One of the best holidays ever. Food was fabulous and plenty of choices. All the waiters were helpful and attentive no waiting for service. The entertainment staff Zafir and 'Little Dot' as we called her, (she did the 'boccia' in the morning) were perfect and couldn't do enough for you. My husband had a couple of days suffering from 'Turkey belly' and the Tui team manager Ruth again made sure that we were all ok. Evening entertainment was fabulous every night also the bar staff. Beach, again can't fault it, or the service in the beach bar, with friendly and helpful security around the beach gates. The cleaning staff again kept the room clean with fresh sheets and towels daily. Needless to say we're coming back next year.

We are home after a fantastic week at the Grand Azur. I have been on many overseas holidays and nothing could possibly compare to our stay at the Grand Azur. The hotel was clean, luxurious and well organised. The food at the restaurants was magnificent, and the choice was immense. I was so impressed with the facilities and the staff were polite and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning to return next year with the children & grandchildren.

This was our second visit to Grand Azur and it's just as lovely as we remember. Perfect position right on the beach. By far the best hotel if you prefer to be by the sea rather than by the pool. Plenty of free loungers and shadey hotel beach bar close by. That said it is also a lovely pool and pretty gardens surrounding the hotel also offer peaceful, relaxing spaces. Love the care taken of the cats. There are not many of them and they don't pester. Helped by the fact that guests are encouraged not to feed them. Food in the buffet restaurant is fantastic. Can't praise enough. Catering for all tastes the choice is huge. One down side for us was the Levante. Have to agree with some other reviews that the quality and choice is really disappointing. On the night we were there service was also not the best. Unlike the restaurant downstairs where it is brilliant. Sadly the view could not compensate and we left after eating. Definitely not A la carte! Why not just offer it as another option for eating and avoid the high expectations. Marmaris is a lovely area and we did a few trips with Tui..Jeep safari, day cruise and river cruise to turtle bay. Also great bus service into Marmaris if you want to shop or visit the castle. (About 10mins max) Plenty of cheaper local tours operators too so choice is huge for all tastes. Staff are great and very welcoming throughout the hotel. Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day. Because of the hotel design partial sea view was still 100% amazing so really happy. Massages were well worth it and good value. Would highly recommend Grand Azur and if coming back to Turkey will return. Thankyou to everyone who work hard to make it so special.

Dear Extraordinary456792 - Thank you for choosing to stay with us again for sharing your lovely review. We are thrilled to hear that your second visit was just as enjoyable as your first. Our location by the beach with its stunning backdrop of hills and mountains is indeed ideal for those who prefer the sea over the pool. We appreciate your kind words about our efforts to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our guests throughout the gardens and grounds. It's great to hear that you were very happy with the wide range of food we offer in our main restaurant and are most sorry to hear that your experience in Levante didn’t match your expectations. We value guest feedback and only wish we had been made aware of your dissatisfaction at the time. This would have helped us understand and hopefully put things right for you. Just to give some perspective – the small, select menu has remained the same for a couple of years and is available to view in advance, both on the app and outside the restaurant. This should give guests an idea of what’s on offer. We think the views from the top floor are outstanding and when coupled with a good dining experience, many of our guests have said it has been one of the highlights of their stay. We are genuinely sorry to hear this was not the case for you. Our dedicated staff takes pride in providing exceptional service and it's great to hear that they helped your stay become something special. Thank you for your kind recommendation and we do hope we will have the chance to welcome you again for a third visit. Warm regards, Sharon Ay General manager

Checked the reviews before booking. It certainly didn't disappoint. Plenty of staff in all areas and they certainly looked after everyone. Food was scrumptious, fresh and plenty of options with different themes each evening. So much to choose from. The cake /afters section was also irresistible. The grounds and pool area were very well kept and the gardeners do a great job. I woke around 4am one morning and peeked onto the balcony and saw them watering the garden area. The resident cats are also a nice bonus, friendly, well fed and cared for. Will definitely return

Having stayed in Marmaris a few times we gave the Grand Azur a try after hearing fantastic things about the hotel and we certainly weren’t disappointed! I can only reiterate what everyone has said really, best food options we’ve ever experienced in an AI hotel and we’ve travelled a lot of the world and the little touches such as the constant cleaning, attentive staff and excellent subbed policy set this hotel aside from many others. Personally, we didn’t have a great experience in the Levante A La Carte restaurant, the food wasn’t great and also cold. The lady in charge and waiting staff had a massive argument in front of guests which didn’t give a great account of the otherwise beautiful setting. (Despite the thunderstorms!) We had a slight issue with an inconsiderate guest during our stay who had little respect for others during the day and then in the early hours of the morning but I can’t praise Ruthe enough who dealt with the issue promptly and was brilliant in following this up for us. Sharon was also one of the nicest and hard working people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Would we return? Yes, in a heartbeat. This is a unique hotel that has high standards and more importantly a real desire to ensure all guests have the best possible time. We will be back!

My wife and I spent 7 days at the Tui Grand Azur and here is my review, written on my last day at the resort. I’ll try to make this easy to read and break it down into a few points I find important of a hotel. Facilities - the hotel is well equipped, you have a spa, multiple bars, restaurant and hotel is well decorated throughout. Nothing feels dated and the overall standard throughout the hotel is very nice. The hotel has beach access across the road but we stayed near the pool as im not a fan of a shingle beach. The levante Al a carte restaurant is lovely, the view is what makes it, you can see most of Marmaris bay and we went at sunset so it made it look even better. Room - we had a double room facing the road. The road isn’t too loud , even though it’s absolutely heaving all day. The air con was enough to drown out the sound. The morning prayer did often wake me up but I wasn’t a major issue. I would reccomend a sea view room purely for the view, as it’s amazing. Only negative is the resort is small and has no swim up rooms but it’s not a major deal breaker. Service - cannot be faulted throughout the entire hotel. The waiters, bar staff, pool staff, entertainment and cleaners throughout are so hardworking and deserve all the credit they receive. Room was spotless. Staff are attentive and polite which is what you expect from a 5 star resort. We used the Tui app to book things such as yoga, which was great. We used the spa for a massage and at £50 for 50 minutes that’s not too bad. Food - very varied and done to a high quality. The food choice is huge and you never leave hungry. If you do there are pan cakes and snacks inbetween meals. I like my coffee and cake and you have cake offered 1500-1700 included. The internet at the hotel works! All the time wherever you are. We went to another resort last year and it was rubbish, so this makes a huge difference when you’re in a country you can’t use your phone mobile network. No iron in your room but head to the 4th floor opposite room 464 Overall, I highly recommend and we would stay here again!

We have just returned from this hotel, we stayed here for 2 weeks with our friends. Truly a great hotel, staff wonderful, especially Bayram in the buffet restaurant ( always so welcoming) , lovely and clean, food very good. Definitely more of a hotel for adults, which suited us perfectly. The cabana on the jetty was great please try it. Disappointed in the Lavante restaurant, the location at the top of the hotel is beautiful but food very disappointing. Always cold. (food better in buffet) Always cold. Definitely a wonderful hotel though,

Dear JackieFirth, Thank you for sharing your review. We're thrilled to hear that you had a great stay and that you were all made to feel welcome. We're sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience in our Levante restaurant and that you felt the food was not as hot as you would have liked. We will follow this up with the chef, however, we only wish we had been informed during your stay so we could have taken immediate action to ensure your evening was more enjoyable. We are delighted that you had a wonderful holiday overall and in particular loved spending a day on the jetty – it's one of our optional extras that many guests enjoy. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to welcome you back soon. Warm regards, Sharon Ay General manager

Me and my friend have just returned from a fabulous 10 days at this hotel and it really met our expectations! The hotel was spotless, the pool was very clean and the lazy river was so good , in the day after a few late nights and hangovers! The all inclusive at the hotel was really good , the food was always fresh and tasty , always something new ! I particularly liked how the chefs and waiters served it too you and not all hands from the tourist were touching everything . The restaurant was immaculate. There is always fresh baked bread and pide ,everyday and the guy , at the bakery station, is always so pleasant. I also enjoyed the lovely coffee , from their coffee machines too . The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and seemed really happy in their Jobs , which was very good . The pool area was very organised with x2 life guards on duty and always clean ! There are fresh towels supplied every morning and the private beach was lovely too . There is always space to get a sunbed , so don't worry ! The reception staff was helpful and lovely , one girl really helped me when I needed the chemist , I forgot her name but she was lovely and also Murat was helpful too , always friendly! The spa was the best that I have ever used . I decided to take a massage 💆‍♀️ with Eli and it really relaxed me . It was the best massage that I have ever had ! I enjoyed it so much that I booked x2 more massages with Eli , who I would highly recommend. She was so lovely . To be honest all the staff that worked in the spa was really nice . Lastly I'd like to thank the managers Sharon and Ruthe for the kind hospitality that we received from our stay at the Grand Azur . Both managers and all of the staff are a big credit to this hotel , for the great service, that they give their customers. I felt safe and valued as a customer , by all the team . I have Been coming to Marmaris, for 14 years and this is the best All inclusive hotel , that I have stayed in, this resort . If I go all inclusive again, in marmaris, then I would return to this hotel without hesitation. Also they look after the hotels cats , they have a home and are cared for by the staff, which for me , is important, as an animal lover . They are so friendly too, so if you like cats , then bring a bag , of dreamless, from the supermarket and feed them , they will love you for it ! Again thank you to all the team , especially Murat , Yusef , restaurant staff and Eli from the spa, you made my stay here the best
