I searched through every hotel in Cappadocia and am so glad I decided to stay here. This place is truly amazing, the staff is wonderful, they told me all of the best things to do during my 4 day stay, the rooms are beautiful, there are so many amazing places to hang out outside with beautiful views. I will definitely be coming back 6/5 stars!!
We stayed for one night and the whole experience from start to finish was just incredible. From the friendly staff, to the room with its original features. We stayed in a suite and loved every corner of every room. The hotel is so pretty and perfect for any occasion. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
I spent four amazing nights in the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They surprised me with an upgraded room. The suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel. 10 stars!!! Thank you very much for everything.
Our stay was amazing here with the staff being super friendly and always helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean with a great view. The staff member named Hüsün was of great help and accommodated us for 5am breakfast though the breakfast starts later in morning. The hotel staff can book taxi for you even they ordered shesha for us from outside restaurant which was delivered to our hotel and we enjoyed it in our heated terrace.
This is one of our best stays during our travel history. Hotel is quite and calm what you expect after a tiring day in cappadocia. It consist of only 18 rooms and truly feel like staying in a cave. Staff is extremely helpful. We wanted to have sheesha huqqa in our room terrace under heater so they ordered for us from outside. Then we asked tgeir recommendation for Pottery kabab which is famous dish in Cappadocia and they arranged our transportation to Dibek Hotel and it was absolutely delicious. One way charge for taxi 45 TL. Special shout out for Mr Husun who helped us alot and allowed us to access kitchen and let us make our own breakfast.
Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are well thought out and warm in winter. Breakfast is good and close to Göreme if driving without being right in the centre. View from the hotel is lovely too especially at night and staff couldn’t do more to help.
This is not the place to stay if you want to be walking distance to everything, yet it is so worth it. The staff is just the best, always making sure you feel safe and at home. I went solo and they were so nice about everything. They make sure that not only the hotel is good, but your overall stay. If I ever go back to Cappadocia it would be mainly to stay here. Cave room is awesome (I went in summer and it was still cool). Breakfast is more than you can imagine in quantity and quality. Dinner is also good (limited to two menus though). The terrace views are beautiful! A big plus, they have a washer and dryer you can use for free. The whole place is like a home extension.
We stayed for two nights at oir 6 day journey in Kappadokya, and it was perfect. We werw upgraded in a cave suite which was very nice with good bed and shower. Hasan was verry nice, and givecus lot of information. Brekfast on terrace was goregous, dinner in a hote was also good fir resonable price. I recommend this place , you will not be disapponited. Goreme, Uchisar or Otaschiar can be dilema, so we decide for all 3 - which is not bed idea because every city has somentnig special.
Arriving to hotel at evening,sunset...They offered a glass of home made wine.I have picked one of the standard room. İn cool april temperature I had a wonderful sleep ,I could hardly hear if anyone was around.Breakfast was so rich with home made coffee, crepe with cheese and honey...
We were in suite #1 with a double bed and two rooms. The best part of staying at Hezen Cave Hotel is the incredible staff. From the day we booked, we were contacted by e-mail asking how they could assist us during our visit. Mehmet is very personable and helpful when planning your day and giving tips – he was fabulous. The staff cleaning our room, carrying luggage, working during breakfast are all friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are one of a kind, unique and scenic of the castle of Ortahisar. Breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful way to start the day with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, a Turkish breakfast, cakes, fresh fruit, cooked to order eggs and more. There was an honour bar beside the kitchen for guests’ use. I’m not sure a cave experience is ideal for ourselves as the room is very dark, little natural light, the air conditioning didn’t work well and the ceiling drops dust and particles. It is a charming and unique experience for a night or two but we were staying four. All I can say is it is an experience and probably not one I would repeat.…
