We traveled here in February, it had snowed and the weather outside was very cold, but the rooms were very warm and we did not feel the cold inside at all, It was a very historical and beautiful place, Very nice employees and especially thank to Pirouz for helping us with everything. He helped us to enjoy our trip enough, The cleanliness of the room, breakfast, dinner, everything was good, in general it is recommended :)
We had a beautiful holiday thanks to CCR. hotel cappadoccica . We are really like staff they were very hospitable and kind. I don’t need to mention tastefully local dishes. I really suggest this adorable place you should come and experience it.
1. No cave room was provided despite requests. They manipulate tourists on the pretext that it is difficult to go up and down.. And the rooms are smelly.. 2. The breakfast consists of only condiments with bread and that too on the table... One has to pay them additional to get gozleme... Otherwise they just serve condiments with bread... They don't have even milk and cornflakes... They said cornflakes is out of stock.... 3. They prefer us to pay and eat at their indian restaurant every time... 4. The room service is very poor and there is a water problem in the room.. Also cats and dogs soil the room with poop... 5. Their travel desk is a big time fraud.. And the general manager Ilhaan is involved in the racket... They book taxi for shops from which they earn commissions and if u dont buy from those shops ; the driver gets angry and threatens you to leave... 6. There is abnormal behaviour of General manager illhan and he threatened us and told us that he will call the cops and offered us petty compensation to remove our reviews from tripadvisor I have their videos to share.... And to prove my honesty…
This is a hotel full of theifs and dacoits... They promise fake things and over charge you and threat to call the police... They overcharge and get back from their words... The General manager Ilhan is abusive and laughs and threats... The owners Mr zohre chaanakya promised to refund 40 euros and on our exit his son returned only 30 dollars and gave us liras and that too less The taxi driver they booked for us constantly threatened us while we went to goreme museum that he will leave us if we don't come back in 1 hour I have videos that show they are dacoits... I was threatened to delete videos from my fone . .. They try to offer petty compensation to keep mouth shut... I want to upload videos but i dont know how it can be done to prove that i am honest
TERRIBLE HOTEL! Trrrible rooms with lights exhaust not working. No ventilation at all & worse due to no exhaust fan working. Terrible food … Totally inexperienced young staff & since no one understands English…. They giggle & shrug it off. Bad location too & bad amenities .
The hotel is located on the top of the area, I’m Uchisar, few kilometers from Göreme, on a hill and the view of the valley is absolutely fabulous. Rooms are located in various floors and caves and there are clean and comfortable. Staff at the reception is really nice and helpful (especially Piruz, who made all reservations for trips, even in the last minute he found something for us). Some people from the restaurants staff don’t speak too much English, but they do everything they can for helping guests.
The views from this hotel are breathtaking. At night you can see Goreme in the distance all lit up. Each morning we watched the balloons fire up and then glide above the fairy chimneys. Our room had a large balcony where we could watch them while drinking our morning coffee. Truly magical. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large, with a great shower and lots of water pressure. The bathroom amenities were ample and replenished each day; slippers and bathrobes soft. The room had a seating area, which is nice so that you don't have to sit on the bed while in the room. Breakfast buffet was very diverse and had both hot and cold options. The only very small issue was that I asked if they had espresso. The first day, I was told no. The second day, hearing an espresso machine, I asked again, and this time the person said yes. Very few on the breakfast staff spoke English, which was the reason for the confusion. The staff was very kind and went out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable. One saw us walking downtown and stopped to ask if we wanted a ride back to the hotel. My husband left his phone by the pool one day, and they knew whose it was and had it for us right away. Our room had trouble with wifi, so one of the gentlemen came to our room to fix it after we had returned from dinner, while talking to his tech person....this on a weekend night! The hotel's location is very convenient. We walked throughout Uchisar to restaurants and sites including the castle, but it was also very easy to drive in and out to go to other places. The hotel is also very quiet at night, so made for a restful sleep. The only reason for not giving it five stars is the wifi, which never worked for us unless we went to the reception area. Otherwise, perfect stay.…
Helpful and very Accommodating staffs specially the Reception Team is amazing. will definitely be back again. The room we had has a very nice view of the sunrise. quiet and peaceful. perfect for Family.
While booking for Rooms in Capadocia Turkey,, all the hotels were full,, finally we got a place in CCR.. ( Capadocia Cave Resort) now we know why this hotel was not full.. the hotel is staffes extremely rude.. Till 9 in the evening we did not had our rooms cleaned despite requesting since 1 PM, all went to dead ears. We had a four room villa and after a tiring day we had to spend the evening in the courtyard.. This is the service and hospitality one can get from CCR.The swimming pool in the villa was also dirty. Not at all recommended if you plan to visit Capadocia
Cappadocia Cave Resort & Spa was a great experience. Reception was very helpful, the rooms and resort was beautiful and all the food nearby was great. Many fun things to do and great memories were made.
