Quirky and unique offering huge rooms, comfy beds and good breakfast. Ibrahim can arrange great tours and that includes places other than Capadoccia. Great views from the rooftop restaurant. You have to be able to manage stairs as there are a lot of them
I was really impressed by the calm and serene atmosphere of the hotel. Especially the terrace and long evenings there with friends. Hotel staff made it a wonderful and friendly atmosphere. I would specially mention the owner Ibraheem and his family, his help at reception Haleel, hard working and ever ready to help. Chef and his staff were so adorable. Overall if you are looking for a time away from materialistic world, do visit cappadocia and this hotel. I wish very best to the owner and Haleel who is studying engineering to be successful in their endeavours. Dr Mukta
Hi, I was travelling to turkey with family for a holiday after the pandemic and all the restrictions were relaxed. My 1st stop in turkey was dedeli kongai hotel in urgup, The host Mr Ibrahim ilmiz of Yuki tours had arranged pickup for us from the kayseri airport and it was a smooth checkin . Since we checked in around the dinner time after changing 3 flights over 12 hours we were completely tired,Mr Ibrahim very kindly arranged dinner for us at the restaurant even though the restaurant was closed for the day. The Rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were the highlight Full marks for cleanliness and service . All the staff are friendly and helpful. And a big thank you to Mr Ibrahim who is always smiling and ready to help. Thankyou
The hotel room is very cozy, neat and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and they made sure we were very comfortable and satisfied. They were always ready to help with everything. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious with variety every morning. Ibrahim is very exceptional.
The hotel is superb, and with a very magnificient view of a mountain and an old fort at the top. Minutes walk from the town square. And few minutes drive from Goreme, the centre of attractions in Cappadocia. The owner Ibrahim is a very friendly, helpful and always cheery person. Aided by his staff - Chef Jemal, Amer or Omar at reception, Amet (himself, his father and mother Ayesha), tour guide Ferad. They were all very, very hospitable people. Always smiling and willing to go out of the way to make our vacation an memorable one. This hotel is one of the most recommended to us during our stay at Cappadocia. The rooms are large and can accommodate families with babies/children. During spring/summer, there are outdoor tables and chairs that lets you rest, have dinner or supper or just lounging. Overall, our stay there was very memorable and just couldn't bear to leave. It was just too beautiful!…
I think my travels to Turkey can be summed up in this beautiful boutique hotel . Rooms are nice , clean and very spacious. The service is excellent i was recieved by Ahmet who has made sure i was ok through out my stay very hardworking . The chef is a very lively character . The food spread and taste was excellent as well . The hotel has a panoramic views of the valley and you can also get a glimpse of the balloons flying through . My stay was memorable and will def be coming back . Thank you to all the staff at the hotel will definately be seeing you again❤️❤️🥶
I stayed at Novotel Hotel, Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, Turkey for 4 months when the pandemic broke out. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to be. The rooms are absolutely amazing with great view of the Marmara Sea saw a pod of dolphins swim around often, boats, ships, tugboats was a great sight to see at night was even better the lights around was pretty. What was even better are the wonderful & warm staff, housekeeping, room service, checkin staff made the stay even more comfortable. To top it all I had my 8yr old Maltese dog with us she loved the place, she went down for her walks, barked at everyone & she adored the housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing , during lockdown it was limited but still good enough spread. Meal on menu at the time was limited but good. Great choice to stay for a few days. The local market is hardly 5-10 min walk. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.…
The Hotel is excellent with the staff being the highlight. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Location is nice and is about 500 meters from town centre. Breakfast is served on the top floor .
Cool cave hotel in Cappadocia. The staff were so friendly. Really close to the town center! It was a hike up to the restaurant but the view up there is breathtaking. I loved the stay there! Would definitely recommend it to anybody 🙂
Part of the Capoadoccia experience is to stay in a cave hotel which is built in the rocks and is decorated in a very unique Turkish fashion with carvings on the walls and oriental rugs. The experience of sleeping on a cave was a little overwhelming for me and my friend but at the end we got used to it and enjoyed. Breakfast was ok but there was this ultra large group that devoured everything and all the staff was flustered. Dinner was good, although it seems all Turkish food is good everywhere
