We visit Denizli very often and every time stop in this hotel. I prefer to drive extra 10 km from city center and enjoy best service, delicious cuisine and thermal pools. Hotel have few thermal sources, closed warm pool and opened summer pool, beautiful green area. Hotel made reconstruction 1 year ago. Rooms bid enough, clean and modern. Room price included breakfast and diner, big selection of salats, main dishes and desserts, wonderful cuisine. Personal very friendly and high responsibility, special thanks to administrators Mr. Bulent and Mr. Kemal for great hospitality and guests satisfaction. We will like to come again

this place is so big that you would lose your way to your room 3 out of 4 times....the biggest dining hall i've seen in a hotel but the food quality and variety is dismal....the reception is crowded most of the times and u have to wait 5-10 minutes for ur queries to be answered....the best part of the place is the heated swimming pool and the belly dancers in the evening....and it is quite secluded so u hav no other option but to stay in the hotel in the evening..

It's a five stars hotel that feels more like four or maybe even three (considering an American standard). I'm personally not crazy about big hotels, the massive dining areas, numerous corridors, staff members you never get see again and different buildings with different styles is not my cup of tea. But if you like that kind of vibe and travel with kids, you might enjoy it. I hardly interacted with the staff, but with the ones I did, they were nice. The hotel is clean and, since there aren't many shops or restaurants around the area, they have a good selection of things to do if you're bored and to entertain children. During my stay, I only had buffet-style dinner and breakfast and the food was good, nothing special, but enough variety. The problem is the large number of people eating at the same time (they have large groups that eat at the same time, so try to go before or after). I wasn't crazy about my room, the A/C didn't work well so I had a hard time sleeping. Right next to the building where my room was, they were building the hotel expansion, so I couldn't open the window, it was noisy and dusty. The bathroom ventilation was loud. The shower doesn't have a door so the floor gets really wet. Finally, being super picky, the hairdryer cable is so short, that it makes it hard to use. If I ever go back to Pamukkale I might return to Colossae, basically because there doesn't seem to be many similar smaller-scale options. In general, it's ok, just don't expect a five stars hotel.

Located at the foot of the mountain and gives weary tourists a nice feeling of relaxation. There is a running track round the surrounding which is about 3 km long. Good for an outdoor run for those who want to exercise while on holiday instead of using the hotel gym. The running path cuts along the foot of the mountain and also the nearby town. No coffee, tea and sugar sachets although there is a kettle, 2 cups and 2 drinking glasses. I wonder why such a nice hotel would not provide even the usual complimentary two bottles of mineral water. There is also no complimentary toothbrush, shaver, comb and shower cap. The room space is quite ok with a single bed beside a queen size bed. The shower room with bathtub. At least two cats were seen roaming the restaurant and meowing while we were having our breakfast. Later, another cat was seen sleeping at the hotel lobby sofa. Very surprise for such unhygienic tolerance when the staff at the restaurant entrance were ensuring all guests sanities their hands. Another big surprise is for the dinner, 6 of us had to share a big bottle of mineral water and had to pay 8 Lira when we asked for an additional bottle. The heat at the restaurant was also too hot and made the diners uncomfortable. A big let down on the services provided. The non providence of the simple basic essentials has pulled down the image of this otherwise nice hotel. Also, no smile or greetings from the staff who were behaving very official and stern looking. Their appearances were more like security guards. Were they so worried about the Covid 19 that their concerns with getting into contact with tourists showed on their faces?
