We booked this as a last minute trip as we usually visit family in Majorca, but due to travel restrictions, booked here. We were about 1.5 miles from the centre, however it was easily reached by the ever running dolmus buses, for 60p each way Maramris was really nice, especially the harbour , very up market trendy bars and restaurants, with a beautiful back drop. We did a fab trip to Dalyan, and the beach where the turtles lay their eggs, it was lovely day for 18 each including food The hotel was lovely our room had a partial sea view which i 'd recommend. The restaurant waiters were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, the serving staff were not so friendly, food choice was good. They have lots of cats at the hotel, which was lovely to see them being looked after. The pool is lovely, only problem was with other guests playing loud music around it and no staff intervening. However there was plenty of places in the garden to sunbathe. The beach is shingle, not brilliant but the view and the sea was lovely. The beach bar was lovely and the girl really friendly. The hotel entertainment was non existent, they had a few local people, but it was very poor. This could be because of covid. We did have a few issues with rowdy guests who took advantage of the all inclusive, but they were quickly dealt with. The reception staff were very helpful. Also even though we never used the hotel photographer he was always very friendly. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel

We are sorry to hear that you were not impressed with our evening entertainment. We hosted a range of professional acts 6 nights of the week which included different bands, acrobatic groups, a saxophonist and a string duet to name but a few. It was a challenge to find entertainers, however, most of our guests enjoyed what we offered and we did our best to provide a good variety. The Hotel it's self is very nice, with lot's of place's to chillout and relax. lovely modern bar for a coffee or cocktail. beautiful beach with the most stunning views. Fantastic food and everything about the hotel felt very covid safe. Great fitness centre the classes where first class. Marina's is a knowledgeable teacher, we really enjoyed her classes, especially Yoga and Pilates. The service throughout the hotel is first class. In the main restaurant Vyat, Byron as well as all the other staff were so attentive and helpful as I need gluten free food. In the A la Carte and pool restaurant all the staff where also excellent but Hassan was amazing, a very experienced waiter who was well informed about food allergies and helped to make our holiday special.

The entire team here are so friendly and welcoming they really do make the holiday! Ruthe seems to always be working and available to talk to. The restaurant staff make dinner so entertaining, we laughed all week - We always make sure to sit in Bayrams section. I love the options of sitting at the pool, beach, jetty or gardens. The gardens are so well kept it’s lovely being surrounded by a little section of paradise. I was impressed with the covid restrictions. We weren’t sure about booking as TUI blue wasn’t adult only anymore but actually because there are no child facilities the sort of families that choose to come made no difference to our holiday. We’ll definitely return!

Having spent 11 days here before being shipped off to another hotel for the final part of the stay in Turkey, I will give my honest review of how the place was. Due to Covid there wasn't many guests there but were given a basic room with twin beds when we asked for a double. Went to reception who instead of changing us to a different room just got maintenance to put the 2 beds together, The beds were so rock hard that you couldn't really sleep in comfort. Hotel itself was nice, shame about the awful cocktails on the list though, food was nice when it was hot but on a few occasions it was luke warm at best. Service was very good for the 1st few days but when the hotel got emptier and emptier the restaurant staff seemed to get worse and were only looking for tips for everything. Beach Bar was decent, very pebbly beach, watch out for the fish that bite your feet in shallow water!, Lots of cats around as well, hope someone feeds them now the hotel is closed for winter, most are friendly. Room has a kettle but the mini bar does not get restocked, all we had over the 11 days was one bottle of water. Levante the a la carte restaurant was a let down as well as they try and rush you in an out, The snack bar was OK but very samey, Overall the weather made it a decent holiday, pool was nice and clean and overall most staff were great. But sort your cocktails out, some of the staff do not know how to make them, Tough decision but gave a 4, but if I could give it a 3.5 I would. Also the toilet was far from the beach and a mosquito haven, so beware of the bites.

Dear Phil S thank for sharing your review and opinions. It was a shame for us all to have to close the hotel earlier than planned and as you know, this was a decision taken by the UK government at very short notice. We guarantee that all our guests are allocated the type of room booked and paid for. In your case, you chose to stay in a standard land view room and this is what the reception team gave you. I am pleased your request for a double was quickly resolved by sliding and locking the two singles together By the way, beds are 2 X 2 metres wide with very expensive mattresses that usually afford our guests a good nights sleep. However, I think it also depends on what type of mattress you use at home. Our facilities were operational exactly as advertised right up until the last guests departed. The mini bar you mention is stocked daily with water only – this is explained on all promotional websites and is standard throughout TUI BLUE hotels. The Snack bar is a la carte and offers specials of the day to help with variety. The restaurant is also open so you have a choice of lunch venue. It’s a bit surprising to hear that you were disappointed with the service you received. As other reviews will confirm, our staff form an important part of guests’ holiday enjoyment and we have repeatedly achieved very high scores from guest feedback throughout the season. Our stay was the 25/09/20 - 02/10/20 we stayed here for our 40th wedding anniversary, we had a 3rd floor sea view room was excellent room very spacious and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness the quality the efficiency of the staff is second to non. The staff are constantly cleaning everything in this covid environment we felt safer in this hotel than we did at home. Must say a special thanks to all the waiters especially Omar & Baryam also the bar staff Faith all the chefs as the food was great. Just like to say a special thank you for the basket of fruit and wine that was much appreciated. We will definitely return to this hotel once things get back to normality.
