The experience was amazing. The room, the view, the food and especially the team. This was the best service I have seen in Turkey so far (and I'm living here fyi). Especially would like to highlight Cemre, she did an amazing job suggesting activities, restaurants and anything else I needed. She helped me to plan my stay properly to make sure I won't get bored at any point of time. Thank you all! Looking forward to coming back once again! Cheers, Ivan

Ever stayed in cave hotel. Well I just did. Amazing experience. All the luxuries of a traditional hotel with the ambience of living in a cave. What sets this apart is the hospitality exhibited by the staff members. They were truly happy to have us as guests. No request was excessive, neither was it a choir. Service with a smile on a different level. I will be back.

Stayed at Kelebek for a couple nights to experience the hot hair balloons. Centrally located to downtown; staff is very friendly and always willing to be helpful. There is quite a bit of language barrier, so we did have to use Translate whenever we had requests. Breakfast spread is lovely and abundant - you can also request hot egg offerings cooked to order. The offering was a bit confusing. Our first day, we ordered Turkish coffee with no issue, second day we were told Turkish coffee is extra charge. The rooms are spacious and unique. Our shower water pressure was over the top, and kept splashing water everywhere and almost flooded our shower. We tried explaining to reception but gave up due to language barrier. The wifi in the room needs to have better coverage. We had random dead spots (bathroom, in bed). Also, hamam is excellent - but stick with just hamam. The massage is literally slathering you with oil. We had rain so wasn't able to experience sunrise/set or the balloons viewing.

No words can truly express how I really love staying here. From the service to the views, everything was perfect. Shortly after I made my reservation, I was contacted by the staff via Whatsapp confirming my stay and offering to arrange for a shuttle transfer from the airport. Throughout the stay, I was also able to contact any of the staff via Whatsapp and they kindly arranged for a transfer to the bus station. The view from my room, Room 116, is magnificent. From the bed, I could see the hot air ballons and the sunset from the balcony. The room itself is clean and well-kept. There's a heater that keeps the room warm and comfortable. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

From the moment you arrive until the day you leave the staff is at your service. We had a friendly staff member whom lit the fireplace (wood logs) during our stay. The private jacuzzi lets you enjoy the atmosphere of the city in the comfort of your own company. Great place to experience this heritage site. Do not forget to sign up for a hot air balloon flight. Highly recommended!

Kelebek Cave hotel has a rustic magical charm which made us fall in love with the place. Our stay was absolutely perfect, starting from the warm hospitality we received on arrival, the charming and cozy aura of the hotel, and the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. We had excellent suites which were super comfortable. Thanks to Yousuf, Yousuf Jr, Mariam, Cherry, Suleman. Sadre, and all the team! Your friendly attitude and ‘service with a smile’ made our experience at Kelebek a memorable one! We would definitely recommend Kelebek hotel to everybody who visits Cappadocia.

We had really the most perfect weekend. We were so lucky with weather - arriving in a snowstorm but still able to have a balloon ride and go horse riding while we were there. The hotel is incredibly beautiful - the fairy chimney rooms are absolutely worth sacrificing on space and paying a little more. Not to say that the other rooms aren’t amazing, it’s just a little more special to be in a room dug into one of those crazy rock formations ! The staff were friendly, kind, helpful, accommodating, and there 24hrs. And the breakfast is huge, varied and delicious. I honestly can’t recommend the hotel enough, as well as the town in general, although I think more than 3-4 days could get a little boring if you’re not planning on going on a lot of hikes. Our weekend was really spot on.
