This hotel is not a cave hotel - It’s a fairly modern concrete block & plaster construction Every room does not have air conditioning as advertised ( hot water heating radiator is not a air conditioning unit ) - I stayed in room # 6 , no air conditioning and the Wi-Fi is poor , There is a bad sewage smell in the bathroom - The breakfast was very average and the hotel does not have good views . The hotel is not located in a great place - The help & service from the staff is poor and I had a below par stay at this hotel - The hotel is well overpriced for the service and care received - I would not recommend this hotel but there are many good hotels in Goreme - This is just not one of them - I just made a poor choice - I dislike hotels advertising their services which just do not assist - But they are very quick to take your money . Outright dishonest

Good location and awesome room and close to all the attractions. Hotel helped us book our activities and picked us up from the airport for a small fee. Staff was very friendly and helpful and would recommend to all.

We have stayed one night at Mosaic Hotel. They are welcoming and nice, rooms are clean and nicely furnished but its not really a "cave" hotel.Or maybe only partly. Thats one less star from me. Also: Breakfast is very limited, eggs and some veggies & you have to pay for the coffee (The hotel price is quite high, how do you justifiy a 2$ turkish coffee?) and also the view from the breakfast place is right on a roof with blue panel around it. It completely destroys the beauty of the sandy surroundings. Fazit: you will have a good time and the staff is nice, but i expected way more for the price.
