The Beachfront sits just opposite the beach on a pedestrian promenade in Marmaris. It's located on Turkey's popular Dalaman coast and has its own private strip of sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols. This adults-only hotel is made up of white buildings and bright rooms with balconies or terraces, many of them with limited or direct sea view. The pool is in a secluded spot at the back of the hotel, with plenty of sun loungers, a great place for relaxing in the sun. The hotel has a combined buffet- and an 'A la Cart' restaurant with a nice view over the beach and the sea, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you get hungry between meals, the restaurant has sandwiches and salads available. The hotel's beach also has its own waiter service to keep you supplied with drinks and snacks, so you don't need to leave your sun lounger. There's is a Turkish bath with sauna and also a Spa where you can book a beauty treatments or several kind of massages. You could head out of the hotel and explore the center of Marmaris, with its Old Town, bazaars and local bars and restaurants. In addition to the hotel's beach, Marmaris is popular for its other beaches and there are plenty more to discover in the area. There are also two water parks on the outskirts of the town and, as it's a port, Marmaris is also the starting point for many boat excursions.

We visited this hotel on the 18th May 2023, an found the hotel to be more than a 3+ star, The rooms were slightly small but still very nice, still very comfortable, the food was amazing 5star Breakfast ,,Lunch ,,evening meals plenty to pick from , ,drinks were fab an in a glass too, an brought to you on the beach in a Glass , all the staff were amazing ,from,Reception, bar staff to the cooks,to the cleaners , the Porter was brilliant too,,Umit,& Iris, was very much on the ball an couldn't do enough for you as the girls too , as well as all the staff,,was the same, The restaurant Mgr was brilliant very Polite an talkative asking if everything was OK, never too much trouble for him , bar staff were fab, The Manager of the hotel was always approachable, an very helpful,, , the entertainment was nice,but when no entertainment they had lovely background music ,70's & 80's, ,,the hotel ad its own private beach lovely Clean ,,sun loungers too, ,, As this was An adult hotel we went all AI , well worth every penny,, definitely booking for next year,,we made some amazing friends,, as well as the hotel itself,,cannot wait to go back.😁😁😁…

We were recommended to this hotel by friends who stayed there last year and returned again with us this year. We absolutely loved it. We arrived in the early hours and had a warm welcome including some filled baguettes and fruit brought to our room. The room was spotless and bed’s comfortable including duvets which we haven’t had before in Turkey. The service and food were excellent. The breakfast was buffet style with omelettes cooked to order. The restaurant was outside overlooking the sea which was lovely. Lunch and dinner were ordered from an excellent menu and brought to the table in less than 10 minutes, we were very impressed. The drinks were very good too, they would even bring them onto the beach for you. We paid a supplement for a sea view and it was well worth it, we were on the top floor and views were stunning. All the staff were warm and friendly and helped to make our stay very special. We will definitely be returning next year!…

Highly recommend the Beachfront hotel, we have just arrived home after spending 4 weeks there, and went fully inclusive, we went last year for 2 weeks and just wanted to got back and spend more time. Staff are very welcoming and cannot do enough for us, food was varied and really good, always managed to have something from the menu, sometimes we would go al a cart and order our favourite dish, salted fish and expertly served by Mesut, it’s just a few steps from beach and lovely to have breakfast and go onto beach and served our drinks by lovely beach boys, who were very attentive, rooms were serviced daily by lovely staff, Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, love the place and can’t wait to go back another 4 weeks next year, already booked

Good points and bad points . This is our 3rd time at the hotel,good points, great location, great staff ,Umit amazing ,the 3 young ladies who are waitresses lovely people .The resturant manager is a great guy along with the bar staff.Fernando and James, the beach guys, nothing is too much trouble for them, great guys . Bad points, there is a new manager who thinks he's more important to have a conversation with you, a very ignorant person.2 times I asked to have a word with him 2 times I was ignored. The hotel now has charging for fresh orange juice £2.50 per glass charges for cocktails £8.00 each. However, the alcohol that you have paid for as part of all-inclusive is the same alcohol they make the cocktails with. They also charge you for ice cream £4.00 each . All inclusive to me means all-inclusive. However, it means something different to the Beachfront Hotel. The other drawback for me was the number of Russian guests at the hotel on check out. There were 30 Russian guests booking in . I will be giving this hotel a lot of thought before we visit again from now on its a sham because they have amazing staff.…

We are just back home after spending 4 weeks at the Beachfront Hotel Marmaris. We stayed there last year but if anything the experience was even better this year. I normally don’t do all inclusive as I don’t eat meat or seafood but the all inclusive is brilliant here. You can help yourself to soup, salads and sweets and your main meals are table service. There was never a time when I didn’t have a choice of what to eat. Special mention must go to Messi and his team in the restaurant who do so much to make you feel at home and Fatima on reception who is so helpful with any enquiries. A big selling point is you are about 10 steps away from the beach where the team bring you drinks as part of your all inclusive package. It’s adults only and the views from your balcony are stunning. We have already booked another 4 weeks next year…

We have just returned from here this week. First impressions were great and the hotel is clean. We were all inclusive but wasnt made to feel welcome at times. Our very first morning we went down for breakfast and stood lingering about the tables waiting for a staff member to approach us as we werent sure how it worked. Every one of them walked past us and seemed busy so we found our own table and assumed we just helped ourselves. In the whole time we were down there no one said good morning or approached us. We are a younger couple and I did feel like the older couples were treated better and were interacted with. Dinner was better and everything was explained to us by a lovely waiter. Other times we would be sat by the tables near the bar and was never approached to see if we wanted drinks and instead had to go to the bar ourselves yet other people were waited on. Again same at the beach, if you were paying you got waited on but not us as we were all inclusive. Some of the food was very bland but edible. Wifi also didnt work in our room. I would recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, beautiful sea views and location but customer service needs to be improved. …

I honestly don't know why Jane H and Nikita W would write such bad reviews. Maybe they didn't appreciate a good thing when it was in front of their eyes. My husband and l come here twice a year, never been disappointed. Always feels like we are back home,the hospitality is out of this world. Honestly we would actually live in the Beachfront if we could. From cleaners,kitchen,bar staff +everyone involved with the hotel. Oops nearly forgot the cocktails 🍸 are a must especially made by Ediz, Best ever. Not to forget Messi and all the girls and guys, well done on an amazing job by all of you.

We have been here a few days now, and luckily have a few more to go. The hotel, staff and food are all excellent. The location on the promenade with only a few steps to the beach is also great. I would recommend a sea facing room as the views are great. A lot going on locally, can be a little noisy at night, but you’re on holiday, so just relax and enjoy.

Stayed at The Beachfront Hotel mid April. Arrived around 4pm (Coach driver did have a problem finding the hotel) We were given a room on the third floor with a side balcony but at front so a really good veiw of the beach and marina in the distance, the balcony was small but fine for the two of us. As mentioned by many reveiws the rooms are small but well set out and lovely and light, clean and modern. Bathroom was lovely, excellent shower and quite large. Room was cleaned every day. beds and bedding was good quality. We stayed B&B as we do like to go out and find different places to eat and drink. Breakfast was fine with eggs cooked to order the poached eggs where spot on. Guests staying AI seemed happy with their menu etc.. Used the pool once which does get sun but it was freezing! Location is perfect, across Prom to beach and comfortable sunloungers we got front loungers everytime. Turn left out of the hotel and you will be at the Bazaar in 10 mins and Marina in 15. The Marina is the best place to eat for both quality and price. You will be pressured to go into every restaurant and shop which gets a bit tiresome.
