I would not recommend the marti hotel for anybody to stay in. At the entrance to the hotel it is full of flies, the reception area literally smells like poo. I was on the 4th floor and the carpets on the whole corridor is absolutely scruffy, spilled drink stains all over it. The staff barely speak English, the food is terrible, the sauna was out of use, so was the hairdressers the ladies toilets in the restaurant were absolutely disgusting! 1 of them had a manky towel on the floor to soak up a leak, the floor always had big puddles. Even though there is a bar in the restaurant, don’t expect a drink unless it’s out of a bottle, because there is not always a “barman” . Avoid this place!

I stayed in the Marti from the 20 Sept to 6 Oct and right from the start I was very impressed with what I saw. There is a beautiful lobby with the large bar and it's stunning sea views just off the lobby, the receptionist was friendly and very efficient at allocating my room. I asked for a low floor and my room was on the first floor. The room tastefully laid out with a beautiful en suite and a small balcony allowing me direct view of Ladies Beach bars and restaurants. There was free aircon and also a free safe. The room was immaculately clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly and done an excellent job. I had very little interaction with the reception staff but when I did, which was my key card not working a few times, they were both friendly and very efficient. The breakfast was a selection of hot and cold buffet in an outdoor setting looking out to sea and although not everything would be to my taste I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. For those that like a swim in the sea but don't like to be covered in sand there is a concreted area with sunbeds and steps down to the sea. What was brilliant about the Marti was it's location. Perfectly located at the end of Ladies Beach it was great to walk out of the hotel and right away be among the bars and restaurants all with amazing sea views. As soon as the flights are available for booking I will be booking the Marti again for next year. Thank you to the Marti Hotel and staff for a great. holiday.

The photos don't do this hotel justice, but not in a good way. Looking at the photos you could be staying somewhere else!!! In general the whole hotel is dirty and in serious need of a make over. The rooms are ok and are the best part of the hotel. A bit of mould in the shower area but generally ok. The hotel inside is dark and gloomy. The bar area looked lovely and overlooked the sea but never went in there, nor did I see a single person in there either. Breakfast is served outside in the decking by the sea. A lovely view but area dirty, swamped with cats (who will climb on to the table to eat your food), and today as there was a breeze from the sea and the area is in the shade, it was quite cold, (even for us ole Brits). I didn't like any of the breakfast as it was only 'local' food, but hey, your on holiday. We were staying here for one night following my wife having surgery locally. There is one lift but there are at least 6 steps to access the lift and again steps to get to the floor. On each floor is a dirty stained carpet, nice!!! The area outside on the decking overlooks the sea. Not very big and sunbeds are literally touching each other. No pool but you have the sea. Not sure if this hotel is for children but unsafe if it is as the ropes on the decking are low and don't prevent someone falling in to the sea. Positive parts, staff friendly and helpful (even if there were sone language barriers). Also there are plenty of places to eat on your doorstep.

The entrance is the start of it with a ripped blue rubber sand trap mat & 3 dead potted plants. Reception area is ok. Staff friendly & efficient, bar the doorman who was in serious need of a shower & change of clothes. Next to the room where all the carpets leading to rooms are stained. Entering the room the first thing that caught my eye was the dirty floor. Bed decorative piece was completely stained, chair in room stained.Bed was very uncomfortable & pillows cheap cheap crappy ones. Bathroom - disposal eyelashes on the sink & floor. Shower mirror walls all stained & dirty. Shower not working . Very noisy all night with overhead noice , corridor noice just no comfort. Air conditioning was working but the smell of food & then of sewage was stifling. Couldn’t get out of this place quick enough. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It needs to be closed down & deep cleaned plus decorated where needed. But first & foremost CLEANED.

I stayed here for one night following a friend having surgery in a local hospital. The shower was gross, covered in mould & limescale. The bedroom itself looked okay but it was possibly the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. The bed was rock hard. I ended up with back ache & sore hips from one night so anyone staying longer is in for a treat. The restaurant looks lovely but the food isn’t great. The deck and access to the sea is really lovely and was probably the nicest part of the whole place. I had heard that the hotel was noisy but I didn’t think it was too bad. There is a beach club next door that plays music but it didn’t go on too late. If anyone is staying here after surgery you need to be aware that there is steps to climb even to get to the elevator so you will need help with your cases. It’s only one flight but after having surgery it’s not possible. The location is great especially if you are a companion of someone having surgery, right on the beach and lots of places to eat on your doorstep. Overall the cleanliness & comfort of the beds ruined the night so I would not recommend anyone stays here if they don’t have to!

The hotel on the whole looks good, but it’s cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. The shower was cold, the breakfast not really edible. Waiting for the lift & we couldn’t get in it as the staff use the same to transport all the dirty linen in. The only reason I gave 2 as my review is the rooms are nicely decorated but towels have seen a better day!!

I was there from Sept 13 to 14, 2022, first the room was dirty and also missing a shower towel I request one, but they ignored me. The worst thing was, they took my room payment twice, I asked them to return one payment and it is almost a week now and I still do NOT see they have returned one payment to me!

We stayed here for one night only (fortunately). This could be an amazing hotel the location is really good however it is in need of a deep clean and facelift. The rooms are very nice and modern with all the facilities you would expect - showers are COLD. The corridors are very dark with thin worn carpets the walls are chipped and scratched there are sensor lights on the stair wells which come on when you are halfway down the stairs making it quite unsafe. The corridors also are very poorly lit. The balcony for the room was adequate (only one chair) however the glass panelling doesn't like as if it has ever been cleaned. Breakfast was served on the dirty terrace there were lots of cats around some on them sitting on tables. The floor in the food area was filthy some of the plates I picked up were dirty however there was a good selection of food which I declined because of the poor standards in the area. I really feel that with a professional deep clean and some attention to the decor this could be a good hotel however I would not return. Forgot to mention I had a Turkish Bath and massage at the hotel which was amazing (they also had unlimited hot water)

Hotel Dining Area: Floor filthy dirty, broken glass on the floor beside the reception desk for two days. Steps down to the dining area are filthy. Whole area is generally run down and dirty. Sun Lounger Area: Sun loungers and parasol bases are filthy dirty. The decking is filthy. The whole area was so dirty we couldn’t sunbathe there. Sun loungers for the hotel are crammed into a tiny area, everyone is on top of each other. If you want more room you have to pay 150 lira/day to use their beach club. Steps down into the sea are broken at the bottom and covered in algae and are very dangerous. Bedroom Corridors: Very dingy and the carpets are covered in stains. Walking down the stairs at night is a real trip hazard as the sensor lights don’t come on until your half way down. Bathrooms: No hot water for 5 of our 7 days. Had to shower in cold water. 3 other guests we talked to had the same issue. We complained but nothing was done. Reception: Reception male and female staff never had a smile. They where very cold and would never lift their heads to acknowledge you when you walk by. Nite and Lite Bar The bar within the hotel was modern and new and over looked the sea. The views were amazing. The local beer was cheaper than in the bars and restaurants in the area. Location: Beautiful location overlooking the sea and directly on Ladies Beach with all its beautiful restaurants and bars. The hotel is in a beautiful setting but is seriously let down by it cleanisless.
