really clean, the maid and everyone in the hotel works so hard. All the staff at the pool bar, the waiters etc really go out of their way to make sure guests are happy, will definitely go back...

...Especially Alina made us all feel welcome and made us all laugh every day saying “ come on come on “ Alina made time and effort to great everyone during the day and have conversations with families at the hotel...

...At best it's a 3 star Hotel, food is repetitive, dinner time is chaos, people where shown to a table, by the time they had gone and got their food someone else had pinched your table utter chaos...

It is the fourth time of going to this hotel and was very disappointed... Room was filthy was after complaining was moved to another room and the Jet2 Rep and a gentleman on reception was very helpful... Food very repetitive but waiter Kamill was brilliant...

...This hotel is massive and the amenities are a reflection of this. We had a double room which was well air conditioned and had free mini bar!... Pool party was so much fun and evening entertainment was the best we’ve seen at an all inclusive... We won’t on a boat trip for a day, great value and also fun...

This hotel is great, definitely the best AL I've been to in Marmaris... Lunch out at the snack bar was repetitive but nice enough for a quick bite... But beer and soft drinks ok... Lobby bar is great for a couple of chilled drinks and people watching... Pool was fab, we loved it, had to get up early for sunbeds but we got them every day... Towels provided which is fab and fresh every day... Spa fantastic the massages were amazing and worth the money... Evening entertainment looked good at main stage we however sat down at Volo bar which was good most of the time... Room was amazing, the views were just stunning, we love Turkey and have been coming for years so we are pretty big on taking it all in, it's just such a beautiful place... Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, we got two keys so was able to keep one in when out and came back to a lovely cool room, as someone with thick thick hair the hair dryer was 10/10... Staff all seemed lovely and we had no issues, would definitely return...

We had a great family holiday at the Green Nature Diamond but there are a few areas that could be improved upon... There's was a huge choice available... We ended up skipping the dessert to eat in the main dining room as the choice on offer was incredible... The kids club is great and worth 5 stars... The bar is open all hours but depending on where your room is it was really noisy at night... We ended up buying ear plugs to help us sleep... Spar facilities were great and free including an amazing gym... Overall a great holiday in a very good hotel but a few changes would easily improve it...

...It’s a great hotel to spend your family holiday at. Our kids (7, 8 and 11) loved the pools and slides and the kids club, especially the Easter party... The hotel is clean, the sauna, steam room and hamams always hot... Very friendly staff, always there to help and answer your questions and they always smile and great you with a smile... We really felt looked after from day one to the end... The hotel is close to the town centre and the grand bazar... One can enjoy a lovely walk along the beach to walk to the castle or take a bus (every 10 minutes) from outside the hotel for under a pound... Went on a couple of good trips...

...But there is an outside stage which if it wasn't raining could have been opened i mean we can all wrap up warm for an hour or so to watch. Staff at this hotel are amazing they can't do enough for u . Jacob a waiter and femmie are fantastic and very professional and attentive and look after u so well ... He is attentive to all our needs and goes above and beyond what he should do for me and my family he calls me bubba and never ever lets me que he always waits on me and my family he is a true asset the pool area and to the hotel in general ... The pool man ramazan who does the sunbeds is also an asset to the hotel again always looks after me and my family ... Rooms are lovely we had side sea view room 2246 ...

What can we say about this Hotel... Fabulous, Beautiful and an Idealic Setting... Food and drink was there for us too We had hired a private taxi, which is recommended, and we were the 1st couple to arrive in the Hotel... All Management were there to greet us with Champagne 🍾🥂 and a large popper was showerd full of rose petals over us and also taking photos... The grounds and pools are well situated and very clean and spacious with PLENTY of sunbeds and parasols around... Pizzas, pancakes, meats, veg, salads, soups etc... Our room is on the 4th floor, a sea view, that had been upgraded for us and is light and airy... Safe, dressing gowns/slippers, kettle, tea/coffee etc too... You can use your HDMI lead to plug Ur USB lead into it... There are English channels with news, films and a children's channel too... From the very High Management who is over the whole Hotel and talks to us every day, and so lovely, as well as Catering Manager making sure we have all we need with food etc... 👌 The waiters in the dinning and bar are great and love to talk to you and help with their English speaking... We absolutely enjoyed our holiday at this resort... Every single member is very talented and kept kids very happy and involved with all various activities throughout the day and everyday (except Saturday - real Shame but i understand they also need well deserved break) They have wonderful kids centre (inside and outside) and they run long sessions one in the morning and in the afternoon and sometimes in the night too where you can leave your kids with them in their secure premise and you can enjoy drinks with your loved one... They have kids dance as well in the night at 9 o clock...

Had an amazing time at Green Nature Diamond... Reception and luggage handlers were great on our arrival... Housekeeping were fine, soft drinks refilled every day... Great variety of food in the restaurant, waiters were always friendly and attentive... Something for everyone even though the full high season spread wasn't available... The kids club was amazing our children loved the playtime with the team... The kids disco in the evening set the kids up up for a good nights sleep...

My partner and I enjoyed the the hotel and staff at the hotel. Bedroom was roomy and comfortable and some of the open spaces at the hotel looked great and generally good entertainment with helpful friendly staff like Osmon who was always courteous and friendly...

...there really is something for everyone, the resort is really well thought out, clean, comfortable, good food all day and night, great entertainment and activities... They really engage with residents and look after you... The only down side is the wifi, for UK visitors, Turkey is not really phone network friendly and for this reason you will want to use wifi as much as possible, through the resort the wifi is very slow, coverage is not great and its also fairly unreliable dropping our several times a day...

...The pool bar is always buzzing and a great atmosphere and the manager Hussain and the team are so friendly and keep everyone happy with the jokes and the strong drinks of course. Rooms are beautiful and spacious and if u book a side sea view or sea view room you won’t be disappointed... The views are spectacular and it’s well worth it to upgrade... They have a fridge in the room with complimentary water and soft drinks replaced every day and also the safe is free in the room also... Food is gorgeous and there is something for everyone but it is also nice to eat out at the marina as well one or 2 nights... I would only stay in this hotel now when I come to Marmaris for the atmosphere, the staff, the shows and live music and of course the animation team that make everyone’s holiday very special and memorable...

...Staff are friendly and very good with children, cannot fault them there... Room was great, cleaned daily which is always handy with a toddler... Pool and slides were good , nice and refreshing... Sauna and steam room nice extras which were very quiet... A hidden gem in the hotel is the little coffee, cake and ice cream area which is really tucked away, lovely for an afternoon snack or coffee...

Lovely hotel very clean, rooms very spacious... Food cooked outside is lovely,no one will go hungry.There is lots to choose from... The entertainment is on every night and during the day there is always something to do, in the pool or games in the garden...

...Great hotel would definitely recommend. The hotel has 2 dining halls, one indoor (in an indoor outdoor area) and one indoor... There are also 3 à la carte restaurants... Next to the pool there is a garden and disco area (there is a free bar next to the disco)... You can come to the beach from the exit next to the stool and you can walk to any side by the sea... If you walk to the left side, you will be walking towards the cafe/bar and Marmaris centre...

...We enjoyed our 9 nights at this hotel it was our first visit and we would return. Room, beds, public areas all spotless... We enjoyed using the pool and beach areas, I can’t comment on entertainment as we left after dinner each night to explore... Food is fantastic with plenty of choice even for a fussy eater like myself...

...Hotel Good Staff Location General layout of room was nice... If you want a lounger at the pool side you have to beat the 05:30 mob every morning who run down to the poolside to place their towels on their 'regular bed'... People just place their towels on the loungers and they are not seen for the rest of the day...

...Great hotel, great staff really enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Plenty of choice in food, could have been hotter but you have to realise how many people they are catering for... With this hotel being so big you never really knew where to head for to see the type of entertainment that suits your tastes...

...the patio doors and air con will not work, air-con wasn't the greatest so if you open the back door for 5 minutes it gets too hot... If it's your birthday you'll just get some warm fruit in your room what is avaliable all day from the restaurant for free... next time i will be visiting a cheaper hotel and eating nice food all day...
