This was our 3rd visit after initially going in 2016 and then 2018 when it was a TUI Blue. It’s no longer a TUI heavy hotel, it’s changed hands although we still booked with TUI and flew with them too. Location is as always beautiful, approx 80 mins from the airport, super clean grounds and perfect setting. Yes it’s hilly but that’s part of the appeal, you get a view and if you don’t want to walk around then you can use the golf buggy’s. The pools are really clean and well maintained, we always went to the relax pool as the activity pool was a little too loud and we’re not ones to join in the entertainment by the day. The rooms haven’t changed since our 1st visit and that is where we noticed a bit of wear and tear. We had to move rooms twice as the door lock didn’t work on room one and then room two, the safe didn’t work. In the third room, the shower drains were a little smelly and the curtain fell off the rails but at least we were safe and so were our belongings. The view was brilliant and the maid service was daily and efficient. Food wise - as a vegetarian I found it quite repetitive, I lived on pasta and salad but if you’re a meat eater then loads of choice. Some of the options were a bit bland too, we didn’t do breakfast often but it was worth it on the days we did for the fruits and coffee. We had a dinner at the grill which was the best all holiday. The main restaurant felt unorganised in comparison to previous years, more of a canteen style than “service”. We ate later in the evenings and had to find a clean table to sit at and wave for a drink refill, in previous years it did feel more attentive. The new Zest snack bar was great, better than food for lunch in the main restaurant by far. Drinks were plentiful and the live bands were good in the evening too although the DJ with the saxophone was a bit questionable… I don’t think we would return but only as we’ve been there and done it. However for a cheap deal (we paid £590 all inclusive each) to bask in some glorious sun with beautiful views and nice food and service, it is a great holiday option.

My husband and I had a lovely holiday here. It is a beautiful location with great facilities and staff. Particularly Aram in the restaurant who looked after us every day. But all the staff were very friendly. The hotel is made up of small buildings containing 4 or 6 rooms per building. These are spread out and it’s important to know the location is extremely steeply built into the hill. I have mobility issues which mean I have trouble walking at times. Fortunately I had read a trip advisor review before we travelled so I emailed the hotel and they thankfully could position us close to the restaurant and pool. This really saved me and made our holiday. Please ensue if you have a medical condition which affects your mobility that you request a room close to the reception area. There are numerous locations around the resort for a drink or something to eat. We felt the service at the Zest bar restaurant area was poor compared to the restaurant but generally all the staff were great. The staff in reception seemed to struggle speaking English and this made querying anything a bit tricky. We booked a cabana for one day at a cost of 75 euros and then s huge yacht was parked there and we wouldn’t have had a view so we sadly had to cancel that experience. We did the TUI adults only boat cruise with snorkelling stops and that was brilliant too. About 45 euros each and well worth it. There is a boat taxi from the hotel across to Marmaris 3 times a day and we did that a couple of times which was great. That was 10 euro per person for a return. Marmaris is well worth the visit. There are always loads of sun beds so no need for a 6 am alarm to reserve your bed. Towel service is really easy and the woman running that was always so cheerful and lovely. Great little shop on site selling general bits and then a Turkish delight shop which is amazing. Didn’t use the spa other than for the shower facilities on check out day but that was really easy. The room was lovely and had everything we needed including amazing air conditioning which we couldn’t have managed without. We would highly recommend this adults only resort. Just be mindful it is hilly with lots of steps. But your on holiday so take your time and enjoy.

This was our first holiday as a couple, and what can we say, if Jet 2 had come around and offered us to stay longer than 7 days we would have bitten their hand off. This hotel has to be probably the best resort / hotel I have ever been to. If you wanted to stay on the resort all week, this would have been enough for you, with beautiful beaches and surroundings, there was no need to, but as my partner said we could be anywhere in the world, and we did venture into Marmaris it's self for the afternoon one day ,along with a couple of day trips a visit to Rhodes for the day and a glass bottom (although we thought the glass bottom boat wasn't worth the money we paid) *We bought the day trips though the Jet 2 Rep. We also attended the spa for the afternoon and thought this to be a great start to our holiday, but were put off with the constant bombardment at the end trying to get us to come back during the week. Rooms are not the conventual hotel block style but you have the privacy of your own room in secluded huts that have around 4 rooms per unit, along with daily maid service where they were friendly, this was always tidy and clean every day. The food was always lovely, and the drinks flowed nicely. The evening meals had variety every night and you were remembered and always bought a new drink before you could finish the one you already had. We were blown away by the hotel grounds and the beauty and how friendly and happy all the staff seamed, even the entertainment team during the day had several activities going on. Including a favourite of mine Water Polo. We took up the offer of a professional photo shoot and we're so glad we did and we have some amazing photos to treasure & the Cabanas from the hotel are a must! The only gripe we could have made was the flies! they do bite and they are in abundance the evening entertainment like others have said is very questionable, but this could be due to coming out of Covid. Would we love to come back? Certainly, and will we be coming back in the future. Thank you for our lovely first holiday as a couple and we couldn't have picked a better hotel / resort to come to.
