I was born in this house. I am happy that I transformed as small hotel with 14 rooms . I keep all tradition and all culture from past, and feel very happy to share with my guests. I am also happy to tell our guests tradition of Goreme before tourism.

I was actually impressed by the hotel’s follow up before we arrive to Göreme to confirm the shuttle pickup a day before we check in.
The hotel located in the center of Göreme which is easy to reach any point you look for, we arrived early to Göreme but the hotel provided us an early check-in.
The room was spacious and very clean same as the pictures provided by the hotel. I personally liked the cave linked the reception to the rooms something unusual and how is the hotel is built up is also interesting. I attached some pictures from the hotel’s view, the breakfast was also nice and tasty.
Whoever is desiring to visit Cappadocia will be surely a nice choice for peace of mind, also the people in Göreme are kind and friendly and they try their best to meet your expectations which is something helped us a lot.
I would surely recommend Aydinli Cave Hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Cappadocia and have a memorable nice experience.
I would like to thank the hotel’s staff: Bugra & Yusuf.

We spent 6 nights in room No. 6 (Seyirlik). This room does not look like Ali Baba’s cave but it is nicely decorated in traditional style (that is ubiquitous in Aydınlı Cave Hotel) and has balcony with great view over Göreme (and quick access to even greater view from the breakfast restaurant terrace). In winter time it might be a bit too cold to enjoy evenings on the balcony, but the room itself is pretty warm and could quickly become hot with the help of AC (if you need to warm up after a day of hikes through nearby valleys).
Hotel’s personnel is very friendly and extra helpful. We are particularly grateful to Mr. Yusuf who was at reception late at night to check us in (providing all sorts of details about the Hotel, Göreme and Kapadokya) and at breakfast restaurant every morning (to make sure that we tasted all delicious food and omelette styles the kitchen can offer).
We ate twice in Turkish Ravioli Restaurant (that is quite good and located at the Hotel) and few more times in other fine restaurants nearby that were recommended to us. We also booked Green and Red day tours and Airport transfers through the hotel’s front desk. Among other exciting activities that Aydınlı Cave Hotel can offer we should mention the Wine Cellar (that we did not do) and Hamam (that we did). 90 minutes of relaxing sauna/bathing/massage in private spa cellar are particularily good after hikes or tours on windy winter days…

We stayed in January for new years eve 2019-2020 and everything was great. Excellent location in the small town Gerome with superb views in the breakfast, which is included and consists on an amazing selection of turkish ingredients. One of the best breakfast we got in our stay in Turkey. They helped us to coordinate shuttle to/from the airport (Kayseri) for 40 lyras each way. Also Ballon flight with Butterfly Ballons for 180 euros and green tour for 40 euros. Rooms are very confortable with very good heating and AC available. Also they have turkish bath facilities available for guests . All personal have very great service and will be open to assist you in anything. I can absolutely recommend this place. Visit the Turkish Rivoli restaurant just in front of the hotel. Very recommendable.

+1
We stayed for 2 night a at Aydinli Cave Hotel.
Let me begin by saying that I was more than satisfied with the facilities and the service at this hotel.
Location and rooms: The hotel is situated right in the heart of Goreme city with a breathtaking view of the entire city. The Rooms are designed tastefully with adequate insulation to provide the necessary comfort. All modern amenities are provided as well as you get to stay in a cave hotel. If you plan to visit Goreme, make sure you stay in a cave hotel to enjoy the experience to the fullest.
Food and Restaurant: The breakfast spread that was provided was vast and consisted of a fruits platter, cheese platter, multiple dips, olives, and eggs. All of it was freshly prepared and the breakfast views are splendid. Having breakfast overlooking the fairy chimneys is a surreal experience. The restaurant (Turkish Ravioli) is also very highly rated and so we visited on our second night. Very good food and generous service. Recommend to visit it during your stay.
Service: I must say it was one of the best service I have received. Everyone is friendly and extends a helping hand. I had reached the hotel before my check in time, however they accommodated me and checked me in and also provided breakfast which was very generous from their behalf. I had planned to do the Balloon flight and I had requested the staff to help me with booking the slot. I went on with my day tours and by the time I was back, as they had promised, they had done the needful. They had booked me in for the requested Balloon flight so I was saved the hassle of doing the same.
I will definitely say I enjoyed my trip to the fullest specially due to wonderful and amazing attitude of all the staff at Aydinli Cave Hotel.
I would definitely recommend anyone to try out this hotel for their stay and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Location is fantastic. The charm and service of this hotel in amazing. Rooms came with everything including a large bottle of water daily. They arranged balloon tour and airport transfers. Very responsive and super friendly. Each room comes with an outdoor space and there is a restaurant that can deliver so you can enjoy dinner on your balcony with incredible views. Amazing breakfast is on the top of hill so you need to be in good shape to climb all the stairs. In room converter for your electronics and room was comfy and well appointed. I will definitely go back.

There are plenty of cave hotels in Cappadocia but none comes even close to the Aydinli Cave Hotel in terms of the rooms, service and hospitality, expansive breakfast, location and the amazing staff. The hotel is just off the main downtown area, and within 5mins walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and travel agencies. The staff at the hotel helped organize last minute tours for us - at competitive prices and with excellent tour providers. They also packed a breakfast box for us as we had to checkout early. Rooms are amazing and big, decorated wonderfully and everything worked. Overall, a superb hotel with an amazing staff that made the stay beyond wonderful. go stay there, you will not be disappointed.

We spent three nights in Cappadocia, where two of them were spent in Aydinli Cave Hotel and our third and last night was spent in Sultan Cave Suites.
The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The service was superb.
They reached out to us via email before we even landed in Turkey to arrange a shuttle pick up from the airport and a hot air balloon tour for the next morning. What service!
We arranged a private “red tour” at the hotel and our experience was just swell. One of the places we were suppose to visit was closed on that day. The driver offered to take us back free of charge the next day. We turned down the offer since it just seemed like it was an inconvenience for everyone, but the gesture was so genuine and pleasant.
There was always someone waiting to greet you as you enter and exit the hotel that we found warming.
The rooms were so much bigger compared Sultan Cave Suites and at half price..talk about value!
The breakfast was delicious, probably the best breakfast experience of our trip in Turkey. I recommend trying their Turkish egg dish, menemen, and the raw honey comb paired with cream.
In hindsight, we would’ve stayed in Aydinli for all three nights. I highly recommend booking your stay with them.

This was such a memorable stay for our group, it was the highlight of our trip to Turkey. The owner and team couldn't have been more helpful (from helping us coordinate and book all our activities) or hospitable (for making sure we had time every morning to enjoy their amazing breakfast spread). We had an amazing time here, the property is super charming and cozy, the food from breakfast to their room service (from their on-site restaurant) to their wine cellar selections were great. Our rooms were spacious and cozy. The on-site hamam is also worth a visit. Cannot speak more highly of Aydinli cave hotel, you can't beat the value, location or hospitality they have to offer.

We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely cave hotel which was good value. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are on lots of different levels with lovely seating areas in nooks and crannies up the hill side. We had a twin room which was well proportioned with a good shower and air conditioning and very clean. There was tea and coffee and a kettle in the room. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes, juice, tea and coffee and served in a nice room or terrace with a view over Goreme. The hotel was very quiet but well located close to restaurants and the centre of town. The staff dropped us at the Goreme open air museum which is a short drive away for no additional charge, and also drove us to pasabagi valley (including stopping for us to buy bus tickets) for an additional charge. I would definitely return to this hotel.
