I cannot complain about anything. We went at the start of April 2018. My family and my sister's family, in total 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the superb gentleman at the reception, always smiling. Then taken to our room which was spacious for me, the misses and our 2 boys. The room was always clean and the fridge stocked every day. The food was brilliant and the variety was good. There is a 24 hour bar if you want a drink. The pool area was clean and the kids loved to sit out near the pool and have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters were exceptional, always smiling and never in a bad mood. One waiter always came over and was always pleasant with mine and my sisters kids. Top man loves his boxing and big fan of Anthony Joshua, found that out when I told him I was heading home 2 days early to watch him fight in Cardiff. The chef what can i say. Well, my son suffers from a nut allergy and all the deserts he liked had nuts on them. I asked if it was possible to speak to the chef to find out if there are any deserts he could have that were not free, the chef said wait 10 minutes I will be back. When he came back he had made all the deserts for my son without nuts, my son was over the moon and beaming, the chef himself came and gave them too my son. That for me was something he did not have to do, but he went out of his way for my son. Top man 10 stars if I could. All in all we loved our time in Casa de Maris. Top hotel, top staff. Me and my partner stayed here for a week all inclusive last summer and couldn’t fault anything. We was lucky enough to be put into the “Ultra sea view” room and oh my, this was by far the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. Must I say it was worth a lot more than the price we paid. Everything from our room, to the balcony views, the pool area, to the food... everything was just so beautiful! All the staff work incredibly hard and was so friendly. So many options for food, we never needed to eat out of the hotel. Also a private beach area with bar. (I think the beach bar only opens from mid May) Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing luxury break.
A few minor niggles, but generally had a good stay at the Casa De Maris. Good Points – hotel was clean and staff polite. Food was generally very good. As it is a buffet style, some of the food was not as hot as I would have liked. Went in late September and always managed to get a sunbed. Bad Points. WiFi was poor, continually losing signal. Not quite all inclusive - TV only had a few obscure English channels which kept breaking up and freezing. If you want mainstream channels you have to pay additional. Ice cream only available at meal times, not during the day. Evening entertainment mixed - The gala night and the Turkish night are good as was the night with a band. Other nights are bingo and “audience participation” – not so good. Odd arrangement with the sink in rooms – it’s not in the bathroom but in the bedroom which might not suit some people. Buses are frequent and cheap. 4 TL (about £0.55) gets a trip. Leave hotel reception turn right up to main road and look for sign with large D. This side of road for Marmaris, cross road if going to Ismeler. Don’t use buses with thick orange strip when coming back from Marmaris, these are the Ismeler buses and don’t stop right outside hotel. Worth a visit to Ismeler whist there. You can catch a little bus (the one with the thick orange stripe to Ismeler), another way is to catch the bus to near the Ataturk statue in Marmaris and then walk along the seashore back towards the hotel. Just past the day cruise boats is a water taxi service to Ismeler. Costs 20TL (about £2.80) one way and sails across the bay. Takes about 30-40 minutes. Ismeler is not huge and is not as developed as Marmaris, but worth a look around.…
Stayed here for 7 nights at the end of October. Room was modern and well equipped. Nice balcony although we had a side facing view and not much to look at. Food was good and plenty of choice including an outside servery adjacent to the pool bar. Staff were all friendly and very efficient. Special mention to Mehmet Ali who looked after us all week in the restaurant. Animation team work tirelessly but aren’t overbearing. Didn’t watch a lot of the evening entertainment, but what I did see was decent. Short walk (2 mins) to the beach and jetty from the hotel. Beach is quite stoney though and not for me. Would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.
The room was a good size and it is kept very clean every day.The staff throughout the hotel and down on the beach are so helpful, the restaurant staff were very good and you could always find something to eat.Good WiFi in the hotel if you need it.you can also get all your English tv channels for a small fee. The only thing that was frustrating is the amount of people wearing shorts in the restaurant, this was not permitted a few years ago when we were there.
