We visited the hotel in December 2021. We were a group of women with one child and booked a family room consisting of two bedrooms and a living room. The decor of the room was good. The bathroom was very large, so that we could relax after the greatwellness program. The location of the hotel is nice. It is a few minutes from the port of Cesme. The neighboring town of Alacati can also be reached in 15 minutes by car. I would also like to praise the entire staff. All of our wishes were met. We were able to talk a lot with everyone. The food selection was also great. We will come again in spring.

Moths prior to our trip I've read so many negative comments about this hotel and to be honest I was thinking that we made a mistake by making a reservation. After we arrived and settled at the hotel, I was wondering if I am staying at the same hotel everyone was talking about so negatively online.. we had the most amazing time at Piril hotel! Since I've first contacted the hotel to make the reservation they were nothing but very helpful. Upon our arrival, we felt very welcomed. I paid for the Standard room and made a request for it to have a pool view if possible - and they kindly made that happened! I was afraid that the Standard room might be a little small for the two of us, but it was very comfy! I loved the style of the rooms, the bathroom, and the hotel in general! Our room was cleaned every day. The restaurant had many options for both breakfast and dinner. We were always kindly greeted by the lovely staff every time we entered the restaurant. English is not so common here, but we were able to communicate everything we need without any problems. There is parking in a front of the hotel but it was usually full so we decided to park our car nearby on the street - there is plenty of space and it's free. The hotel has few pools, a spa center, and a private beach but unfortunately, we haven't experienced any of it this time - just a few more reasons to come back! very disappointed experience in Çeşme, we( me, my husband and our son 6yrs) are here, we paid almost 12.000 lt/ 5 days. Very dirt hotel, very rude stuff. When we complained there shouted at us. Never had such bad experience in Turkey. Definitely not a 5 star

Dear RobertaL1081, First of all, we had to get support from the security forces because you disturbed our guests staying at the hotel with your behaviors, you shouted at our staff, entered to “staff only” areas and made unauthorized video footage. Although we have stated our service hours, we could not understand your insistence on your request to use the units outside of service hours. We cannot change the operating hours according to every customer request. In order not to demotivate our staff and not to disturb our guests, we offered you the option of cancellation of the booking and refunded your money. We also arranged and booked the hotel you will go to, with all our goodwill. We inform you that we have started the legal process against you for these unethical behaviors you have done, we wish you a good day.

Veey nice hotel with wonderful food, good location, good service, comfortable rooms, cool thermal pool and outdoor pools and nice beach. Nothing is missing here, maybe not perfect, but very good quality for affordable price (which is rare for Çeşme). Thank you Pırıl we loved our stay!

it was a cool hotel with familiar staff.the foods and snacks were great the turkish delight .baklava manty and pide were tasty.the building was alittle old but we had a lovely honey moon at there.the availability to city center was good.

Food is very good and you can get relaxed in pool and next garden. There has very very useful concierge (Ms. Gulsah) that can help you make a plan for rest of day. If you want to have calm vacation in Cesme you should be there at least one time.

Everything is fine and the food is good. The rooms are OK for this price category. The pool is also good and the room service very fast and clean. There is a free shuttle to the beach. The beach is very nice.

I visited the hotel for 1 week. I can say that it is the best hotel you can get in Cesme. the serice and quality are very good. there is enough variety of food. the swimming pool is lovely too. the termal water is delicious. the hotel has its own beach which is lovely. staff helps well and the rooms are cleaned well every day. I recommend this hotel.

Also the food and the restaurant offer great food and quality, especially the service so nice and really perfekt. we loved the service team. One felt very much in the hands of Mr. Oguzhan.
