I would have given them a lower rating if not for Hussein who tried to help me when my debit card was eaten by the ING ATM machine outside the hotel. I arrived at around 5:30am from an overnight bus from Cappadocia with a bunch of Thai who were only there to use the room to leave their bags before...

The location is perfect to visit Pamukkale, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. We asked to have breakfast a bit earlier and they agreed without problem. Also the price is wonderful in this place

I stayed 3nights in the hotel. The hotel is run by Oner's family. He picked me up from the train station. It was a very hot day. The hotel is extremely comfortable, it is spotless. It is next to the Pamukkele. Quiet, price is very reasonable. The owner is extremely friendly talkative. I will definitely stay again.

Ozbay hotel was wonderful. The staff were amazing, really helpful - offered to do my laundry as well as upgraded my room. Breakfast is served for each person in the morning with tea and coffee. The owner went out of his way to help me - being a young, solo female he made me feel very comfortable.

My visit here was good. The bed was comfortable, the room was newly renovated and the food at the restaurant was pretty good. The location is great as it's right across the street from the calcite shelves. Aside from wi-fi not working in my room (it worked well in the lobby area), the made-from-sandpaper towels and the gruff fellow at...

I wanted to stay at this hotel on October 26, 2015. One of the employee had shown me their dormitory, his superior agreed to a price per night. I had gone back to a place, where my backpack was stored, as I was looking for accommodations, but when I came back with my backpack, the management demanded payment up front....

We stayed here for one night during a trip to Pamukkale. Though people usually come as a day trip, I would definitely recommend staying overnight to allow for more time just enjoying the unique qualities of the area. Also, after 3 PM, most of the day trippers have left, so it's not as crowded walking up and down. Ozbay was...

I don't normally give hotel or restaurant touts the time of day but I had driven from Selcuk and had a heavy head cold. To be honest I could not be bothered to search for a room. What a find! The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. The location is also...
