We were part of a tour group and after a long day out touring sites this was an unwelcome hotel. Unfortunately we arrived when a number of other tourist buses arrived and so there was a very long line to be served. The rooms were dated, old and musty. The bed was so firm we had to check that we... More

I agree with the postings made by kth0307 and some of the experiences expressed by Gareth L and kswanella. Tired hotel, Really in need of TLC. No lift so carrying luggage to the first floor was a bit of a challenge, although there were staff to help if you were prepared to wait. I was at the front of the... More

We travelled here for a night with a tour group. Hot spring was nice, as was robe provided in room. Room very old and dated. We had a small balcony over looking the pool. Bathroom was horrible - stains and mold everywhere. Wifi only worked occasionally. It also sounded like we got one of the better rooms on our bus!

So this hotel is not that great - small very old and tired looking rooms. Wi-Fi only works on the ground floor (my room was on the top floor). The beds are old and you can feel the springs on your back while you try to sleep. The bathroom was in really bad shape - when i turned on the... More

Nice place, it has thermal water pool indoor and outdoor, turkish bath. Staff is friendly. Not very personal but alright. Dinner and breakfast were included, that was nice. Still a bit pricey for Turkish standards and at the end of our staying they charged us for a bottle of water in the restaurant with 3 euros. A bit odd considering... More

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The best part was the hot springs under the hotel. They provide robes and towels. The pools are very relaxing. The hotel is close to town and everything that you might need, including swim suits.

We came to this hotel after visiting the pools/ruins (don't miss it!) and found a nice size room. Clean. No amenities in the bath. Decent towels. Quiet. Sweet village and downtown. Not a lot of choices in town. Breakfast was good.

We had a lot of fun staying at this property. We enjoyed walking through the town after checking in. The natural hot springs were very nice before calling it a night. Our room was comfortable and we appreciated the robes and towels for the springs.

Would say that is a mistake to ranked it as 5 star hotel due to the experience staying in this hotel...travelled during winter, the thermal pool helps but the room is unexpectedly a sad to quote upon. Just a pillow being provided in each of the bed and no mineral water supply un the room. Comes to actual case encountered,... More

Karahayıt Mevkii,Pamukkale, Pamukkale 25 May 2013 Open and spacious. Very friendly staff. Good, firm mattresses for good back comfort. Lack of electrical outlets, weird lighting, hair dyer not practical and seemed 30 years old. No real filter coffee, just instant (Nescafé).
