The Beachfront sits just opposite the beach on a pedestrian promenade in Marmaris. It's located on Turkey's popular Dalaman coast and has its own private strip of sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols. This adults-only hotel is made up of white buildings and bright rooms with balconies or terraces, many of them with limited or direct sea view. The pool is in a secluded spot at the back of the hotel, with plenty of sun loungers, a great place for relaxing in the sun. The hotel has a combined buffet- and an 'A la Cart' restaurant with a nice view over the beach and the sea, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you get hungry between meals, the restaurant has sandwiches and salads available. The hotel's beach also has its own waiter service to keep you supplied with drinks and snacks, so you don't need to leave your sun lounger. There's is a Turkish bath with sauna and also a Spa where you can book a beauty treatments or several kind of massages. You could head out of the hotel and explore the center of Marmaris, with its Old Town, bazaars and local bars and restaurants. In addition to the hotel's beach, Marmaris is popular for its other beaches and there are plenty more to discover in the area. There are also two water parks on the outskirts of the town and, as it's a port, Marmaris is also the starting point for many boat excursions.

Detailed Reviews
We actually transferred to this hotel on recommendation as our other hotel was substandard. We couldn't fault the service we received from check in to check out and the hotel is in a perfect location just across from the beach. Fatima on front desk was extremely helpful.
We were all inclusive and the hotel offers a buffet option for breakfast, along with starters and dessert for lunch and dinner. Main courses are brought to you and you can choose of their laminated menus. A good selection, three choices per day, plus ample pasta and pizza options if you prefer. Not all drinks are included in the all inclusive so just check the list first! Our waiter Merhat was very attentive. I actually celebrated my 50th Birthday there and everyone made a huge fuss of me, they also provided me with a lovely cake and wine & fruit in the bedroom.
With regard to Covid there are ample sanitiser stations located throughout the hotel including sanitiser in the rooms. We observed staff cleaning surfaces regularly and all staff wore masks & visors in the food area.
The pool is small but lovely and clean and plenty of sun loungers available. There are comfortable sun loungers on the beach, but we did notice that people reserved very early with towels & sometimes didn't even use them, so we usually ended up at the back. Fernando on the beach was extremely helpful and regularly checked if we needed anything.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and very light and airy. Toiletries were provided along with room safe and hair dryer, the air conditioning also works well.
If you are looking for a quiet relaxed break away from the hustle and bustle of Marmaris, you can't go wrong here.

We travelled as couple and booked in at around 2am. The reception were most helpful and booking in was easy.
The Beachfront wasn't our original choice but as TUi offered us an incentive after our original hotel was cancelled we used it to upgrade to an All Inclusive package and a better standard hotel. We ate out a couple of times during our 9 night break just to break the monotony of staying at the hotel.
There are many positives to point out with our stay, i've listed them below. Unfortunately whilst on holiday we found out about the quarantine conditions that the government had set for us when we got back, but it didn't spoil our stay.
1. Very clean and covid friendly hotel
2. Clean and bright rooms, (we had a full sea view one (recommended)
3. The food was very good and served to your table because of covid
4. The staff were very polite and friendly
5. We didn't have any issues with getting sunbeds each day
6. The location is ideal, pretty much in the middle of the long seafront strip
7. Drinks within the All Inclusive package were ok
8. The white wine was good....when chilled
There were also a few negatives
1. Although pleasant and friendly the bar and food staff were not always attentive, it was sometimes easier to go to the bar yourself....not a problem
2. The rooms were very white, almost clinical, and impossible to be dark as soon as the sun came up.
3. Although ok the local spirits were pretty tasteless.
4. All inclusive cocktails were average
5. Meal service was hit and miss, one night you would wait 30mins for your meal the next night you would get your main meal before you had eaten your starter!
6. The wine was not always chilled
Regardless of positives and negatives we had a great time and would stay there again. Hopefully sooner rather than later

I returned here for the third time in October 2021. Given the covid situation not too much had changed, the level of service was still fantastic with the salads and desserts from the buffet being served to you with lunch and dinner choices being A la Carte. Each day there would be a lunch and dinner special, the menu is the same throughout your stay which didn't bother me as I like to eat out a few times whilst away in a fortnight. Wide selection of drinks and a very nice white wine included with cocktails and premium drinks extra but not expensive.
Rooms were kept spotless and the sea view rooms have a stunning view to wake up to every morning, you can't beat that view! I was on the 5th floor and found it to be nice and quiet.
I was so lucky to have a holiday after waiting two years to come back to Turkey and was one of the few brits in the hotel at this time and felt like a king the way the team looked after me.
Monica on reception greeted me as I arrived quite late with a sandwich and I came down to the bar and was given a warm welcome. Monica was incredibly friendly and helped lots of us print off and sort out our forms to head back to the UK, can't fault the reception service at all.
Big thank you to the guys working in the restaurant for making my stay so good, I was staying at the hotel alone but had friends in another hotel. The guys introduced me to other brits and I never felt alone the whole trip! Great team of staff including Messi, Ümit, Ediz, Fernando, the DJ and all of the guys and girls working there. I'll see you next year!

Me and my partner have just returned from beachfront hotel this morning we stayed here for 10 nights all inclusive with a seafront view on 5th floor. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and the room was just the perfect size. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout , our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, clean bedding, toiletries, coffee/tea stocked up daily.
The food was outstanding and there was plenty to choose from breakfast lunch and dinner, there was a lunchtime menu and a dinner menu, for each day had a selection of 3 choices and if you didn’t want any of these alternatively you could choose a pizza or pasta dish. There was always the buffet on as-well where you could go and help your self to salad/dessert etc.
There was plenty of choice of drinks on all inclusive. rose wine/white wine red wine was popular my favourite was probably the cocktails they had a cocktail menu too not all
Of them were included on the all inclusive if you had to choose go with the Pina Coladas or Strawberry Dacuquris they were the best!
The hotel itself was situated probably in the best place of the boardwalk, you have your own private beach facing you when you walk out and there is never a problem to get a bed. If you want to book excursions and you see people on the beach don’t book it through them as they usually tend to rip you off! Fernando on the beach is always there to help you throughout the day he was great!
We did book Excursions but we did this through the hotel we booked the cleopatra boat trip and the quad bikes both trips were great and we would definitely do them again. If you want a boat trip that lasts throughout the day and stops off at a good number of stops then do the cleopatra island as we found other boat trips that we had done that wasn’t booked through the hotel was just rip off and didn’t last the whole day.
The staff from the minute we walked in were so welcoming and very friendly we felt like we were one big family and sad to leave the place.
Big thankyou to Messi and all the staff who waited on us and the bar staff Muhammad and Adiz who looked after us throughout our stay.
The hotel was great value for money and it was our first time staying in an adult hotel needless to say we cannot fault our stay as we loved it here so much we are booking to come back again in the next couple of months. See you all soon.

Just back from a 16 night stay at this wonderful hotel. We have been coming to Marmaris for over 10 years and stayed in alot of hotels but can honestly say this is one of our favourite.
We checked in about 21:00hrs and reception staff were so friendly and helpful they couldnt do enough to help you have the perfect holiday, we were taking to our room which was a front room with a delightful sea view. The room was a good size and very clean plenty wardrobe space.
We unpacked and went down to bar for a few drinks, we were welcomed by the bar staff.
The beach was all set up beautifully with the 2 meter distancing. We had the pleasure of meeting Ferman who looked after us daily serving us drinks and food making sure we had the best experience. He is a credit to the hotel, such a friendly helpful man, he made our holiday very special.
We ate regularly here even though we were only B&B as the food was fantastic so tasty and reasonably priced and the settings and scenery were perfect.
The bar staff were great very helpful and friendly. Mesut is the bar manager and made us feel more than welcome, he had a great sense of humour and made us feel at home. Barman is Ediz and he worked hard to make sure
the drinks were presented in the best possible way, his frozen cocktails were the best I have ever had infact all drinks were made to perfection, Ercan was barman/waiter and he worked hard to ensure we were looked after.
I didnt manage to get all staff members names as a few of them just arrived as hotel was getting busy, but can honestly say the staff there were the best bunch of lads I have ever met, going out their way to ensue you had the perfect holiday and we did. Thanks to you all guys we had the perfect holiday from start to finish and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

I stayed at the Beachfront Hotel Marmaris from the 16th April till 26th April. I was to travel with a friend but due to illness I travelled solo. I've been visiting Turkey for over 20 years and have stayed in many hotels/apartments. When I arrived at the Beachfront it was late in the evening I was greeted at the front desk by Monica and the night porter whose name I'm sorry to say I didn't get. Monica was very friendly and helpful and informed me the restaurant was closed but they couldn't order me food to my room which was really nice of her. I declined as I knew where I could get something to eat in the evening. The night porter brought my bags to the room and showed me how to work the aircon and TV. The rooms are bright and spacious with free TV and aircon and also avails of a kettle and tea bags and coffee and a mini fridge with water on arrival.I didn't get a front facing room but from my balcony I got a side view of the sea. The hotel itself is either b&b or All Inclusive. The hotel is only a few feet from the beach and you can avail of the free beach towels and lounger and WiFi. The staff at the Beachfront are second to none!! They are brilliant. Very attentive and hardworking. When they realised I was a solo traveller they went out of their way to make sure I was made welcome and didn't leave me sitting on my own for too long even after I had made friends they were still very attentive. Murat and Fernando are just two if the hard working staff who went above and beyond. The menu was buffet style breakfast with varied fruits and breads and yoghurt. Also a selection of cold and cooked meats and the omelletes are to
die for cooked fresh in front of you to your
requirements. Lunch and evening meals were
from a set menu which varied daily. You can
also avail of the Al-A-Carte menu which was
fantastic and very fairly priced. Rooms were cleaned and restocked with tea and coffee daily. This hotel is an Adults only hotel or for anyone over 16 years of age. I would highly recommend the Beachfront and cannot wait to visit again.

Don't let the other reviews put you off.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel for 1 week all inclusive. The breakfast wasn't as great but the lunch & dinner made up for it. + We ate from the hotel menu a few times and a meal for 4 came to £20 (I've added both menus to the images)
You order fresh from a menu & salads and desert is help yourself. Mehmet, Murat, Fernando were great!
Plus you can order a side of chips if you fancy too.
Rooms was small (ish) but ideal and bedrooms were cleaned daily. & If you wanted your sheets changed you just needed to strip them bed for the maid.
Drinks at the bar were a limited choice of around 5 "cocktails" the London Gin being our favourite but soft drinks were also included.
We always managed to get a sun bed on the beach & you can take drinks to the beach too + the free WiFi was great there too.
Pool area was okay but the pool was colder than the sea (could be the weather) but it was a great pool!
The receptionist was SUPER helpful too when we required a pharmacy at nearly midnight she arranged a cab for us we were super grateful!
100% would DEFINITELY come back again!

When we arrived check was smooth, taken to our room and suitcases taken for us.
As some people have said rooms are small and compact. However, we had a sea view room which was beautiful, clean and light and airy. Room had air conditioning, rooms are cleaned daily and you have one complimentary bottle of water on arrival.
The all inclusive is strange to say the least. Not all drinks are on the all inclusive list and this includes water you have to pay for however, there is water amongst the fruit juice dispenser so a couple of times we filled up our water bottles. Each morning there is a buffet style breakfast both hot and cold and we felt there was enough on offer to eat.
For lunch and evening meal you choose from a menu of daily specials and then there are other items such as pizzas, pastas, noodles which you can chose from every day. The food is of good quality and I couldn’t fault it but if you are looking for lots of different foods this is not the hotel for you.
All hotel staff are friendly and polite the only downside is they tend to serve bed and breakfast, and paying customers first. If you want drinks on the beach or round the pool then as an all inclusive customer you have to go to the bar and get them yourself. The first time you ask the bar staff will get your drinks but then politely tell you to get your own.
However, if you are buying drinks that are not part of the all inclusive like we did at times you do get waiter service!
The hotel spa is a must! We had a one and a half hour package for £80. This included sauna, Turkish bath, clay all over, clay face mask then full face and body massage. The staff at the spa are warm and friendly.
It is noisy at night but it is expected where it is situated but this didn’t bother us at all but if you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is not the position for you.
It’s. At the higher end of the 3 star hotels and I would definitely recommend it to people despite the niggles about all inclusive, I just think they should let you know when you arrive how the all inclusive works. It didn’t cause us any problems to be fair and I would happily come back again.

My wife and I have just returned from 14 nights in this great hotel .
We had a lovely sea view room on the 5th floor views were amazing !
Rooms clean and tidy if a bit on the small side ! But perfectly fine beds very comfortable, great air con , good shower etc..
Hotel itself spotless !
Breakfast very nice with good selection of hot and cold foods
With melons and fruit !
If I had to by picky ? Hot food needs to be kept hotter please .
Adem is fantastic in the mornings doing the toast tea and coffee etc .
Lunchtime and evening food is excellent off of a set menu 3 different mains lunchtime and evening plus various hot pasta dishes and pizza etc lasagna all cooked fresh to order and very nice !
Plus salads cheese hams pickles etc !
Plus and Al la Carte menu also excellent and not expensive.
Drinks very good on AI , plus branded you can buy and not to expensive.
Pool is nice but very cold and no sunshine until the afternoon.
Beach front is lovely, walk off the hotel front and 5 metres you are on a lovely beach with padded cushion sun beds so comfy
And yes you do need to get up early to get a bed but worth it !
Step off your bed into the lovely warm sea ! Amazing views to of Marmaris bay !
You can walk to icemeler in 1 hour 20 mins as we did and get taxi boat back to Marmaris takes 35 mins cost 50 TL approx £5
For two people.
Lovely walks round to the harbour to look at super yachts 50 to 100 million plus cost wise
You can book various boat trips also not expensive
Visit the castle
Various other excursions.
So the main point of our review is the staff !
We have never been to a hotel anywhere with such amazing friendly helpful staff !
They never stop smiling
So a massive thank you to
Messi the Batman
Adem the toast
Murat the high fives
Omer the whiskey
Ercan the man
Ramazan no tips
Yusuf the Godzilla
And the 2/3 bar staff who make mix all the drinks !
I don’t know their names !
But the biggest thanks goes to Fernando on the beach he is amazing you do not have to move from your bed if you don’t want to !
Once he knows you and what you drink !
You only have to look round and a fresh drink is their on your table already !
He is brilliant
The staff made our holiday!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, we stayed for 12 days all inclusive. The hotel was spotless and we had 2 separate rooms for me and my partner and my dad. Our rooms were cleaned everyday by the lovely hotel maid, we had fresh towels, fresh bedding and toiletries replaced daily.
The staff were very friendly especially Murat, Mehmet, Demet and Messi, which are the once who took care off us the most. but all other staff were very welcoming aswell. The food was fantastic and there was a large variety too pick from each day, they also had a gorgeous seafood plate which my dad adored! The puddings looked and tasted incredible.
Throughout each day there was many activities/water sports to take part in which were fantastic aswell and filled the day, it was even better due to how hot the weather was. During our time relaxing in the Beach, we had a lovely gentleman named Fernando which also had a laugh with us and took care off us a lot and also served us on the beach so we could just relax.
Overall our stay was absolutely incredible and we made many friends due to everyone being so friendly and polite. We will definitely be returning back to this hotel again for laughs and the great experience. Thank you to The beachfront Hotel for making our holiday the best! ☀️😁
