Visited Pammukale. Went to Cotton Castle(Thermal pool terrace) before arriving at the hotel. Booked a half board package inclusive room, breakfast and buffet dinner. Simple clean comfortable acceptable room for an overnight stay. Hotel is more ideal for 1 night stay. There's also thermal pool in the hotel. Buffet dinner consisted of mostly Turkish food and desserts. There's salad too.... More

This was a great hotel! I was tour-leading a group of 32 passengers on a trip through Western Turkey and we had the pleasure of spending a night at this hotel. Although the rooms and bathrooms were small, they were clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Reception and restaurant staff and the bellboys were welcoming, pleasant and efficient. Food was plentiful and... More

This hotel flatters to deceive! The building as one approaches looks quite impressive and the lobby continues this impression. But, we soon realised, it is a case of outward style over substance. It is a large, sprawling complex - lots of passageways, corridors and steps. When we finally reached our room, we found that the bedroom furniture and fittings were... More

I stayed here just one night. It's a nice looking place, and comfortable, but the furnishings are on the budget side -- tub, toilet, etc. Toilet didn't flush. The bathroom smelled of sewage, but that may be because of the sulfurous waters. The hot pool wasn't very hot. The breakfast and dinner buffets were just average. They offer free Wifi,... More

On the surface ,a great looking hotel.. Arrived after a long journey to find our room HADNT BEEN CLEANED,or if it had it was rushed and done poorly.. There was MOULD in the bathroom, along the bath grouting and plug hole.. Dirty/stained sheets, complete with pubic hairs..These were changed after complaining to the front desk but I gather from the eye rolling... More

Stayed for one night and had stayed here for one night in December 2014. It is probably not fair to judge on what were 'out of season' visits but we certainly have stayed at better hotels. The rooms and setting are fine for an overnight stay although the variety of food on offer was somewhat limited when based on other... More

The room was decent and clean. The internet was so slow it barely enabled email (minus one star there). We did not use the spa, so cannot comment on that portion. The food was absolutely terrible buffet though -- easily the worst I have had in years. We arrived late, so ate at the restaurant. A huge mistake. Expensive for... More

Echoing other reviewer this hotel is on the run-down side but is quite okay. Carpet needs repair but is intact, beds were comfortable, room is adequate size, bathroom was clean and functional. Food was very adequate but not as tasty as other places during our trip. Many tours use this hotel (as did ours). We used the hot pools one... More

This probably was a lovely hotel in its time, but they are not keeping it up because of the decrease in tourists. The dinner & breakfast buffet was of poor quality, gloppy salads, stale cereal, poor desserts, no cut fresh fruit for breakfast! A flea showed up on our dinner table! There were few charging outlets in our hotel room... More

The hotel is located outside the village Pamukkale. It's a big hotel with several annexes and you had some trouble even finding the right one where your room was located. The lobby area is cosy with open fire and nice sitting groups. We didn't have time to go to the spa, but it seemed a bit complicated to go to... More
