This hotel is one amazing small hotel! Right from the beginning the Front Desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! The welcome drink and tour of the property was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is immaculate well maintained and the rooms large and airy! Perfect for our family of 3 stay! Also when our balloon ride got cancelled they helped book us another flight and book us into a new Highlights tour to take up our time in the interim. The food was in a word "Amazing" sourced from their own garden and with the freshest ingredients. The Chef also came by to tell us about our meals! That is service with a smile! I highly recommend this hotel if you go to Cappadocia!
The Ariana lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. Might be the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are impeccable, luxurious, modern and extremely comfortable. The views are incredible and the service, especially from Onur the Operations Manager, was top class. Had amazing wine tasting at sunset. Woke up to incredible sight of hot air balloons at sunrise from our balcony. Will be recommending this place to everyone!!
We had a wonderful expWe had a wonderful experience in this hotel in Uchisar. Room extremely nice and comfortable, with a breathtaking view on the Kappadokian elevations. Hotel consists of lobby, restaurant and 11 lodges. Elegant furniture, excellent staff. Spacious terrace with a view, breakfast a la carte. Breakfast and dinner are a bit pricey (in EUR). Ariana has its own garden and herbs and plants and vegetables are harvested from the garden. To reach the village centre you have to climb a bit uphill but it is worth the stay. From our room we could watch at the dawn the balloons inflating and leaving. Definitely recommended. erience in this hotel in Uchisar. Stayed in Arinnitti, Room was great, view was absolutely stunning. Guest Relations Selin Kaya was very helpful and attentive , Food was amazing kudos to the Chef , Thank you to the GM and the staffs! Would definitely return!
The serene location, the amazing gastronomy, the lush gardens, the attentive service! We had the cave room (which is a unique and authentic experience!) for three days. As it allows for very little natural light, we spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace overlooking the spectacular, vast and breathtaking view. An awesome location for watching the hot air balloons in the early morning and catching the breeze on hot afternoons. The service at the front desk and the restaurant was great. A special thanks to Vehbi who made our “hotel rest day” experience and breakfasts that much more awesome!! :-) Thank you, Vehbi! ☺️🙏 We did three tours (group hot air balloon, group sunset horse ride, private tour of underground city and more) and all prices at the hotel were on par with local tours - so no need to look further. I truly recommend this place if you enjoy beautiful views, fantastic food and life long memorable experiences. :-)…
This Hotel has it all. Clean, comfortable, quite, luxurious, great service and the food...amazing!!! VehBi at the restaurant was a great waiter, he would do anything to make us feel like home, the food was amazing, this is just "one of a kind" hotel. The rooms very spacious, the pillows and the sheets were top, the towels, the bath were supplied with Locitanne products.ñ . I am sharing some photos of their delicious food and our best waiter VEHBI. 100% recommended.
My wife and I were debating between Ariana and Argos as we wanted to experience the cave concept but ensure it's a luxury hotel as well. Ultimately, we decided to stay at Ariana b/c of its association with Hyatt small hotels and ability to use points. The hotel is situated towards the corner of town so it's a bit of a hike to get anywhere. However, the views from the hotel property are incredible. While I do not recommend a car within the city area, there is plenty of parking if you do decide to drive. Having walked through Argos as well (we had family staying there), we were glad we picked Ariana. While Argos is beautiful, it's a large property and everything is spread out. Ariana is more of an air b&b feel but a true luxury hotel and you always know when you are on property vs. off, not to mention the personal service given the small size of the hotel. Lobby consists of a beautiful sitting area with a view of the valley and a small desk. Beyond the desk are stairs taking you up to the hotel restaurant and the patio area. Beyond the patio area is where they grow vegetables and grapes (all of which you can walk through and hang out). Staff was very helpful from the beginning - helping us with tour and meals recommendation. They also helped with suggestions on airport transfer. The front desk is also the concierge and b/c it's a small hotel they remember you quickly. Within 15 minutes of us being at the hotel, the entire hotel staff knew our name and always greeted us using our name. However, I would like to call out one staff member in particular. Yusuf went above and beyond in ensuring we had a great stay. While checking us in, he gave us a tour of the entire property, answered all of our questions, made the necessary dinner reservations, and every time we walked by the lobby, he would stop to talk to us. Not only to understand where we are from but what we like and provided tid bits and recommendations for how we can have a more enjoyable trip. While the hotel itself is amazing, Yusuf helped making our stay at Ariana memorable! Since breakfast was included in the rate, we ended up having bfast at the hotel one of the days. It is the traditional breakfast where you have a table full of food. Everything was delicious but too much food. We did not have lunch at the hotel but we did have dinner at the hotel one of the nights. The food was extremely delicious. Note, b/c the restaurant is small, they recommend you make reservations ahead of time. There are only about 6 to 8 tables inside (and however many they are able to put out on the patio). Given the location of the hotel as well, they tend to get guests from near by hotel who prefer not to hike into the proper town area for a meal. In the evenings, they arrange tables out on the patio if you would like to enjoy a delish meal while watching the sunset or under the stars. However, it was very windy the days we were there so the patio was not set up. Regardless, there are still a few benches around if you want to sit out and enjoy the view. You can also walk through the garden and they have lounge chairs strategically placed in the garden so you can take in the peace and quiet. There is also a hotel dog that you might find lounging around on the patio, Whiskey. Whiskey is very friendly and loves to be pet. The rooms themselves are very spacious. We were upgraded from the standard to deluxe room and had plenty of space for our two large suitcases. As large as the rooms are, the bathrooms are even bigger. The only downside to the bathroom is that the toilet is not private so if someone is using the toilet, the rest of the bathroom is pretty much unusable. Only advice I can give the hotel is that they should do a better job of keeping the shower head clean. When we turned it on, the water sprayed in all direction and many of the holes were clogged. I was able to clean a lot of it off by using a towel. We were nervous the rooms would be humid or buggy since they are in caves. However, while the rooms were a little humid, with AC being on it was fine. We also did not run into any bugs, which is always a plus in our books. The only issue we had with our stay was when checking out. since we had used Hyatt points to make the reservation, the hotel struggled to check us out. The manager mentioned their entire staff was new (9 months in - though we couldn't tell) and were not familiar with Hyatt bookings. The manager initially asked if I could pay $ and use the points later but I had to show/explain that Hyatt had already withdrawn the points from my account. Hopefully they were able to figure it out and get paid by Hyatt as well as trained on how to accept Hyatt points. Ultimately, the manager and the staff were very understanding and rather than making it my problem said they would work it out with Hyatt. As a customer, I truly appreciated their approach as their primary goal was to ensure we left with a positive experience. For anyone questioning or debating, I would pick Ariana in a heartbeat over Argos or any other hotels in the area.…
We have just returned from a great trip to Turkey which included a stay at the Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge in Cappadocia. It has a stunning location overlooking the valleys, the food is wonderful and the staff are super attentive. Highly recommendable.
An outstanding residence and location to visit and experience Cappadocia. A cutting edge boutique hotel with a great ambience; magnificent staff, especially in reception, and comfortable rooms with every amenity. The cave rooms can be a little dark. Reception will arrange a great itinerary from a 4x4 Land Rover adventure to the five star balloon flight, even if it means rising at 4 am - a day to remember for that adrenaline buzz. Congratulations to everyone at the Ariana.
