Hotel is very outdated. Reception area looks nice but the rooms are not up to the appearance of the common areas. Let me get started with the bathroom: toilet is so close to the shower box that you can easily tilt your head and have a nap. The drain in the shower has a 7 cm hole, one has to be careful not to step in it and break a toe. On my last day, I received an unsolicited wake up call at 5:20am. Fun. #NOT. When I told the receptionist, he said "it wasn't me". By this simple sentence, you can have an idea of the level of service. The curtains in the room. What a joy! They are too narrow and don't cover the window properly. Which does not make a huge difference anyway, as they are semi see-through so blocking the light is not on the menu. Also, you hear all your fellow "neighbors" in the corridor (even if they speak in normal volume). Between the floor and the door there's a gap and the door is quite thin. The soap in the toilet looks radioactive: bright pink at the sink and neon blue in the shower. The type you find in public toilets. Restaurant is huge, so expect crowds and messy food if you are not there at the time is opens. Ah, they have 3 lifts. But good luck trying to go up or down without having to wait at least 5 minutes (when groups arrive or leave it gets even worse). All in all, if they call themselves a 5 star hotel, they should AT LEAST have decent rooms, decent toiletries and a staff that don't say "it wasn't me" when you report an issue.

5* hotel here a fair 4* in Spain. Correct and clean room, clean bathroom, correct facilities. Staff with a lack of languages, and lack of training for a 5* European standard. The buffet is correct, the bad thing is that they do not label the food, so you have to guess what it is or take a risk, little variety of bread, little or no pastries at breakfast, they should offer fried eggs, the French omelet is They pile up pieces in a gastronorm, little variety of cold cuts, quite a variety of tasteless cheeses. At dinner, tender grilled beef, correct grilled chicken, dry pasta, lots of boiled rice, desserts are nothing elaborate, grilled plates cut into small squares, a 3* buffet for breakfast and dinner, no more. The restaurant is not attractive, it looks like you are entering a university dining room or similar with giant round or rectangular tables for 8 or more people. I would recommend tables of 2 or 4, making it look like a restaurant, not a dining room. Very expensive shops, correct pool and spa, very expensive alcohol, a glass of wine (table) €7 for a small glass, a cocktail €10. They need to polish f&b details, but pleasant.

The room was excellent, there were two of us and they gave us a four at no cost, this room was comfortable and spacious. Attentive to the cleanliness of the room and the friendly service, they tried to understand or speak in Spanish to help. If you like to know and walk, it is not far at all. from the center and it is a quiet and safe area

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a group tour. This was my favorite stay amongst all the hotels during our trip. The guests predominantly are from group tours as there were 10 huge motor coaches parked outside overlooking my assigned room. My room was rather nice compact but comfortable, crisp sheets, and clean. I love that the large window opens wide; unfortunately, my room faces the bus parking lot. My room was equipped with a small fridge and coffee maker, small tv with 2 english channels, 2 complimentary bottled water. The bath is typical euro style with half glass shower.
Our included breakfast and dinner buffet were outstanding with extensive selection of hot and cold dishes. Disappointed our hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to heavy snow. Based on other reviews, some rooms might be modernized than others; just ask for a nicer room. The outdoor facilities look nice but not open in winter.

I'm surprised how this hotel gets and maintains 5 stars. They give a single card to a room for 3 people and ask for a serious deposit fee for the 2nd card. The buffet main dishes are inadequate, they consider meatballs to be red meat, and their coffee is very bad. The maintenance of the rooms is very poor, the pillows are very bad, the towels are very worn.. I think the only good thing is its location:

Aesthetically very nice hotel but with many things to improve, the room was the right size and the bed was comfortable, unfortunately I took a shower and the drain was blocked by hair etc causing the water to leak from the floor shower. I called and they promptly came to solve the problem, but when I entered the shower with my shoes on and everything was wet, a disaster was created. The person who cleaned the drain was leaving without anyone other than him coming to clean so I asked to send someone to mop up. I must say that English is spoken poorly by those at the reception, I won't tell you how it is spoken by the rest of the staff including the waiters, zero English, however a boy comes to clean with 10 sheets of absorbent paper I didn't want it believe. He did what he could to dry himself out of the shower but he contributed his shoes to make another mess in the end since he didn't speak a word of English I gave up and kept the mess hoping that the service would clean up properly the next day the room. Let's say that for a hotel that presents itself as a 5 star, having staff who intervene with a trolley for cleaning would be the minimum, another problem was the toilet, the drain blocked and the water always came out having to press the button again to unblock it. Good dinner and breakfast. I didn't eat badly, in fact everything was well distributed and of good quality. If they improved the preparation of the staff and paid more attention to simple things it would certainly be a very nice hotel.

We stayed here as part of a terrible trip booked with exoticca - treasures of Anatolia. The location of this hotel was around 30min walk from the town and taxis took a very long while to arrive.
We did the laundry and spent €20 euros for a handful of items that have all now shrunk substantially and have had to be thrown away. Despite the food being very good, the overall service of the hotel was a let down and we have had to throw away over €100 worth of clothes.

I was only a day, very comfortable, very waxy downtown to go walking, very good breakfast quite complete. the comfortable rooms, is a main point to pick you up to go for the balloon ride. There is no free water service if the bottle is finished, you have to pay an extra for either hot or cold

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. It is a large modern hotel which handled several tour groups. Our room was of adequate size. In the shower, the glass covered half the shower opening which might be the norm for Europe so water can easily splash outside. We were surprised that there were no amenities such as shampoo, lotion, etc. The buffets provides good food with lots of choices. The hotel is isolated, not near many businesses so one would have to take a taxi to go somewhere. The WiFi is spotty, no password required. There is a nice gym, indoor pool and spa with reasonable prices. We were assigned one room key. If one wanted an extra key(for the room lighting) a $10 deposit is required. Overall, a reasonable, modern choice in the Cappadocia region.

We came to this hotel for a stay of two nights, we were with a large group from Mexico, the hotel is very nice local 5 stars, but I think mainly caters to groups. There were italians and americans during our stay as well as chinese.
My room was very nice and big, overlooking north, so I managed to see the balloons in the morning, it was very impressive. Outside we had very cold nights, so after a full day of touring, we just wanted to have a nice dinner and to rest. The village is very small and there are a few supermarkets no to so near the hotel. As for the inside pool is open till 10pm for those with energies.
In a nutshell the hotel is good, I would say for groups there are other nice hotels in the area for individuals or in Caves....but I would say it is a very good property.
as for alcoholic drinks remember you are in a Muslim country and alcohol is expensive.
