It was my worst experience ever! Hotel owner tried to beat me! We booked a cave room with bath inside on 29.11.2019. Bath was broken and when I took a shower there was a flood inside the room. We couldn’t use bathroom due to amount of water. I talked the hotel owner and asked him to change our room. He didn’t want to change it first. Besides, there were plenty of empty rooms in the hotel due to low season but he offered us the coldest room in the hotel at the terrace level then. We went to room but it was freezing. We had to leave the hotel at 23:00 and tried to find another hotel. I told hotel owner that he should have offered us another warm room while we were leaving. He tried to beat me and walked over me!! My friend and hotel receptionist hold him! I still can not believe such a behaviour of a hotel owner! I do not suggest the hotel or the hotel owner especially if you are woman watch yourself at this hotel!!

Absolutely loved this cave hotel: warm, cosy and so exotic. The deco of the family room was very nicely done. The view from the terrace is amazing. The breakast buffet is nice if you want to try local food. Had an amazing moment there. Value for money.

Breakfast with amazing view, Lovely !!! Bathroom warmer than room, I don't know why XD Mehmet is so helpful and take us to our next accommodation. He even drive us to the sunset point and allow us to watch the awesome night view of Goreme from top. Much appreciated. Sim card lock which we haven't encounter before, we try to ask the staff in the hotel. He just say you can call the Turkcell by yourself. Mehmet saw it and solved it within in seconds. It's so regret i couldn't list down all the trouble this staff give me. Hopefully the next guest will not meet you in the hotel.

Great Hotel in a great location! The view from the Terrace is just stunning. It was very stress free to organise shuttles to and fro the airport, excursions etc as Tarik was super helpful throughout! The hotel is really rustic where you will get your proper cave experience!

It’s a family-running lovely hotel! Tarik helps arranging all the tours and transportation for you , he is very patient and helpful , I had an unexpected accident, I sprained my knee in the mountain but he assisted me with everything! The breakfast is simple but not bad , the terrace is good for airballon pictures with some bottles or you can borrow some Turkish tea set.
