The house and garden are beautiful. The rooms are perfect and with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!! But the highlight of this place are the hosts themselves. They are really authentic, friendly and wonderful human beings! We had good conversations and they helped us to find the best way to visit the thermal pools. We felt very welcome. I definitely recommend this hotel. Next time I will stay longer! Thank you!
Good place to stay with a big family. We had a big room with 4 beds, which was enough to accommodate our family of 6 for a good price. The stuff is very friendly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Although breakfast was pretty basic, we enjoyed a delicious dinner.
I love where this hotel is located very beautiful scenery in morning, you can walk to Pamukkale(middle gate) just only less than 10minutes.Staff is helpful,he told me about tourist attractions, he shown the map of Pamukkale, tried to explain to me which is the best way to get there since I arrived(I think that’s lovely).Breakfast is not variety but it made me feel like home, I really enjoy! Owner also gave my mom a pomegranate for free.Thank you so much!
Stayed two nights,a bit far from town center but walkable. lovely garden and welcoming host. The breakfast was great and price also. Quiet area with lots of greenery around. Our room had small balcony looking through trees. Couldn't attach shower head as I am too short, not a major problem.
I had the best sleep in a big bed here. Lovely accommodations and within walking distance to restaurants. The hosts gave a great breakfast as well. Thank you! I can't say enough about this little find. It was wonderful. If you go at night, know they have a gate and there are no lights after a certain time, so be sure to let them know when you plan to arrive.
Newly decorated rooms coming with with free breakfast. Small garden good for relaxing and chatting with others. Helpfull staff. You can park your car on narrow street near hotel. A bit far from enterance of Pamukkale like other similar hotels.
Stayed for 2 nights, very close to historical places. Rooms are very clean, have ac, tv, free wifi. Hotel owners are very friendly. They also help with where and how to visit around places. They also run a nice cosy restaurant in the hotel. The prices are good compared to places around. Especially braised meat was pretty delicious. Owner Mr. Sami and his family is doing their best to comfort you. Mr. Sami and his son also plays some local instrumants, feel free to ask them for some local live music. Will surely come back again.
The bathroom was broken, plenty of insects, no air conditioner in the room and the dinner and the breakfast were very disappointing! They don't accept credit card, only cash and they dont provide any receipt. We paid for a transfer service to the airport and we were waiting for more than one hour.
They owners are the kind of people who in the spare tome work on inventing som technics to cash on everything and anything and willing to lie to you if necessary. We are a Turkish America family and we are familiar with some of the pitfalls of being a tourist here. Despite that we fell into their trap of ordering food without checking the prices. We’ve got one meat dish (asked for beef, got chicken because it’s cheaper), sautéed veggies in canned tomatoes with canned beans, two bowls of soup that cost 20 liras. In total we paid 200 liras for a meal that would cost you less then half of the price in anywhere in the town. Be aware and stay away from this place!!
After reading previous reviews I have come to look forward to our stay here, even if it was for only 1 night. It turned out, well, a little disappointing. We have booked a family room for four and the room is fine. The aircon and wifi worked, and the bathroom sizeable. Strangely for blankets (even for the queen bed) each person got a thin bath towel, and 1 was missing. We ordered a 2pax lunch which cost 50tl per pax and soup another 10. The combined serving is smallish for the price and the soups was pretty tasteless. Breakfast wasn’t any better ... it was the typical Turkish breakfast with vegetables, bread, jam some cherries and a piece of ham with tea/coffee. Nothing to shout about. The owners also came across rather cold and business-like, though it could be because of Ramadan. Services are priced, and there wasn’t a complimentary lift to the Heliopolis entrances. They’d make bookings for you if you asked, and they are not pushy. My kids did enjoy playing with their cats, which were rather mischievous. There is a certain smell of cat litter in some parts of the common area, but that is to be expected.…
