Bursa is famous with its hot springs. We went to a family trip for hot springs and spa. And learned children under 12 are not allowed to spa and pool area. There is no notification about this during reservation. It was a big dissapointment.

Stayed 1 night Taxi 25 mins & £15 from Ferry port to hotel Excellent Location with ample parking. Close to most local visiting places at cost no more than £4 on taxi or 30 min walk. Excellent large spacious rooms with large very modern Bathroom. Lovely large balcony. Pool - Excellent both indoor & outdoor. Spa Excellent Staff very helpful. Bedroom has a free safety deposit box which was very handy. However things were always safe in the room even when not locked up. Highly recommend this hotel and we'll be back here soon.

Divan hotels are always of a certain quality and this Divan hotel was also very good with excellent staff. However we stayed in Divan Adana recently and it was much better. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean with sufficient amenities including bathrobes and bathroom slippers. The balcony was huge. There were many national and international tv channels. WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast was good but could be much better in terms of quality and variety. I missed walnuts and nuts, my husband missed croissants which were present in Divan Adana. The breakfast room becomes a restaurant later, Divan Pub, a classic. The spa is run by a different company but we could use it free of charge. The pool is 41 degrees. They have massage facilities which cost 150 liras in general. They also have special hamams for families if you ask for it. …

Hotel is very convenient location in Bursa. SPA and thermal facilities are quite very good. Old historical places are very close. Kulturpark is just 5 minutes walking distance. Ideal to Escape from caotik business life for a Couple of days
