We booked to go to Lissiya 3 years ago for my wife's 50th butdue to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel but at the time they kindly agreed to honour the deposit for another booking .I sent an email to explain the above as we wanted to stay and use the deposit but never got a reply .We decided any way to go.We travel to Turkey at least 3 times a year and like to have a holiday within a holiday and find somewhere special to break up the 2 weeks .We arrived at Lissiya after a bit of a bumpy ride on a dirt track which wasn't a problem as we thought if you want something special and select you have to go off the beaten track a little. We arrived and had a warm welcome as we checked in .Our bags were taken up to our room .We booked the deluxe suite and I have to say that the

The whole stay was mesmerizing from start to finish. The hotel and its surroundings were captivatingly beautiful. We took the deluxe room with a jacuzzi in the bedroom and sunloungers in the balcony. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, Sabriye, the manager ensured that everything was in place inorder to make our stay as perfect as possible. Ahmet, the head chef was very kind and friendly just like Sabriye and the meals were exquisite. What I loved the most was the friendliness of the staff. We were made to feel like royalty. Not only did Sabriye ensure that our stay was pleasant but she also surprised us with a complementary bottle of wine and a basket of fruits. Since there were rains, Sabriye agreed for us to have a free late checkout till 3pm so that I could get on with my

We stayed here for a night for my husbands birthday in October, the room was very nice and spacious, with a lovely view out over the sea, a nice balcony with on the front where we sat watching the sunset. the food was very good and excellently presented, as it was late in the year not many staff or guests but the service was excellent, especially Ahmet and Marina who were lovely. breakfast was fantastic far too much to eat everything from jams, honey olives to eggs Benedict, fried local bread, spicy fried sausage and too many other items to mention, we certainly did not need lunch! we will certainly be going back again next year. a special thank you to Ahmet and Marina for making us so welcome.

Most of what I read on TA and Facebook were impressions from people who had gone for the day or stopped for 1 night. We stopped for a week so here is my review of the various elements making up our holiday. Communication by email was good. We booked direct and paid in full upfront, this saved us 10% (but leaves little for negotiation if things go wrong!). Airport transfers from Dalaman were part of the deal and cost us 200 Euros return. Good pick up at the airport, transfer time 1 hour 35mins. Good return. Lissiya location 900 metres above sea level, bear in mind that the rooms are located on the side of a mountain the last 700 metres is up a very rough dirt road. Not a favourite with Taxi drivers! Walk-able but hard work. Site topography The site is well laid out with the

The setting of this hotel is magnificent, the service is excellent and the food is wonderful. A real luxury hotel in an idyllic setting, absolutely perfect for a peaceful relaxing break. Do not expect to be able to walk to local nightlife, that is not available, and that is what makes this place so magical. The whole ambience is relaxing. At night the stars are amazing, and it is so quiet that you can hear the waves breaking on the beach far far below. The views and the sunset are breathtaking, and the rooms are beautiful. We had the de-luxe room with the double hot-tub jaccuzi bath in the room overlooking the pool and the bay. Total privacy with fantastic views and nothing else overlooking our position. Just brilliant.
