Cappadocia is a fairly large region with a number of cities. Skip goreme. Ürgüp is definitely where I would recommend one stay. And in Ürgüp, Esbelli Evi is lovely. Perhaps there are other great hotels, but I doubt any could feel as lovely as this...More
