The hotel is good. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner so_so. Ski pist was good and suit for those are biginner and also have a path for race. You could have amusing time at night in disco. The packages are reasonably good for ski players

If you want to stay in Palandoken either for a WE of snowboard in couple or for a family stay for a week Dedeman is the place to be. Good Good value Great location for skiing. Ski-in ski-out at its best. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. It is a luxury to be next to the lifts. Hotel offers free transfer from airport. Rooms are big and comfortable. Food is OK. But hotel is very old. Fantastic hotel with good staff from GM to receptionist Mr.Alper to Mirac, Ayse ,Emrah fab waiter☺ You can ski here, good instructors with reasonable price. Staff are friendly,food is not special,hotel is too old,but they have best location in that mountain for skiiers. Don't judge dedeman hotels with this one.they have nice hotels in turkey. And one suggestion for this hotel:plz do some thing about the U that skiiers can use it in whole season. Teshekorederim😉👍

It is a bug mistake. Hotel is very old and neglected. Hair dryer belongs to ancient history it takes 1 hour to dry your hair. They claim that there is a pool but it is cold!! And tiny!! They do not accept any credit or debit card even from Turkish bank, they will force you to change your money with a ridiculous rate.
