Travelers' Choice
The Koza Cave Hotel was restored using reclaimed stone, iron and wood building materials. It offers rooms fitted with traditional Turkish rugs and furnishings. Several rooms have a living room with a fireplace. Some feature a jacuzzi and a private terrace. Bringing a new level of eco-inspired chic to Göreme, Koza Cave is a masterclass in stylish sustainable tourism. Passionate owner Derviş and his family spent decades living in Holland and has incorporated Dutch eco-sensibility into every cave crevice of the 10 stunning rooms. Grey water is reused, and recycled materials and local handcrafted furniture are utilised in abundance to create sophisticated spaces. Stay in a cave room, enjoy our amazing views and get a taste of Cappadocia.

Best place to stay in Cappadocia. Every person makes you feel at home and they treat you as a family member. The view from the hotel is so amazing and the breakfast is something not to miss. For sure I am visiting this place next time and whenever I come to Cappadocia. Big thankyou to all for making our stay so memorable. And loads of love to Mimi and Kiki.

I was initially overwhelmed with the choice of hotels in Cappadocia. After a ton of research we decided to stay at the beautiful Koza Cave Hotel in the town of Goreme and our choice couldn’t have been more perfect. This cozy family run boutique hotel with just 10 authentic cave suites and the highest rooftop in all of Goreme! I have stayed at a ton of places through my travels and there are a few gems that really really stand out from the rest – Koza Cave Hotel was certainly one among them. This charming family run boutique hotel literally felt like a home away from home in the exotic fairytale land of Cappadocia. The family that runs it are some of the most kind and genuine hosts I have met, and gave us such an authentic and intimate stay. They were all so friendly and accommodating; by the end of my trip I felt like they were my long lost friends and family and it was so hard to say goodbye! The deluxe cave suite was so beautiful - spacious, tastefully decorated with many pieces made by the family itself. My absolute favorite part about Koza was its magical terrace! Being the highest terrace in all of Goreme you are guaranteed the best seat in the house for watching the hot air balloons at sunrise. We also loved the traditional homemade Turkish breakfast spread here every morning especially the baked Turkish goodies – so yummy. Koza is also located very close to downtown Goreme, close to all the shops, restaurants and other attractions in town. It was super convenient to walk around everywhere. All in all such a memorable stay and we highly recommend it!

This is a family run business and the passion for quality and hospitality on all levels really shows. Everyone was so professional, warm and courteous it really felt like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble and because of this our trip was one of the best we have ever had! We were a group of 12 who were celebrating my daughter’s 30th and we were looked after like kings. The food was Sooo good! - lots of homemade variety and delicious, the rooms were original and stunning . Even the bar was opened for us so we could spend an impromptu star filled night chilling on the terrace ( which has the best views!). My daughter was treated to balloons and a cake - which was an incredibly kind surprise. Really and truly a caring, genuine and outstanding family who provide an experience over and above every other hotel in Goreme. Every box ticked ..and then some! Cannot recommend highly enough . Well done guys, you are awesome and your hotel is both unique and simply the best!

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Every room is gorgeous, whilst the rooftop is to die for - an amazing spot for sunrise yoga under the balloons and evening cocktails under the stars! The family who run the hotel are the most lovely and kind people and are all round brilliant hosts. It was an unforgettable and magical experience I will never forget, and I cannot recommend staying at Koza Cave Hotel enough!
