Our thanks to the front office manager Mr. Onur. He was such a gem of a person to help us in all our queries. Helped us book the hot air balloon in Cappadocia... Never met anyone like this manager. Even took us to the bank in his own car... Rooms are good and spacious clean and tidy and good balcony...

The building and rooms are lovely, it's just badly kept. Things are broken and do not get repaired, it's totally neglected. Staff looks bored and not interested to help or serve. Rooms were smelly and dusty, the bathroom was not very clean. We stayed two days but the rooms didn't get done. They just came in and pulled the sheet...

We stayed here as part of a tour, and was hands down the worst hotel we stayed at along the trip. (To the point where according to our tour companies website, they now no longer stay here) Firstly it is a long way out from the main town of Pamukkale... We walked it ( as fit healthy mid 20 yr...

We stayed here for one night. Our room looked out over the calcium terraces and in the morning hot air balloons flew over. The thermal pool is naturally heated to 37 degrees and is fantastic after touring the calcium terraces. Room was clean and tidy but smelled of smoke. Dinner was average and breakfast is basic. It's only a 10...

The worst thing about this hotel is it holds you captive, set in isolation well outside the city zone of Pamukale. This means you are stuck here to enjoy all it offers, unless you have access to a vehicle. This is a problem if you enjoy good food, as food on offer here is pretty tragic, indeed near inedible, compared...

This hotel is conveniently located within view of the famous Pamukkale hot springs and travertine terraces, plus the ancient city of Hierapolis. The property has a lot of show at the front desk and lobby, though it reminded us of unreconstructed motels on the forgotten highways of the 1950s and 60s. The grounds are attractively landscaped and the swimming pool...

We had a room with a nice outlook although it was little on the small side. You can walk up the road to the restaurants and even to the famous Pamukkale lime stone site and the ancient ruins. The breakfast was poor with regards to my taste however I am sure the locals would think it was ok. The staff...

This hotel is just down the hill from the famous Pamukkale hot springs and limestone hill. It is not so close to the park to have all the traffic noise, so it was very peaceful and enjoyable. We could walk up the hill and get to the park and the commercial properties when we wanted, and did so with great...

Overall the hotel is in a great location overlooking the taverns. However, the hotel is poorly maintained. Filthy rooms and broken furniture. The breakfast and dinner were less than what a good quality hotel should offer. The staff were also very brittle. Didn't see them smile or be happy even a bit. The hotel needs a lot of improvement in...

“There was no elevator, so for those with issues with climbing stairs, you might want to ask for a room on the entry level floor. There are 3 floors, but each flight is only about 10-12 stairs up, so not that bad for those without movement issues.”
