Upon arrival, the hotel staff were waiting at the door for us. We were able to park on the street, right at the front door. Manager was very welcoming and spoke good English. We checked in, un-rushed, had tea and then was shown to our room. Quite a large room with white decor, clean crisp accents and a wonderful view over the garden and the Rumi Museum. It felt very warm and cozy. Bathroom was good size and had a great shower. There is a small desk at the top of the stairs if you want to work outside your room that is very quaint. The staff helped us find all the places we wanted to go; even to a point of walking down the street to a shop to introduce us to the owner (he didn't speak English). The food is very traditional and delicious. The garden is open 24 hrs. Very close to everything that we wanted to see. This is truely a small luxury hotel. Very old but very clean and modern updates. Wifi worked well for us during our calls/videos. Just a note; as you are close to a major tourist attraction (Rumi museum) you do have some people asking for food and money but nothing aggressive and we were able to say no and they were pretty good about leaving us alone. Not sure if there is a cool part of Konya, as it is the most conservative city in Turkey but this is a quiet, fun part. No loud music or late hours which we appreciated. They were very big on Turkish tradition (taking tea with guest if invited, offering help when ever needed) including when we left, spreading water on the ground as we departed wishing us speed in our travels and quick return. We even got pictures with the staff. Really felt welcome and wanted.

I stayed in "Hich Hotel" in Konya for two nights & 3 days. I travel a lot & I think this hotel was one of the best places I have ever stayed in 👌🏻🤩... Everything was great; the hotel building was designed so artistically👌🏻 Our room was sooo clean & beautiful with a fantastic view to the Rumi shrine which is the main touristic site of Konya. bathroom was great, bed was unbelievably comfortable ; breakfast was amazing, the music tracks played while eating breakfast or drinking coffee in the hotel cafe were so exceptional... 💛 Also, the hotel staff were so kind & caring specially one of the receptionist who was a lovely lady called "Gizem" . She is so responsive, caring & friendly & makes your stay more memorable 🥰♥️ I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Konya 👌🏻🤩
