Very nice place to eat and drink any time of the day. The price level is low , but the food tastes very tasty. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is also well located, near Pamukkale entrance. So nothing to complain about We were very satisfied! We'll be back for sure.
İt was very clean. The service was good and the rooms were warm if you're comming durring the winter seasons. The tea also free and is close to the attractipn. The internet is also free and is very strong. İ'd come back here the next time i visit.
Clean! Customer service was excellent, they went above and beyond for my mother in law without complaints. They also appreciated our feedback as well. Attractions nearby: Lake with paddle boats to rent next to small mineral mountain Restaurants and mini mart in the same street.
Denizli is a small town and famous for Pamukkale hot springs and Hierapolis ruins. Its possible to make a day trip from Selcuk and lots of people make daytrips and not stay here in Denizli. If you decide to stay for one night in a budget hotel, then Mustafa is okay. Don't expect five star hotel because it is not one, its a budget hotel. Hot water, wifi was good. We were all day at Hierapolis and Pamukkale and just needed a place to sleep for the night as we got the next morning bus to Selcuk. Staff speaks okay English. good enough for basic communications. Good view from the terrace and very close to Pamukkale hot springs. Good for one night.
I recommand this hotel- very cheap and quiet. The location is excellent very close to the site of Pamukkale. You have also to eat in their restaurant for nice foods and nice view. I know i will go there if i return to Pamukkale.
We stayed here in April 2019. I CANNOT say it was a decent place other than the location (gave 1 extra star because it is very close to Pamukkale). THE PROBLEMS WITH THE PLACE: 1- The lobby always SMELT FOOD when they cooked/fried something in the kitchen because there was no good ventilation in the kitchen and the kitchen door was always open. 2- NOT SMILING and welcoming attitude from the front desk/reception (especially the tall, young woman) 3- Very POOR maintenance/cleanliness, dusty/unclean bedside drawers, broken/missed ceiling sections 4- POOR guest/room service. 5. MISSED items in the bathroom (I had to request) 6- UNABLE TO CLOSE one of the window 7- The cover of the bed frames were EXTREMELY WORN (even torn) 8- Requested the CLEAN ROOM next to mine, which was a bit better, but they wouldn't change my room and we stayed only one night and left. This place URGENTLY and SERIOUSLY needs lots of REPAIR, CARE, MAINTENANCE and WELCOMING ATTITUDE toward the guests. I even told the front desk/reception that we were not happy during our stay and was going to let the prospective guests know about our experience about this place. Be cautious!…
The best hotel in Pammukale! Clean rooms, cozy, all amenities, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Beautiful view from the terrace, just beautiful! I recommend to visit this hotel.
My Mom and I stopped by at the patio restaurant of this Mustafa Hotel (run by a friendly family) to have some tea only which was ultimately offered to us at no charge although we offered money. These hosts are not like others on the street who harass you trying to get you in. They are classy people with excellent manners and great hospitality. They also shared with us some wine shopping tips (not purchasing from them although they also sell Some wines) - honest and nice people. I would recommend to stop by at their restaurant for a nice “no pressure” visit.
We stayed in this lovely hotel only one night, but we actually arrived at 5am from Cappadocia, and the owner let us in at this hour, and we got to sleep a few hours before we headed into Hierapolis, and then back for the evening. This was so nice of her, as we heard other travellers had to wait until 10am in another hotel. the village is very small, and as mentioned in another post, most people are bussed in, and never make it to the village. Its worth staying in the village. Hotel was clean, and you had complete control of the heating, which was great. Run by a young family, they even do your laundry for a very cheap price. Rooms spacious and clean. Roof top terrace lovely. Good breakfast with coffee included.
Small family run hotel. They serve a good breakfast and we also had dinner both nights we were in Pamukkale. Very nice ,helpful people.Pamukkale is a small town, and it misses most of the tourists who are bussed in from the top and don't venture down to the village.Which is a shame. We were only 5 minutes from the entrance to the slope and Hierapolis.Very convenient. They helped us with transport and back to Izmir after our stay. Also helped us with our train ticket to Selcuk.
