This is the ugliest hotel that I stayed as part of the tour. The room is small and old. Everything is old here. There is electric kettle and two sachets of tea in the room. The hotel is crowded because we came with other 2 groups at the same time. Dinner and breakfast buffet is quite good, there are a... More

The hotel is located below the hill Pamukkale. It consists of several pavilions. The rooms are simple but spacious. In the pavilions no elevator although it has three floors and is difficult if you have a lot of luggage. The food is good and varied choice. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools. A special flavor at a lounge bar... More

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the reviews. But it's quite a good one. It's a short drive away from the famous travertines. The rooms are warm and spacious. An indoor pool is also a plus. A tip though- the hotel does not provide complimentary water in your room, so buy a few from... More

The hotel as such is normal standard but the pool and spa is fantastic. It is very close to travertine terraces and you have a beautiful view of them..Don't miss to take a bath in the natural heated pool that is supposed to be very healthy. I recommend this hotel for at least two nights for a good rest after... More

Nice hotel to stay for the families with kids, since the hotel has its own swimming pools, both with warm and cold water. The foods were average. However the hotel is a little bit far way from the Pamukkale centre, so you will need a car to drive. On the other hand there are free parking places at the hotel.

We had a short visit to this Hotel, our room was fine but a couple with us were given an attic room with dirty sheets and a broken blind on the velux window, however they complained and were moved immediately. There is no lift so if you''re on the 1st or 2nd Floors you have to take the stairs, bell... More

Stayed for one night only at this luxury spa hotel. Five minutes from ancient city of hieropolis and hot springs. Fascinating for lovers of ancient history. Hotel is luxurious with spacious rooms and good facilities. Rooms have bath tub with hot water from mineral springs. Spa well equipped and clean with charming staff, many of whom speak good English. I... More

I visited this hotel with family and friends this November. The hotel has good ambience bit the attitude of the staff was UTTERLY DISGUSTING. The staff was highly uncooperative and was not ready to listen at all...even passed some racist comments. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anybody !!!! For sure.
