Sacred House is a hidden treasure in Urgup. You don't expect to find such a beautiful and charming place behind the wooden doors that lead to a narrow stone street. These doors separate the today's world and ancient times. This hotel represents the ancient times, it not only reminds you things about those times but it makes you believe that...

Years have been passed since your last visit... Sacred House expanded and deserves a new visit. We have 21 rooms now with a stunning restaurant & bar, underground SPA that might take away you breath. Looking forward to serve you again in near future. Best Regards, Ece

Rooms very large, all done differently and were extremely beautiful. The food was excellent and the service unsurpassed. There are no elevators so if you have trouble walking stairs this would not be a good choice for you. There are only very larg bathtubs, no showers. Most have fireplaces and king beds. They are all very romantice and tastefully done...

The Hotel was amazing and the staff were very nice and lovely. It really felt like we went back in time since there is very little technology in the rooms. No TV no phone so it really does give you the feeling of authenticity. All the rooms beautiful and unique so there's something for every taste. Bathrooms are one of...

We could already see on the website that the hotel's concept was unique : each room is different, and has a coherent theme inviting the traveler into a fantasy world. When we got there, the place seemed even more enchanting than on the website : the house itself is an old authentic Greek mansion, and the rooms' decoration is mostly...

Magical small boutique hotel with charming owners. The owners are true hoteliers with international background and the staff is extremely friendly and hands on. Rooms are breathtaking. The interior design takes you to medieval ages. Truly magical. Beautiful. Our one year old son enjoyed the out of fairy books Sacred House and we will definitely go back every year. Oh...

My husband and I stayed in the Bacchaus Hideout room in September of 2010. The room was the most gorgeous, romantic place I imagine we'll ever stay. After being greeted by the wonderful Yesim and served lemonade, we were shown to our gorgeous room (which reminded me of something from Moulin Rouge) where candleabrau had been lit, music was playing,...

My boyfriend and I were able to visit Cappadocia for two days/one night. I found Sacred House via tripadvisor and it was all we could talk about for months. We were so excited to stay there and it far surpassed all our expectations. We were there mid-December right after the first snowfall. The previous reviewer mentioned Murat and how he...

The hotel is amazing with each room decorated in a way to sweep you off your feet. We stayed in Fairies’ Nest at the top of the hotel with a somehow private sitting corner and it was amazing watching Urgup at night from that corner. We also had a fireplace, which we used with joy and the heating from the...
