Yunak Evleri is the most gorgeous ❤️ hotel we’ve stayed in the more than 40 countries visited so far. This cave hotel will leave you breathless since the minute you arrive. Its structure, design, decorations and astonishing vibes 😍 are so pleasant. This is our 5th time staying at this hotel and every room is totally different, spacious and has everything you need for your accommodation. The staff is absolutely friendly and always willing to make your stay agreeable and welcome 🤗. Not to mention the Spa 🧖♀️ and the couple’s massages they have at the hotel, it’s so relaxing 😌. My favorite part of this hotel is the terrace with the most stunning view ❤️🔥, the music, the food, the drinks, the Hookah, the staff.. I never want to leave this terrace, it’s like the perfect place to disconnect from everything. This is why we continue to return to Yunak and always recommend this Hotel to all my family and friends. You will be completely satisfied during your stay 😊😊…
We came on a photographic business trip and were overwhelmed by the beauty of the place. We were warmly greeted and given a welcome drink. We were delighted with our cave rooms with their individual terraces and comfortable chairs. We dined at the restaurant and the pottery kebab was the best we had. The Içli kofte was a favourite too. Breakfast was amazing. The setting and lighting is magical. A special thanks to Taner who was so welcoming and very helpful in organising a taxi for us to see the balloons taking off at dawn. It was a beautiful hotel and we were sorry to leave
This is the second time we have chosen Yunak Evleri for our stay in Cappadocia, as always everything was amazing, the staff is very kind and helpful, especially mr. Serkan and mr. Berk who helped us with our stay and the various activities we choose
Hello all! I just wanted to share my experience @yunakcavehotel, I was there for my cousin’s wedding and ambiance/atmosphere was amazing. One of the best spots in Cappadocia. Cave rooms are quite big and must do type accomodation. Hope I will Visit soon there and will stay there more. Moreover, BERK from Reception and SERKAN as a bell team Captain solved all of my issues and helped me a lot for local advises. Thanks to them. Hope to see them soon. Ciao BORA
Stayed at Yunak Evleri after it claimed to be a 5 star hotel. Rock cave dust continously falls from the ceiling and walls on to us on the bed. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms or stable WiFi and poor ventilation and lighting yet the website claims otherwise. Definitely a 3 star at most and needs major revamping or stands a chance of being suspended.
Second time to stay here. Lots of improvements in the last 10 years. They have added 2 relaxing pools and greatly expanded the roof terrace. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Staff very nice and helpful. View from roof terrace is unbeatable - breakfast, drinks, and dinner there. Dinner was great. My teenagers loved this place!
Cannot be sure where to start... We booked our tour in Cappadocia with Neopolis Travels. I had lot of reviews of Ms Meltem and Neopolis because of which we wanted to believe in the choices that she offered us for Cappadocia stay. However this hotel was a big dissapointment in more than one ways. 1. The location for someone who enjoys exploring the town and walking around is just missing at this property. It was only when we reached this hotel and kept passing by Gerome area through our two days of tour did we realise how lonely Urug is .... If you enjoy shopping, walking down the city centre and enjoy cafes etc locally, while in Cappadocia please do not stay here. We felt miserable and in a prison since we really had nothing much to do while we stay at this hotel. The location is very far from all the central attractions and hence a big let down. 2. The rooms : We were 3 adults and i had specifically asked to ensure that we have a King and Single bed booking. Usually such rooms would be bigger too for a family of 3 Adults and i did not assume that when all pictures online show the cave rooms with balcony and a view they would have had rooms in the ground floor with no VIEW whatsover and NO VENTILATION Either. We were dumped into a room which they call and upgraded room but it was miserable because while it was spacious a 5 Star hotel should be able to understand that one of the reasons people look at staying at such hotels is for the view and the experience. We had a room right at the walkway and all guests and vehicles going up and down the reception passed this room. Imagine the noise pollution for one trying to atleast get one decent night sleep. When the cars are driving up and down your head. And we had to sleep to no sunsest views or wake up to no sunrises, (leave aside sunrise, there was not a ray of light in the room), which was ideally something you would have hoped to experience when you pay the price for a 5 Star. I am terribly dissapointed with Ms. Meltem as well, since she knew we never bargained and directly went only with the premium option she offered. Still she did not think wisely to advise us on the room types that the balcony rooms are premium and come at a higher price. I would have agreed to pay the premiium rather than stay in this dump room. Further the lady manager who offered a change room spoke to us quite rudely as if we were given a fancy room and she disapproves of us being unhappy about it. 3. The breakfast spread for a Star property is extremely poor. They did not offer fresh ordered egg either until we had to find someone ... Basically no one of the staff volunteered either to come and assist our table. We definitely did get the feeling of them being a bit racist as well. The hotel breakfast did not offer any fresh fruit juices. The coffee was also to be taken from the filter jug that was again self service. 4. This hotel does not offer WIFI in the rooms. In this Century and they call it the issue because of Caves!! Like really?? 5. No AC, No Ventilation & Silly Pedestal fans of poor quality offered. The hotel needs to remember not all guests visit in winters or are from winter countries. We were visiting from UAE and this was not really something we looked forward to experience more heat! Overall while we loved the city, we hated the stay and just couldnt wait to leave the hotel. Worst decision of stay in my entire travel history.…
It is a beautiful hotel. Personnel was super nice and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and had a problem with our first room since it was raining and water was filtering from the roof. They change us rooms and we had a great time. The highlight was that they were extremely helpful…
Great cave hotel. Great views and superb breakfast buffets. Just a short walk into Urgup town if you want to try different restaurants or want to do some shopping at more reasonable prices than on the usual tourists routes. Not too far to get to hot air ballooning and other Cappadocia sites.
Location wise, this place is in Urgup. Urgup is a very sweet town of Cappadocia, but it is not the place from which you can get the closest view of the Hot air balloons. For that you need to visit Goreme . The view from the hotel is unbelievable and the evenings are so pleasant. Truly one of the best cave hotels. Food wise, they don’t understand jain food at all. Even vegetarian options were very less. All cheese contains rennet which is not vegetarian. Rooms are huge and clean. They don’t have Fans. They kept us warm in the cold nights. Location wise, it’s a steep walk from the main market. Avoid if you have any problem walking or are without a vehicle.
