the rooms are quite spacious, the location is strategic, very comfortable and clean, the staff is very helpful, the view from the hotel is very good, the hotel prices are affordable and very worth it. I would recommend staying here
-We stayed for three days at the end of October. The room was too cold. Heating system of the building does not work properly. When we asked for help, they just gave a small fan heater. On second day, They dldn’t even ask if we got heated. Then we had to buy electric heater by ourselves. Hospitality is very bad. Breakfast is too weak. -Hotel is at the city center. Architecture of the hotel is good.…
Loved this place! It was walking distance to lots of great things including restaurants, it was clean, they offered a continental breakfast which was on a terrace with a beautiful view and the gentleman at the desk was always very kind and helpful. Hotel was fairly quiet for the most part - you could hear some noise from other rooms but nothing major at all. I would recommend staying here to friends and family and I would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is perfect, the hotel looks really nice and the staff was kind and helpfull. Breakfast was great as well. Thank you so much Abdul Rahman and Tunahan, and also the kind lady from the staff. Greetings from Holland! Gule Gule! :)
I went with no reservation but could see on Hostelworld that accomodation was available - the owner refused to give me a room, told me he didn’t want my money and things got heated with swear words - he chased me out of the building and kicked and assaulted me. I went to the police station and they cautioned him. He explained to me at the police station that he will refuse to give a Dorm room to a single traveller because it’s expensive. That is not how business is done. This man is dangerous and I highly recommend do NOT stay here as he is an aggressive criminal. His version of the story to the police was different to mine and he lied to make it sound like I was the bad guy. Sure bad words were said but that does not give anyone the right to assault someone. Shame on you. You’re an embarrassment to Turkey.…
It was very good: kind staff, good breakfast, clean and cozy room and great view from the terrace. Furniture and equipment are a little old, but this did not spoil the impression of the stay. Excellent value for money.
I have been in this hotel with my girlfriend in August. I think it's one of the best places I have ever been in the whole Turkey. Room were very clean and comforable, all built within the typical caves of Cappadocia. A true Turkish breakfast was prepared and served in the beautiful terrace every morning. The staff is also very nice and helpful.
I have reasons to give the least possible rating to this place. We made a reservation for 20people there and paid its deposit. We even had a phone call to make sure that the reservation is okay. However, after a week, they called us with a reply saying they want to cancel our reservation! This is really the worse thing that you may face while you are getting prepared for a nice trip. We had no any alternative accommodation, and this Hotel didn’t advise an alternative either. I don’t know what is their real purpose in this cancellation, but I get very nervous and sad..
The booking process should have been a warning. Booked directly and asked for an email confirmation - none came. Next day texted (from a Turkish phone - still no reply. the called the mobile number and was told an email would follow. 2 days later, called hotel again and stayed on-line until the confirmation came through. Great location, good breakfast, but with just a little effort this hotel could have gone from poor to great. The terrace has an amazing view and the hotel is fairly central without the challenging climb of many higher up the hills. The housekeeping service was non-existent in the four days we were there - no cleaning, change of towels, and even the toilet bins (into which in Turkey you put the waste toilet paper as it can't be flushed) were not emptied. Paid cash on arrival and the guy at reception asked us to "pay our bill" the day before we were leaving. Sorted it out, but if you pay cash, make sure you get a receipt. The bathroom was very poor. The "jacuzzi" bath was small and narrow, but would have been ok if you didn't mind sitting up in the bath. It also made the over the bath shower quite high to get into for anyone with mobility problems. I used it one night to find that the plumbing for the bubble nozzles was faulty and it flooded the bathroom. Fortunately noticed before it got to the bedroom, but it wasn't sorted after reporting it. No mosi nets on the windows which meant they couldn't be opened at night. It could have been so much better, great location, good views and lovely courtyard, but shabby rooms and fittings and surly reception staff were disappointing.…
Very nice place with very good Dorm and single room options and Abdurrahman very helpful in regard to my stay and as a Dorm option a great price for backpackers. His current assistant's English wasn't great so to get info/help speak to Abdurrahman but thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend
