ok for the price, rooms where good especially for the low price of 50 eur pet night. breakfest is medium at best. what is the worst is the resturant upstairs. ordeted 3 dishes, and even though i was very hungry i did not finish two of them. the sallad had nothing in it, they did not put the tomates what was listed on the menu. and their fried calamari was straight out the frozen supermarket bag, and cooked even worse, one bit and left them at the table. when they asked for payment in full but saw we did not touch the food you realise the scam souch a place is, as they know about the bad quality but try to get you up there for a hit and run anyways.

Fresh, clean and nice hotel with perfect location for our trip. We are very happy with our stay at the Tugcan hotel and will return in the future when we return. We would like to give an extra mention of two people who work at the hotel: Abdulkadir who were very helpful to us and provided fantastic service. He helped us with luggage, taxi rides, always had good answers to our questions and gave valuable tips. A very kind man. Yakout who drives a taxi for the hotel and took us around in a safe and secure way. He also provided very good service, answered all our questions and was very accommodating.

It has been my third stay in this hotel. Fortunately, there has been no decline in its quality: Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and a beautiful spa-area with a very professional, attentive massage therapist. Also due to its central location in Gaziantep I highly recommend Tugcan Hotel.

The hotel is centrally located on the street. Zeugma is 15-20 minutes away by car. Room cleanliness and staff attitude are good. Breakfast is not bad. The hotel has a gym and a small indoor pool. It works as long as it's not crowded. The biggest minus is that there is no balcony in the rooms.

The locatin of hotel is in the center.It s only walking distance to popular restaurants and historical places.I stayed suite room and the room had 2 parts. The size of sleep area as same as standart room.the diffrerence between standart room and suite is the sitting room.I dont like its type,its impractible.i ve never use sitting room.If you stay with your family it may fit on you,on the other hand if you stay as a couple you shouldn't stay in suite. The staff are so kind and the hotel is clean,chic & modern. I m happy to stay in this hotel,i totally recommend it.

Pros: - very good location, 15 min walk to city center - very kind staff, from porters to receptionists, - free parking in underground garage (valet service), - spacious and nicely decorated rooms, - excellent restaurant on top with amazing city views.
Cons: - very disappointing breakfast (on a 3 star hotel level), - late opening pool (from 2 PM ??!!) and cold water in it.

I stayed here for the first time and its a very good and clean hotel. Location is also very good. Coming back for sure! If you have time book a massage in the hotel spa with terapist Fevzi Keskin. I had an amazing massage, one of the best ever. Dont miss that out when you are around.

We stayed in this hotel which was recommended by the locals. It was a great place to stay and we had no regrets. Although it's a local operation and owned not by a multinational chain, it's just like one of the best chain hotels.
