This hotel was pretty average, although it had a beautiful view of a portion of Pamukalle. It was quite a distance away from shops, restaurants, so one could not even go out and explore and mix with the locals. Breakfast variety was minimal but supper was good. My room was decent enough for a good night's sleep, except that the room next door had a problem with a leaking aircon and water shortage with their shower, which was disruptive to us as we could hear then complaining well into the night. I think management eventually moved them to another room.
Almost everything about this hotel experience was subpar. It starts with the bed which was extremely small and had a single large bath towel as a blanket. Also, the air con was difficult to control and set to a comfortable temperature. I know this was a cheap hotel but there should be minimum comfort expectations for any hotel and this place did not meet them. I will say the shower was decent and gave a proper amount of hot water but overall this was a poor experience staying here.
We arrived for 1 night after the first hotel we were took to was absolutely filthy rooms were spacious with Aircon probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in we had a pool view the pool looks amazing staff were really friendly especially the manager Sesgin who went out of his way to help made us a much needed G&T the food was very tasty it was also very clean and tidy thank you so much for accommodating us at such short notice
The hotel is on the plain looking up with white calcium carbonate formations. WIFI is not well operating , multiple disconnection, so frustrating. Tea and coffee making facility was there. Pamukkale Thermal Pools , Hierapolis or Amphitheatre , which are popular attractions amongst tourists, and they are all within walking distance.
We came here arranged by our travel agent, in a group. My husband forgot to take his walking stick in our room, the hotel sent it to the outlet nearby where shopped, thank you for your kindness. All in all the hotel is ok for a medical hotel, told by our agent. You could soak your feet in the mineral warm pool
The hotel is on the plain looking up with white calcium carbonate mountai, where cotton castles are.there are 3 separated buildings , lining longtitudinally .The room on your right hand side facing the outdoor pool but nothing to see or swim can be done in freezing winter. LOBBY WIFI is not well operating , multiple disconnection,so frustating. The restaurant and breakfast are served on the basement floor. Indoor pool and spa operate till late night about 11 pm.but it's too crowded with group tour ,esp.koreans.In room entertainment provides only local TV channels ,no complimenatry hot drinks, such as coffee or tea, only electric kettle.
We booked our stay in pammukale with Tripolis reading all the reviews about its location, well let me tell you, the hotel is located a little outside of the main town, also it's a good 15-20 minutes walk to the travertines. Rooms- We had booked pool view room, which was in the c-wing, the room was ok, heater in the room was comforting as it was very chilli outside. Only disappointing thing inside the room was they charge 6TL for a 1/2 litre bottle of water, which is a total rip off as there are literally no shops near the hotel where one can buy water, I understand not all hotels provide complimentary water, but they can atleast price it reasonably. We had booked half board breakfast & dinner spread was huge but nothing tasted good. 😪 They do not offer shuttle service to the travertines or to the town. In short if you are looking for places to stay in pammukale do not book this property, although it's huge but it lacks the charm of a hotel. Lastly there is no WiFi inside the rooms, you have to come all the way to the lobby to use wi-fi. Really disappointed.…
It is a typical tourist hotel where tour groups generally stay. It has good rooms and we checked in late @ 7.30 PM . The hotel offered us free dinner ( nice touch ) . Breakfast is nice and quite well spread. Mostly Tour oriented kind of Hotel
Impressive on first glance but ....wifi only in the lobby is unacceptable these days. The rooms are not soundproof at all. I could hear my neighbour chatting on her bed through the thin walls. The neighborhood is quiet so sleeping was ok. The minibar prices are on a paper in the room....2 Lira for a small water. At the desk at checkout she insisted it was 5. My tour group was waiting so I had no time to prove my point and argue. They make their money off large tour groups and aren’t interested in individuals. Avoid.
We checked in Tripolis Hotel at 11 pm because of some issues on our way to the hotel. The night staff was incredibly rude and did not help with carrying luggage to 2nd floor and 5/8 members on our trip were 65-70 years old. 2/4 rooms we rented did not have any toiletries. The quality of the toiletries sucked anyway (please do not use them). 1/4 room had a broken shower so we had to change rooms at 6 am in the morning. For breakfast we were restricted only to 1 table, in-spite of at least 38 other tables being empty. We wanted to drink wine that we bought from one of the Wineries in Kappadokya in the pool area (not the bar...the pool!), and we were told that it was not allowed. There were used coffee cups right next to our door in the hallway ever since we checked in. They were there for 24 hrs until my we complained about all of the above to the manager. There is basically NOTHING to do in the area, and the TV in the room is minuscule. To top it all, the WiFi zone is only in the lobby. You’ll not get WiFi in your room. There are other hotels in Pamukkale area but I am not sure if others are like this. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.…
