Ηι , no there is no tea maker in the room , usually this you find in more expensive hotels , but I always take with me an electric '' greek or turkish coffee maker '' with which you also can make hot water for tea or instant coffee ( if you like I can send you a link of what this is and where to buy - in Turkey its easy to find ) .
In kusadasi you find many small shops and mini markets but you can take a dolmuz from next to the hotel dolmuz station and go to Kipa / tesco shoping mall ( 2-3 lira - frm kipa you can also buy a tea/ Turkish coffee maker there)and next to kipa there a more mew one .
To go to Izmir you aslo take a dolmuz till the bus station ( 2-3 lira - otogar in Turkish ) and from there with 17 lira or so you go to Izmir , Pamukkale bus is probably the best ( from Izmir otogar they also take you for free to city center ( servish bus they call it ) .
Hope I helped ...
