My wife and I came here on our second honeymoon and we loved the experience and the guest services here! The room was literally inside a cave with all the amenities one could want. The view from our room was spectacular and we couldn’t get enough of it! Totally recommended if you’re visiting cappadocia!
the worst breakfast I've ever had in a 5 star hotel. Sliced bread, and only boiled eggs and yogurt, coffee, milk and tea! and some slices of super salty cheese. only 2 flake variants! Fruit...don't even see it! sausages, assorted breads, fruit etccc. Does not exist. Dinner was a buffet of simple pasta, rice, broccoli, and just a cooked meat. Just it ! very...very...very BAD! The only thing good is the place and the design of the hotel!
Room is clean and in order. Food is good but not variety, can improve on this. The only thing you have to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste while checking in since this is not provided in the room. Air-con is OK and you would still feel warmly nice
We stayed for four nights in the Chapelle suite and had a great stay. Tastefully decorated, very clean and room was comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. Plunge pool is small but very refreshing after a few hours in the heat and dust. Staff friendly, breakfast decent. Good restaurant on site and lots of other options nearby. Couple of minor items kept me from giving it five dots: while everything is super-clean, a little windex on the shower door and infinity pool would go a long way. The cave rooms have no AC and limited air flow. This would be fine if we had a fan but it was a real struggle to get one: staff promised one but they ran out so promised one again for the next night. Didn’t arrive, again, and we were told that it was our fault for failing to remind them…. Also our arrival coincided with a giant tour bus arrival which clearly overwhelmed the staff… had to ask 4x for a bucket of ice, each time being promised it was on its way. The horror. Also - for whatever reason our room was quoted in Euro but forced into Canadian $ by their bank at an exorbitant rate. Anyway we had a great stay but just felt for the price point we could have had a fan and ice bucket in the 38 degree heat. The place is brand spanking new, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and responsive when they aren’t overwhelmed.…
Excellent hotel. Not only was the room stylish, it was clean, well appointed and air conditioned. Service was excellent, restaurant meals were delicious and the view can't be beat. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area.
The first day at hotel was great, we were treated as we deserved. Then there was a party during which they closed the restaurant and we were almost kicked out of the restaurant even though on our first day we could enjoy the view from there and the table we were sitting wasn’t even reserved or anything. They simply didn’t want to serve us and kept saying to go downstairs. When we looked around there were only high-class europeans with suits. At some point we felt like it was very racist. We are POC. And we had money to pay for their food. BTW, food at their fresko restaurant is also not so good. Wine is disgusting. I have been puking after their red wine. I suggest you to go to the ATMs where you can find friendly restaurant owners. Do not spend a penny on that restaurant because they will make you regret that eventually. On the third day we wanted to do some of our things online but they cut off our wifi connection even if we paid for an extra day saying they know we will be checking out. BUT BECAUSE WE DIDN’T WANT THIS CHAOS HAPPEN AND PAID FOR AN EXTRA DAY. If you want peaceful vacation, then DO NOT GO THERE.…
Amazing, Amazing service and Super Friendly Staff (Aleyna and Hakan are their Super Stars) When you enter the Courts, its just an all round wow, with the Preserved Look and Comfortably Classy rooms as well. Peaceful and Beautiful, Defs the accomodation of choice in Cappadocia!
The hotel is in a very good location and is aesthetically super nice: the view and the structure of it are super. The terrace for the dinner is super romantic, and the location for breakfast super luxury. On the other end, everything that is not included in the reservation is very very expansive.. 50 TL for a coffe… which can be understood but only to an extent. As for the rooms: they do not have standard rooms. They only have deluxe and suites. So the deluxe room is actually the standard one, and does not really give you the “cave” feeling.
Quick check-in, friendly staff, cozy room and picturesque view from the hotel . The breakfast was limited set menu when we visited. However I enjoyed every bit of my stay there. Staff is courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at their restaurant.
We wanted to stay in a quiet beautiful and well located place, so we choose Exedra Hotel (7 min ride to Göreme). It surpassed our expectations. The hotel is a beautiful lime stone well maintained building with a nice pool, lounge area and charming terraces. We booked the deluxe king bedroom. It was great, spacious, super clean and comfortable bed. It has AC. Breakfast is included and it was fantastic. They offer a varied buffet. Included, you can order some items such as omelets, pancakes and local pastries which are delicious. They have a restaurant called Fresko, it’s really good. They offer traditional Turkish and International menu, really nice local wine and beers, among other drinks. The staff is ready to help with anything you might need for your stay, such as airport transfers, reliable Ballon experience and tours, taxis, etc. I specially want to thank Aleyna, who not only took great care of us during our stay but she did so with a warm smile that made us feel at home.…
