We keep returning to this beautiful peaceful place. The individual villa rooms give privacy & the grounds are beautiful. Hakan & staff ensure all needs are catered for. The food is fresh, good & much of it home grown. Highly recommended.
breakfast was ok but not so good. rooms are clean, they have balcony and air conditioner so you can manage the humidity. In the evenings, it is an amazing experience to sit next to the small river, listen to the frogs, look across the water for the dimly lit walls from stone and have your red wine. I'd recommend this hotel if you have a car. you can suffer if you have to use internet or talk to anyone for a long time.
Dalya life is so nice we had a week here so peace full nice breakfast nice accommodation and you get a cat to sit with you too so easy to find 20 minutes from airport 5 minutes to town we will be back
Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in August with my family. Despite the excellent nature and the garden of the hotel, I got fully disappointed by the rooms and the service of this family run hotel. We only had housekeeping twice out of for nights. The bed sheets were torn and not looking clean, the floor was dirty etc. The breakfast was very weak and full of supermarket stuff - nothing organic or fresh. No fruit or cold drink (water etc) offered at the breakfast. Difficult to find a waiter to order something when chilling outside or by the pool. We did not try the swimming pool because it did not look clean.
It was beyond our expectations. The hotel is really good located in the middle of heaven in nature. Room was clean and big enough plus forest view patio. Staff was so close and friendly. Organic vegetables and fruits u can harvest and eat. Just one negative things happened. By @penti sponsorship there was a small plates group were so noisy. They stopped making noise at midnight by hotel ovners many days. Hopefully they left before our last peaceful night.
We stumbled on this lovely place en route to Fethiye. The 20 minute drive from the airport took us through a landscape reminiscent of California. Hakan greeted us by name with a smile when we arrived. Our room was actually a small cabin with its own patio, and a short walk took us to the lovely dining room surrounded by tree-shaded chairs, sofas, and tables. In addition to the pool, there is a lovely pond and stream. Breakfast was the full Turkish complement of eggs, cheeses, breads, potatoes, olives, fruit, and tea. Hakan graciously accommodated an unexpected, late-night request. I look forward to staying longer next time.
Had a fantastic time here. Lovely garden apartments. Friendly host. Everything is just to laid back! Set against mountains and lush green grass, fruit tress and a lazt river passing by, this is better than a one night stop-over. Stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. Great breakfast served by the river. Good homely food cooked to order for luch and dinner. Host will drive yo to Gosck in the morniong and back in the evening. He also arranged a trip to Olu Deniz and a boat trip for us. All in all a great stay and a really relaxed hidden gem. No crowds, no load ,music, just a fantastically relaxed time :)
After a late night arrival at Dalaman airport this was the perfect place to bed down - and too good for just one night. It was disappointing that they didn't respond to our request for an airport pick-up (the taxi fare was 80 Turkish Lira for a 20-minute ride), but there could be no complaints once we arrived. We dined there and it was obvious they were very keen to please - the meal was as good as any we had in Turkey. The setting is beautiful, as is that of Gocek, although there is little in the town to detain you more than a couple of hours unless you like to admire yachts.
A wonderful hotel off the beaten track near Gocek. Beautiful gardens full of fruit trees and wildlife, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great food. This hotel is such a gem, and definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed. Didn't want to leave and hope to return soon
A little off the beaten track but that in itself offers real charm, splendid host, we had a standard room that was far better than any other standard we have stayed in! Quite bohemian in a way with an eclectic mix of furnishings, happy to cook for you also for dinner which we did one evening and the meal was very nice. Lots of features including rowing boats in the little stream , some great books on Turkey to help you peruse the time . Whilst the hosts will happily help arrange transport I personally feel that you need a car to be able to drive into Gocek and explore the area. I really liked the atmosphere in Gocek, I would say a more upmarket area, some nice boutiques and restaurants . We spent a day on board a boat which was completely family run and couldn't recommend it enough, 12 islands with five opportunities to stop and swim, a fabulous lunch with lots of time to indulge in ice creams and drinks , very attentive staff, nice choice of music (not played all the time ) which wasn't ridiculously loud and didn't spoil the relaxation. I booked via his Facebook site on TripAdvisor https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g298032-d10716825-Reviews-VIRA_Gunluk_Gezi_Teknesi-Gocek_Mugla_Province_Turkish_Aegean_Coast.html I would highly recommend this accommodation and it represents exceptional value for money. …
