The grounds and pools are superb. They have good views of the travertine terraces and are immaculately maintained. However the room was a little tired. Power outlets are not conveniently positioned, the carpets and furniture were on the way to being threadbare and the side panel of the bath had moved. The water in the bathroom was nice and hot... There is a great tourism crisis in Turkey yet they are holding up. Perfect location, nice rooms with small bathroom. Friendly staff very reasonable price. Nice pool and SPA. Spectacular garden. Wi-fi is weak.

It is an average hotel not bad for 1 night. It has 3 pools: indoor and outdoor, the buffet is okay, it has not many options, the restaurant is nice because is by the pool and you can see the white rock of Pamukale. Very near Hierapolis ruins. The A/C is not very good.

We stayed in this hotel only for one night, but I can say the best of it was it´s interior thermal pool, ideal for relaxing after a long day of travelling. This hotel is really near Pammukale, almost a 5 minute drive, so is a good base if you want to know the area better. I had the luck of... More

Clean hotel with view of Pamukkale, Delicious buffet style breakfast and lunch included with our stay and served in beautiful outside patio overlooking pool. Three pools, large and clean and refreshing in the 90degree heat. wifi worked in lobby and pool area.

We spent one night at this hotel (after a rather trying experience in the Hieropolis necropolis), which is set among lovely gardens. The room on the ground floor was relatively spacious though the lighting over the bed could be better. The lay-out is quite sprawling and can get confusing -- my husband got lost when trying to leave! I had... More

Considering you are not spending much time in the hotel is not bad. Service is good, wifi service is slow and you have to login continuously and breakfast is not great. Although the pools are nice. They have a 3 pools ranging in temperature and a nice spa service.

Our trip was arranged by Yuki Tour in Cappadocia and we were arranged to stay in this hotel. True that wifi only worked in the lobby. We were fine with the room and hotel except having problem how to lock our balcony door and close our room door but the receptionist was very nice and showed us how to do... More

Stayed here for a night. Rooms were decent enough and big. Unfortunately, the Wifi wasn't working, bathroom doors weren't closing and also next day morning , one part of the room was filled with Red Ants. Had to be very careful while packing clothes. Also, hotel is in a remote place and need to walk at least 500m to get... More

On balance this is not a bad stay with its 80s style furnishings and design. It has seen better days. Save for a couple of friendly waiters, service here is pretty rough and lacking in finesse despite the 4 star ranking. There is a reasonable spa and pool and you can book a massage. It's on the outskirts of the... More
