I thank Mr. Ahmet especially for his caring face thank you I know he did everything so we could have our stay at its very best (I didn't know someone like him telling me what to do in Cappadocia until we lost our glasses No one like him is amazing) It’s not just a 2-minute hike from the aerodrome in the hotel center location, it’s close to everything else Rooms are spotlessly comfortable (with incredible comfy beds), air conditioning, hot water, etc. Keep the number of outlets, and everything is impeccable cleanliness pattern again we were pleased Their breakfast was incredibly hearty and delicious. It feels special when employees are pristine to serve the smile. The terrace sitting areas have a stunning view that makes for really super views. If you’re flying a hotel that is sure we’ll come back, I’m very clear, don’t even look anywhere else.

The hotel is very nice, its rooms are spacious, we stayed in the original cave room, we stayed for 1 day, but it was worth it, the clean view is superb, you can watch the balloons take off and the sunrise at 05:30 in the morning, and even by car, it is very close to the place where the balloons take off. Uçhisar, the charming town of Cappadocia, where we came for our Cappadocia trip, which I really wished to see, was opened in September for schools. I did not see the need to make a reservation in advance, thinking that it would not be too busy. We set out with the thought of staying at the first hotel we came across. I was very angry with myself when I learned that there was no room available at the first hotel, Wooox Hotel, and that it was very crowded, Ms. Çigdem. He did not leave us stranded and contacted Helike hotel for us. Mr. Ahmet said that he could host us at his hotel even though it was very late. We were very happy. When we arrived at Helike hotel, Mr. Raşit welcomed us with his warm hospitality, hospitable and pleasant conversation. There was such a warm atmosphere that we felt like we were at home. Mr. Raşit made us feel like we were at home. He wanted to show the hotel. We felt like we were in a fairy tale with its panoramic terraces. Booked through agency this hotel in Cappadocia, fantastic location and apparently decidedly scenic rooms. Unfortunately the details that should help make it a 4 star were absolutely insufficient. We stayed four nights and twice the room was not redone. That room offered a King bed, but sheets and duvet were small in size, so not suitable for this type of bed. In the room, very large, there was no type of coat rack, especially in the bathroom; therefore towels, once used, had to be hung on the doors or on the glass of the shower. Clogged sink, taps completely encrusted with limestone, shower head from which no water came out precisely because the holes were clogged with limestone To attach the phone I removed the plug of a lamp on the bedside table, when I tried to retrieve it along with the wire an embarrassing amount of dust rose. Same amount of dust was present on the kettle, if we decided to use it we would have to wash it ourselves... When we pointed out the first time that the room had not been redone, they said “sorry”... when the Situation was repeated and we made it present the second time at the time of departure, we were told “have a safe trip”.. I wtite in the hope people will read this before booking this place. The view is beautiful,but there are plenty more hotels with same view. Rooms are old and smelly. We were a group of 10 so had booked 5 rooms with them. On one of the rooms the toilet exploded and management said: all we can do is move you to another room,but they did not even help us with our stuff as it got so smelly.... Rooms here are so warm we couldn't sleep. During the day we had to leave the doors open. Their promised daily cleaning consists of changing the towels and that' s it! No change of bins and no hoovering the floors which I must remind you are full of dust. Hotel is old and not even close to the photos you see on their website or insta. Be careful!

My mother and I took our first trip to Cappadocia and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Helike Cave Hotel. In addition to the amazing views, the hotel was cozy and spacious and loved how they preserved the historical cave vibes with touches of modernity. Ahmet bey and his team were phenomenal. They truly made us feel at home and assisted us with planning tours and other activities. And the breakfast was delish! Will definitely come back!

We visited with our family and my sisters family, and discovered an amazing cave hotel (there are many of them these days) with excellent service from fantastic staff. The breakfast spread has to be experienced to believe! Trust me, no one will go hungry here! As with most of Turkey there are plenty of cats (cute kittens here) to keep both adults and children entertained - and some amazing views as well (you can see the balloons from the dining and balcony areas!). Large well appointed rooms, some of which were genuine cave rooms - and one which was an original old arched rock building built up against the rock. Easy walk around the small village from this well located hotel as well.

The room, cleanliness and view were nice, the staff was friendly and attentive. We thank Mr. Ahmet for his welcome and interest. If you get up early in the morning from the hotel terrace, you can watch the balloons. Breakfast is served as a spread, the tastes were average, I have a little advice on this matter. There were so many types of jam, I think fewer and better quality products could have been used, thus preventing waste. In general, it was an above average hotel, I recommend it, you can stay with peace of mind.

The hotel location is excellent. The closest area to everywhere. The whole region is visible from the hotel's terrace and it is 10 -15 minutes away from everywhere. Reception Mr. Raşit is very experienced and a complete professional in his job. His pinpoint accuracy was very helpful in shaping the holiday.
The breakfast was very nice, very tasty, varied and attentive.
If we were to recommend this hotel to our friends, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The cleaning was very good and sufficient. We had 3 perfect days.
