Truly this is a hotel with caves for rooms. Which sounds terrible! BUT. This particular hotel is magical. From the friendly helpful front desk (thanks for helping us figure out the parking! So easy!!) to the incredible room, we loved everything here. We were in room 309 which had an upper level for a living room and a very plush outdoor balcony. We did not see any dust the whole time we were here, which I chalk up to the excellent housekeeping. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was one of the most luxurious I've ever seen - giant hot tub would be more accuate. WiFi was great. Location was ideal - it is high enough up that the town noise never disturbed, but not so far that you couldn't easily walk into town. We ate at the fantastic, creative restaurant for dinner twice and nothing else we had in town compared. Breakfast was the usual elaborate, amazing variety you see in Turkey with a few surprises. The views from all the public and dining areas were just beyond and really elevated this hotel. I don't know how you could get a better view of the morning balloon launch if that is something you'd rather see than do. Every question we had was answered quickly and kindly by the front desk. Laundry also was a dream here. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in this incredible area.

Here, you have the privilege of witnessing the enchanting hot air balloons floating gracefully from your room's window at sunrise or while relaxing on the hotel terrace. The vibrant main market and an array of delightful restaurants are just a brisk walk away, adding to the convenience of your stay. Nearby, you'll also discover horse and camel ranches, as well as exhilarating quad biking and trekking trails.
Our rooms provided not only comfort but also the unique and unforgettable experience of dwelling in a cave-like ambiance without sacrificing any modern conveniences. These spacious, well-maintained accommodations come complete with 24/7 hot water, air conditioning, and heating facilities. The staff members are unfailingly courteous and exceedingly helpful, and the housekeeping service is top-notch.
Our family had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this hotel, and we found the prices to be quite reasonable, especially when booked well in advance.

Great location! Walking distance to town and amazing views to the rocks and the balloons in the morning from the terrace. The rooms are very clean, interesting and quirky built into the caves, and the bed was so comfy! The rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge with bottled water that is replenished daily. The staff were excellent and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They organised our airport transfers at a very good price and chased them in advance of our departure to ensure we arrived at the airport in good time. Breakfast was continental/ turkish style buffet, offering fried eggs, omelettes and turkish coffee to order.

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location within Cappadocia, as previous people have said, wonderful views of balloons as well.
Every member of the team at the hotel was friendly, attentive and professional.
Room was exceptionally clean at all times. Our room was the most spacious room I’ve ever stayed in (Room 213), perfect for a romantic getaway. It even included it’s own Hamam. The bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was an excellent offering every morning in the downstairs restaurant where you can also eat outside watching the morning balloon flights.
We visited the hotel Hamam, it’s a little more expensive than heading to one of the ones on offer in the town but nice to be able to go straight back to your room and relax after and enjoying a blissful 1.5 hours being pampered.
The restaurant Maya was again excellent, food quality/choice was delicious. Again, staff were all very attentive throughout the meal in a relaxed atmosphere with wonderful views over the whole town/valley.
Lastly, the hotel has so many different places to sit and enjoy relaxing both in the shade or sun, with views or places with some privacy. Although busy you feel like you have lots of spaces to relax alone if that’s what you’d like.

We have been traveling in Asia and Europe for the past 2 months and can easily say that Cappadocia and the Cappadocia Cave Suites were the highlight of our trip. Our cave suite had a bedroom, kitchen, and generously sized bathroom with a jacuzzi. The amenities in our room had a lovely scent and the oils in them made our skin silky and smooth. There was plenty of room for the two of us and it was very well airconditioned for the hot temperatures in July. We could not stop saying how fun it was to stay in a cave.
We enjoyed our Mediterranean breakfast each morning on the balcony outside the hotel's breakfast restaurant. It was shaded and overlooked the city and fairy chimneys.
My daughter and I enjoyed the special spa package at the hammam (Turkish bath) located at the hotel. The attendants were experienced and delivered extremely relaxing treatments.
We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant named Maya the three nights we were there. The ambiance was amazing with the hotel lights and the city lights below, not to mention being surrounded by Fairy Chimneys and the mountains special to Cappadocia. The food portions were to fine dining standard and delicious. The dinner staff at the restaurant were attentive and catered to our needs even before we spoke sometimes. Mehmet Softic was especially entertaining and welcoming.
The hotel staff, breakfast and housekeeping crews were friendly and helpful. Yusuf, the receptionist, was personable and attentive to our requests. Our room was clean. The hotel landscaping is incredibly beautiful with many spots for photo opportunities. The numerous balconies offered places to view the 156 hot air balloons in the sky on mornings they are allowed to fly. It is also a short walk to the town center below. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cappadocia.

We were a family of 16 travelling to CAPPADOCIA to celebrate my cousins 40th birthday and we all decided to stay at this beautiful hotel to enjoy our time together. We booked 6 rooms of which we needed three family rooms but they were all sold out so we booked suites or regular rooms and asked for the children to be accommodated. However, inspite of having the space they insisted that our kids could not be accommodated in the room due to the lack of space and said we could take a full refund and leave if we were not happy with their policies. Their arrogance and rude behaviour was not only shocking but also made a terrible start to a holiday that we had planned months in advance just so we could all have a good time together. Finally they allowed us to stay in the signature suite which we had booked with an additional charge of 60 euros per child per night saying that only their breakfast costs 60 euros and that they are more concerned about the experience they offer etc etc. Well the place was beautiful but the experience was NOT. Some of the young staff are nice but the older men are rude and arrogant and really dont know the first thing about hospitality. Its a pity that travellers have to put up with this kind of behaviour even after paying through their nose for a good experience.

A fairytale hotel. It's really beautiful. As soon as you enter, there is a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very attentive. And above all it is super clean (it felt good after bad experiences in other hotels in Turkey). There are terraces and breathtaking views on the roof of the hotel with several corners set up to land and enjoy the view. I had room 401. I felt like I was walking into a museum. The lights, paintings (including beautiful peacocks) and colors make this room a real gem. In addition, the room even has an outdoor Jacuzzi. I didn't dare test it because of the cold, but in a friend's room there was an indoor jacuzzi and we enjoyed it. Finally, the bed was really comfortable. I'll come back to that without hesitation!

First of all, I have to give the front desk staff an objective rating of more than five stars. They were very professional and welcoming. But for catering and public area management, I would give it -5 stars. I stayed 3 nights there. First, breakfast is served in a restaurant on the lower floor called Maya, where everything is served cold, even baked potatoes. Then there is public open-air balcony, where almost all the rooftop seats belong to Maya and are not allowed to sit without ordering, which is what angers me the most. I spend more than 200 Euros per night but I'm not allowed to sit on the public terrace at 9pm to watch the night view. So I hope this comment can make the hotel pay more attention to management issues, because the customer experience is also very important. To sum up, I would not recommend this hotel as some 3 star or even 2 star hotels around here look better.

The hotel experience was fantastic. We stayed in a suite with a wonderful view of Göreme, with private balcony to enjoy the balloon show, beautiful! The staff at Cappadocia Cave Suites were very welcoming and professional, especially Naz (who welcomed us and made us feel at home) and Softish, who served us at the Mayan restaurant. From the restaurant: exquisite preparations! The lamb is spectacular. Worthy place to sleep comfortably and eat delicious food. I recommend it 100%.

Standard 2pm check in, but I was able to check in earlier than that, I requested it via email from the property before arriving and they were quite accommodating.
You can book a shuttle bus. I cannot paste the link here but you can easily find this option from the Goreme website. (Goreme is the town in the Cappdoccia region where most of the hotels are).
